This is usually my go-to hotel for my stays, which made this stay a little disappointing. I must have received an older room because it smelled like a basement. The air was very musty and humid, and the bedding smelled like basement also. The bathroom shower had old hair strands stuck to the walls as if it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The central air/heat was also not working. I had to go down to the front desk the next morning to let them know. I was literally only there to sleep and shower, as I was there for my daughters graduation, but I was still disappointed because I paid over $600 for 2 rooms. Definitely not cheap, so I would expect better from them.

The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was accommodating. There was a $17 charge for a breakfast, so I thought Cracker Barrel was a better deal.

The front desk area and bar was nice and clean. The room and bathroom was also nice. The only complaint I have is that our car tires were slashed in the middle of the night so I am hesitant to book this hotel in the future.

The evening front desk person did not handle customers correctly. He spoke with someone on the phone for five minutes while someone stood in front of him waiting.
