Staff were friendly and helpful and I have nothing to complain about.them. I'm giving it three stars because the elevator broke down when I was there and I was at Level 6, which meant I had to take the stairs every time. They made it up by offering breakfast, but I wouldn't want to stay in an accomodation with a broken elevator again.

The wifi service was very weak and sporadic. Also, the elevator wasn't working 2 of the 3 days of our stay. Breakfast food was average. Otherwise, the staff was responsive, polite and accommodating. Very clean rooms and lobby.

Not sure I would call this a 3-star hotel based on amenities. No air conditioning so sleep was very poor as street noise didn't allow for windows to be left open at night. Air conditioning worked first night, none after that because outside temps were too low. Great location, close to Eiffel Tower (less than 1 mile), Arc de Triomphe (about 1/2 mile), less than 2 miles to Louve.

Allocated room 21, nicely appointed and decorated, separate shower and toilet, very comfy boutique style. Free wi-fi, complementary breakfast included within booking with good selection of food (something for everyone and the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had). Within easy walking distance of Charles de Gaulle Etoile Metro station, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysées, hop on/hop off Tootbus stop with several bistros/brasseries and small supermarkets nearby. Staff were all friendly and welcoming, with complimentary beverage machine in a lounge off reception and an honesty bar. Definitely hotel of choice when I return to Paris.

Great Location and friendly staff. Free coffee. Rooms were nice, quiet and clean, but the A/C, even though there was a thermostat, were not functional, so we had to open the windows to cool off and that let in traffic noise. Bathroom was nice but the beds and pillows were very hard. We tossed all night.

Good location, good breakfast, room good. The staff was excellent and so friendly.The one disappointment was the hotel had no ice. My husband needed ice for a condition he has and it is not on the website that you don't have any ice.also I did not see a check in time on your website. We had to wait about 8 hours to get a room. Also Pics on website were touched up the hotel is old and shows.

Hotel is in a very good location close to most of Paris’ to see places like the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées, arc de triomphe etc, in a very safe area, enjoyed everything, the staff were amazing. Breakfast was inclusive on the room and was very nice. There is free tea and coffee. I would book it again.

The property was great overall! Very close to a lot of important destination like the Champs-Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, and Eiffel Tower. Service was amazing and breakfast included is pretty good! The only downside was the elevator not working for 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed. After walking all around Paris during the day it wasn't fun to climb the stairs all the way up to our rooms.

The issue I had was when I checked into my room there was a used sanitary napkin and a used q-tip ear cleaner in the bathroom trashcan, absolutely disgusting. I did not want to bring attention to it because my daughter gets embarrassed easily and did not want her to feel bad, I threw it out when we left for dinner. Another issue was the tv remote didn’t work properly, I managed to turn on the tv once and couldn’t turn it off until finally it shut off after many attempts. The reading light also didn’t work next to the bed. I probably wouldn’t stay there again but on the positive side, the staff was always very friendly and nice and the small breakfast was good.

Hotel is old and not kept up. Carpet in room dirty. Bathroom has rubber mat under sink that hasn’t been cleaned for a very very long time. Continental breakfast 14 Eros is over priced for what you get. Reception said drinks over there all for you. We got 2 apple juices and charged us $10 euros. Walk around corner and bought for $2 we would not recommend this hotel

The rooms are much smaller than pictured which is fine but the reason for the poor review is that the beds are so awful. I woke up in the middle of the night with hip & shoulder pain & after house keeping came in & changed our bed sheets there were probably 18+ hairs in our sheets. I was so grossed out

The place was the perfect spot for walking around very close to Eiffel Tower & champs elysees , also close to bus stops & train stations , the staff were very nice, they have great free Coffee bar in the lobby, my only complaint that the room wasn’t clean enough for my liking , I will include pictures , but overall it was very good we still enjoyed our stay .

Nice stay at the Hotel Marceau. Very convenient to walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and all along the Seine. Also easily walk to all the dining you want. The Rooms are quite small and I imagine fitting for the age of the hotel. Don’t be surprised if you have to leave the room to give your spouse privacy to use the toilet. Who is the designer that puts clear glass swinging doors on a bathroom that don’t even close all the way?!

The staff were wonderful, as was the location (5 minute walk from the Seine) The rooms left a lot to be desired though. The bed was tiny, the bathroom looked like the scene of a knife fight with stab marks and gouges in the bath tub and sink tap there were also glass double doors into the bathroom so zero privacy.

Hubby and I were in Paris for my bday and the location of this hotel is PERFECT! Within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and the Metro. The staff were all EXCEPTIONAL, helpful and very efficient. The breakfast was good and the free coffee bar helped with cold walks in January. Now the room was the problem. I understand the small size, but the bathroom ALWAYS flooded after each person showered. The bed was also 2 twin mattresses put together. We had the worst sleep the entire 4 nights and left with serious back pain. For that reason alone, I would not stay here unless there’s a different bathroom set up and updated mattresses that won’t split in two.

The only gripe was the lack of water pressure on the handheld shower and weird switching of the set of lights in the room. Rooms are smaller as expected in France rooms, but not that cramped. AC worked really well. Would stay here again if I was is the area again.

Yes, I have a really uncomfortable situation with the Reception person in the night shift he was very rude whith me and may daughter, he never explain the things in a good way, he yell at me and explain very strongly way, not like a hosted should treat a guest. Just because of that I’ll never recomended this hotel And another thing, I really suggest to change your pillows this are reeeeally hard, not good quality.

Hotel Marceau Champs-Élysées was just okay for us. The location isn’t central to the main sights, but it is walkable and there are a few cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself feels outdated and could use some updates. We arrived very early, but they didn’t accommodate us until the regular check-in time. Staff overall didn’t really engage or make us feel welcomed. It was fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t choose it again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Marceau. The checkin process was easy and the gentleman on the desk was extremely helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and also assisted in booking a taxi for the airport. The morning breakfast was lovely. The lady working there was very friendly and helpful. The food was good and was a great start to the day! The hotel itself is very well situated. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. We stayed there based on a recommendation of a friend and we were glad we booked there.

All front desk staff, especially Rudy, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was walkable to major attractions as well as the metro and buses. There was also a supermarket right around the corner for your hotel munchies and drinks.

Breakfast was a great French meal for a great price Really good meats and cheese. The staff was a huge help! With a holiday, taxi/uber was hard to come by, the front desk arranged a taxi for a ride to the airport for me, made the stay so easy.

Great location - near all the designer shopping and fashion houses. 4 min walk to the river. Very close to the Eiffel Tower and the arc as well as many other big tourists attractions!

We made a great choice of hotel at hotel Marceau Paris. Excellent location if you wish you can walk to many areas including River Seine, tour Eiffel Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame . Staff at Marceau were very polite efficient and accommodating to safely store our luggage both on check in day and check out . Merci Hotel Marceau !

The hotel is superbly located close to the Champs-Élyseés and was perfect for what we need on a long weekend break. Clean, comfortable room with a great bed and nice staff. Will stay again.

Location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower , seine river , 5 minutes walk to arc de triomph and champs elysses , you can walk all the way to all the main monuments within 30 minutes . Breakfast was very good , juices , tea/ coffee , eggs/ breads , cereals etc. the staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again .

This hotel is really well situated right between the Arc de Triumph and the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants are close by. Our room was very nice. And the buffet breakfast was great.

This was the perfect combination of price and location. Equidistant, easy 10 min stroll to Arc de Triomphe one way and Pont D’alma in other direction. Hotel is not extravagant but charming with very friendly staff. Note no bar or restaurant but neither needed given amenities around. No hesitation to recommend this 3 star hotel, all things considered. Front desk staff exceptional.

Great location. Minutes from everything. We could walk or catch the Metro everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast every morning was always fresh and delicious. The latte machines were a godsend. The room and bed were excellent.

The staff was super nice and helpful the location is very convenient walking distance to main attractions restaurant shopping. The breakfast was simple but delicious French stile breakfast the pastries were delicious so if someone like quality over quantity will enjoy it

O hotel é otimo, com excelente localização e muito bom café da manhã. O staff foi, no geral, muito gentil: os recepcionistas foram simpáticos e atenciosos, assim como a Gabriela que atendia no café da manhã. A exceção foi a outra atendente do café, que realmente não nos tratou de maneira adequada. Recomendamos fortemente este hotel!

The breakfast room was inviting. Tables were cleared and made up quickly. We were greeted warmly. There is a great range of food on offer - hot food, pastries, bread, cold meat cheeses, plus fruit juice and a range of hot drinks. Lovely atmosphere. A perfect start to the day.

Wonderful stay lovely staff, only downside they did not cater for food allergies. Ps the scrambled eggs…..perfection! Perfect location to get to all the main sights and wonderful bars cafes and supermarket

Good location, good breakfast, room good. The staff was excellent and so friendly.The one disappointment was the hotel had no ice. My husband needed ice for a condition he has and it is not on the website that you don't have any ice.also I did not see a check in time on your website. We had to wait about 8 hours to get a room. Also Pics on website were touched up the hotel is old and shows.

The location was great a short walk to the Arc de Triumph, walk the opposite direction and you are at the seine. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were on the top floor, but it was probably an attic at one time, walls slant inward so felt a little tight. No plugs near the bed, so CPAP could not be used in this room.
