Id like to say this was a real find but Id read the reviews and was confident this would be a great place to stay. Quiet, convenient for everything and a short walk into the old town, The hotel room was spotless, had everything we needed and the breakfast was fresh tasty and plentiful. A special mention for the staff on reception - so friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. If you dont want the pool, spa huge restaurant this is a 5* hotel in our opinion

Our train arrived in town at 6:30 a.m. and although we knew we wouldn't be able to check in, the front desk happily stored our luggage and told us that they'd text as soon as our room was ready. That set the tone for our stay, as everyone was helpful and kind. After walking through the town that didn't really wake up until around 9:30 on a chilly morning, we were very relieved to get a text around 10:30 that we could get into our room. MUCH earlier than we anticipated! The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice terrace with views of Wawel Castle in the distance. The hotel was located conveniently within walking distance to the Old Town and even beyond that, much was easily walkable. While we didn't get breakfast with our stay, the restaurant next door worked with the hotel and it looked like their breakfast was delicious. We did stop in one evening for pizza and really enjoyed the wood-fired oven pizza. There are tons of hotels in the area, but I feel like Hotel 32 was very convenient and in a quiet part of town. I would definitely recommend it.

Easy check in and very helpful with directions. We were in a loft room which was a good size, however did bang my head several times. Good location for walking into the old town and getting onto the trams. Baggage can be stored on arrival & departure which is very helpful. Would stay again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our biggest problem was we booked a hotel with a lift as both of us have bad knees. When we arrived at the hotel, we found out our room was on the 4th floor and the lift only went to the 3rd. They wanted to move us to a lowet room that was so small you could barely walk around the bed. We paid extra to get a larger room on the 3rd floor. The breakfast that came with the room was not very appetizing.

Small hotel, room was spacious, well decorated and the bathroom was big and relatively new. Staff pleasant. We chose a room with a balcony. Not much of view from the back of the hotel and there’s a bike rental business below, so if we returned we probably wouldn’t take this option. Only had the breakfast once, all you can eat cooked and buffet combination was very nice. Easy access to the Old Town, Castle etc and a 25 minute walk from Glowny Main Station. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was amazing. Brilliant location 10/15 min walk to the old town square with many bars/cafes/restraunts on the way. The hotel was clean and genuinely just a real good vibe! Also we booked a trip through the hotel and the communication and the day was amazing! The hotel is situated right next to a shop which is open 24hrs 7 days a week which is very ideal. Towels and the room was cleaned/changed everyday. There was a smart tv in the room and tea/coffee facilities with a mini fridge. Thank you for giving the best service!

I took a quick solo trip to Krakow to see the sites. The hotel was VERY clean, LARGE, and centrally located. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We stayed for 4 nights .we love Krakow . Great location short walk to main square. Lots of lovely places to eat in the square. 24hr supermarket opposite. Lovely friendly hotel staff very helpful. Very clean ,room serviced every day . Comfy bed ,exceptional pillows . We missed breakfast 1st morning and they did us a lovely packed breakfast/ lunch ,it was amazing . We would defo go back . We live in a very quiet place in the uk, we found the traffic outside very noisy at night .couldnt believe the amount of traffic at night ,doesn’t seem very busy in the day . We had a room on the street. Ear plugs are supplied in the room , which we used every night.

Was met by exellent serviceworkers on the day of arrival. Good info, kind and happy. Nice looking hotel, looks clean and trendy. Nice placement, right by a kiosk and very short walk to centre. Room looked clean exept some water spots on toilet lid and the soap bottles did not look very clean. We got 2 towels each + extra floor towel which was nice. Good pillows. Hard bed, but i dont mind. Room had mini fridge with mini bar. We got free water bottles, which was nice! Room clean was good. They switched out our towels even though we hang them up like instructed but i dont mind. The breakfast was okay. Not a big hotel so we didnt expect big breakfast. The bread was a little dry though. On the check out day there was a lot of banging in the walls as we woke up, not sure what that was. That day we also found a silverfish in the hotel bathroom. We told the reception and they offered free minibar. We wanted real compensation, so they asked us to send mail to the boss. Sent them a mail, and they stated they didnt see that it was grounds to give discount. Not very happy with that. Overall nice stay, would stay there again if it wasnt for the silverfish. Nice staff, nice hotel.

The Hotel was excellent. Spacious room, friendly staff and the restaurant was great for dinner at night. We couldn’t have breakfast, unfortunately, due to our early departures each and every morning.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would give 5 stars but there were a few things that have knocked it down to a 4. The room we were given didn’t have working air conditioning, which the staff were aware of prior to our arrival, yet we were still given a room with broken air con. Credit to the guy when I raised it at reception he offered to bring another fan (the room already had 1) to help with the heat, which was with us within 10 minutes. The second was that the room was advertised as having a ‘fully equipped bathroom’ but there was only hand soap and a 2in1 shampoo/shower wash. So if you want or need conditioner be sure to bring your own! In all the location was brilliant, really close to the old town market square and only round the corner from the historic Wawel castle.

Our train arrived in town at 6:30 a.m. and although we knew we wouldn't be able to check in, the front desk happily stored our luggage and told us that they'd text as soon as our room was ready. That set the tone for our stay, as everyone was helpful and kind. After walking through the town that didn't really wake up until around 9:30 on a chilly morning, we were very relieved to get a text around 10:30 that we could get into our room. MUCH earlier than we anticipated! The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice terrace with views of Wawel Castle in the distance. The hotel was located conveniently within walking distance to the Old Town and even beyond that, much was easily walkable. While we didn't get breakfast with our stay, the restaurant next door worked with the hotel and it looked like their breakfast was delicious. We did stop in one evening for pizza and really enjoyed the wood-fired oven pizza. There are tons of hotels in the area, but I feel like Hotel 32 was very convenient and in a quiet part of town. I would definitely recommend it.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would give 5 stars but there were a few things that have knocked it down to a 4. The room we were given didn’t have working air conditioning, which the staff were aware of prior to our arrival, yet we were still given a room with broken air con. Credit to the guy when I raised it at reception he offered to bring another fan (the room already had 1) to help with the heat, which was with us within 10 minutes. The second was that the room was advertised as having a ‘fully equipped bathroom’ but there was only hand soap and a 2in1 shampoo/shower wash. So if you want or need conditioner be sure to bring your own! In all the location was brilliant, really close to the old town market square and only round the corner from the historic Wawel castle.

Was met by exellent serviceworkers on the day of arrival. Good info, kind and happy. Nice looking hotel, looks clean and trendy. Nice placement, right by a kiosk and very short walk to centre. Room looked clean exept some water spots on toilet lid and the soap bottles did not look very clean. We got 2 towels each + extra floor towel which was nice. Good pillows. Hard bed, but i dont mind. Room had mini fridge with mini bar. We got free water bottles, which was nice! Room clean was good. They switched out our towels even though we hang them up like instructed but i dont mind. The breakfast was okay. Not a big hotel so we didnt expect big breakfast. The bread was a little dry though. On the check out day there was a lot of banging in the walls as we woke up, not sure what that was. That day we also found a silverfish in the hotel bathroom. We told the reception and they offered free minibar. We wanted real compensation, so they asked us to send mail to the boss. Sent them a mail, and they stated they didnt see that it was grounds to give discount. Not very happy with that. Overall nice stay, would stay there again if it wasnt for the silverfish. Nice staff, nice hotel.

Hotel was amazing. Brilliant location 10/15 min walk to the old town square with many bars/cafes/restraunts on the way. The hotel was clean and genuinely just a real good vibe! Also we booked a trip through the hotel and the communication and the day was amazing! The hotel is situated right next to a shop which is open 24hrs 7 days a week which is very ideal. Towels and the room was cleaned/changed everyday. There was a smart tv in the room and tea/coffee facilities with a mini fridge. Thank you for giving the best service!

Although the hotel itself is clean and well located, with friendly staff - when booking, there was no indication from Expedia or the Hotel to inform us that there was massive road construction happening around the hotel - meaning excursion has to pick us up elsewhere, we were walking on broken pavement and cardboard just to get into the hotel and cars were unable to come up and down the street! So really wasn't the ideal situation for the trip so if you're looking to go anytime soon - maybe look for a hotel that's not in the middle of a construction site or book once it has been finished!

June 2024 major Road works outside hotel dusty mucky awful…. The hotel itself is lovely clean and I can not fault it. if the road wasn’t being currently dug up for new tram lines the location would be perfect as it is just round the corner from castle.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The city centre and tourist attractions were only a short walk. Room was spacious and beds were very comfy. The buffet breakfast was very nice. Will definitely be coming back in the near future. Great city!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our biggest problem was we booked a hotel with a lift as both of us have bad knees. When we arrived at the hotel, we found out our room was on the 4th floor and the lift only went to the 3rd. They wanted to move us to a lowet room that was so small you could barely walk around the bed. We paid extra to get a larger room on the 3rd floor. The breakfast that came with the room was not very appetizing.

This is the place I always stay at when in Krakow. The staff are helpful, they are there 24/7 (with the exception of cleaning staff), the premium room is spacious and affordable, the bathroom is clean and nice.
