Very satisfied with our stay at the Marriott Resort & Spa. The villa was spectacular. All rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were large and comfortable. All rooms had a private bathroom and a view of either the beach or nature. The villa had its own private pool, and was located right by the beach. Many good facilities at the resort. We used their fitness center and spa regularly. It was easy to get to and from the island by either speedboat or cable car. The breakfast at the restaurants had good and varied food. The coffee and juice were magical. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We are incredibly satisfied with our stay and will definitely return. It was a luxurious and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

Vi var to par og var på resorten to netter. Rommet var helt perfekt. Vi fikk havutsikt. Stranda var helt Amazing. Nesten bare for oss selv. Vi fikk sol og regn den dagen vi skulle sjekke ut. Frokosten var bra utvalg. Litt uheldig at svømmebasseng var i oppussingen. Ellers helt topp resort.

Wow ! What an amazing hotel and location! Has a 3 pools all great , 1 one Olympic size swimming over looking an incredible beach. The staff are great and very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and lovey rooms, we paid abut extra to get an ocean view, which didn’t disappoint. 10/10.

공항 픽업부터 드랍까지 숙소와 관련된 모든 것이 완벽했고 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 버기를 부르면 10분이내로 온다고 안내해주는데 평균적으로 5분정도 걸리는 것 같았고 빈펄 골프장 클럽하우스까지도 버기로 5~10분이내로 이동 가능해서 편리했습니다. 시내이동도 보트시간 감안해서 움직인다면 큰 불편함은 없습니다.

Very clean , luxurious and opulent . Gym facilities were all brand new and well maintained. We would have liked the option to refill filtered water instead of being given new bottled water daily and contributing to unnecessary plastic use. Buffet breakfast and dinners were awesome . Very tasty and with a lot of variety to cater for all. Would have loved to have more dining options in the resort .

저희 가족하고 동생네 그리고 어머니를 모시고 10명이 풀빌라에 묵었습니다. 새로지은 건물이라 시설 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 애들은 빌라에 있는 수영장에서 너무 재밌게 잘 놀았구요 골프장 잔디 상태와 운영도 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 다만 음식 맛이 조금 떨어지는 단점이 있었지만 놀이공원이나 워터파크 등 모든 시설이 우수햤어요. 특히 저녁에 하는 테마파크 공원 공연은 절대 후회하지 않으실 겁니다.

I don’t like the way the hotel handle luggage: 1) I was waiting for the shuttle bus in the heat on the afternoon 2 May at the cable car station. In more than 20 minutes there were 5 shuttle bus went by but not stop to pick up passengers. They were prioritizing picking up luggages at the ferry terminal. Are you in the hospitality business or hauling business? 2) when checking out with my luggage rather than ship them ahead. There were no support at the boat terminal on both sides. I am 60 yrs old and had to self serve 50 kilos not having access to a luggage cart. Not pleasant. Dining room services with screaming children and parents is not pleasant. You have several dining areas, why cant you have one for adult only?

Great value. From the check-in you feel welcomed, very smooth and luggage is delivered to your suite from the cable car station. Buffet is sumptuous and delicious. Both pool and sauna feel quintessential. Would come back soon.

We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with faster. As you walk around the resort, you can see cups and glasses from the previous night haven't been picked up. The beach could also be cleaned. I felt this embodied the overall management for the resort, with little attention to detail to make the stay feel special.

The rooms are very spacious, but seem to waste a lot of space. For example, the kitchen looks nice, but isn't really functional. The property is very clean and well kept. The check in process took a very long time for us and we didn't receive information on amenities. The manager did get involved and try to do everything he could to make things right for us.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms come with many complimentary amenities and services. Breakfasts were fantastic! There is no AC and smart TV however. It’s a cool area so a fan was enough. There were many black ants in our room but luckily there was none on our bed. The area is quite hard for cars to move in and out.

Staff is service minded and helpful. We have the ocean view suite and the room was amazing with outstanding view. A lot of Chinese and Russians staying here, so breakfast buffet was accommodating for them.

Vi bodde i en 2 soverom villa med privat basseng. Dette var helt perfekt for en familie på 5 personer. Servicen var upåklagelig! We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with faster. As you walk around the resort, you can see cups and glasses from the previous night haven't been picked up. The beach could also be cleaned. I felt this embodied the overall management for the resort, with little attention to detail to make the stay feel special.

Very satisfied with our stay at the Marriott Resort & Spa. The villa was spectacular. All rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were large and comfortable. All rooms had a private bathroom and a view of either the beach or nature. The villa had its own private pool, and was located right by the beach. Many good facilities at the resort. We used their fitness center and spa regularly. It was easy to get to and from the island by either speedboat or cable car. The breakfast at the restaurants had good and varied food. The coffee and juice were magical. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We are incredibly satisfied with our stay and will definitely return. I planned a trip from the US to Vietnam to propose to my gf. When we got there my mom got pulled aside by a staff member and scammed her out of over $100. I paid for a room and paid the extra fee for the extra person already but they told her she needed to pay it. When I found out I went to go talk to the front desk and they said they can’t do anything about it and I needed to talk to Expedia. I chatted with Expedia and they said they talked to the front desk and I needed to go back there and talk to them. I went there and they said they can’t refund me but they’ll give me a credit. We didn’t want to waste it so I just used it for VinWonder, which was not part of our plan, and it was boring and dead so we left after only 2 hours. It was also a waste of a short time we had there.

The rooms are very spacious, but seem to waste a lot of space. For example, the kitchen looks nice, but isn't really functional. The property is very clean and well kept. The check in process took a very long time for us and we didn't receive information on amenities. The manager did get involved and try to do everything he could to make things right for us.

I don’t like the way the hotel handle luggage: 1) I was waiting for the shuttle bus in the heat on the afternoon 2 May at the cable car station. In more than 20 minutes there were 5 shuttle bus went by but not stop to pick up passengers. They were prioritizing picking up luggages at the ferry terminal. Are you in the hospitality business or hauling business? 2) when checking out with my luggage rather than ship them ahead. There were no support at the boat terminal on both sides. I am 60 yrs old and had to self serve 50 kilos not having access to a luggage cart. Not pleasant. Dining room services with screaming children and parents is not pleasant. You have several dining areas, why cant you have one for adult only?

The villa was only 3 room so they charged us 1 adult and 2 children extra for the breakfast and dinner buffet for a total of over $500 US dollars for a 5 night stay. It wasn\'t stated in the booking, only after we had booked did they send us an email saying we had to pay for the "extra" guest. Needless to say, I forked out the money since we had already bought tickets to Nha Trang and planned around staying there. The villa was clean and in a decent location walking distance to the restaurants and the main building. The restaurant and buffet is where this place failed miserably. For a 5-star hotel, it seemed more like a 1 star hotel in terms of food service. Getting a table for breakfast and dinner was like a mad dash to run to a free table. Half the time we had to wait or were crammed into a small table. That wasn\'t the only bad part. The food was average at best but getting it was a mad scramble just to get any food that was put out. There was only 1 person at the noodle stations so people was just cramming in just to get their orders in and no discernable line with people just walking in front and ordering. Breakfast seemed to be the worst, when they ran out of tables they carted people to another restaurant only to have no tables left there either. Not enough cooks or food so people were left fighting for scraps. There is no way this place is 5 star, the service was okay but the restaurants were bad.

Wow ! What an amazing hotel and location! Has a 3 pools all great , 1 one Olympic size swimming over looking an incredible beach. The staff are great and very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and lovey rooms, we paid abut extra to get an ocean view, which didn’t disappoint. 10/10.

공항 픽업부터 드랍까지 숙소와 관련된 모든 것이 완벽했고 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 버기를 부르면 10분이내로 온다고 안내해주는데 평균적으로 5분정도 걸리는 것 같았고 빈펄 골프장 클럽하우스까지도 버기로 5~10분이내로 이동 가능해서 편리했습니다. 시내이동도 보트시간 감안해서 움직인다면 큰 불편함은 없습니다.

저희 가족하고 동생네 그리고 어머니를 모시고 10명이 풀빌라에 묵었습니다. 새로지은 건물이라 시설 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 애들은 빌라에 있는 수영장에서 너무 재밌게 잘 놀았구요 골프장 잔디 상태와 운영도 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 다만 음식 맛이 조금 떨어지는 단점이 있었지만 놀이공원이나 워터파크 등 모든 시설이 우수햤어요. 특히 저녁에 하는 테마파크 공원 공연은 절대 후회하지 않으실 겁니다.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms come with many complimentary amenities and services. Breakfasts were fantastic! There is no AC and smart TV however. It’s a cool area so a fan was enough. There were many black ants in our room but luckily there was none on our bed. The area is quite hard for cars to move in and out.

The villa we stay at was nice for a family of 10. The villa was only 3 room so they charged us 1 adult and 2 children extra for the breakfast and dinner buffet for a total of over $500 US dollars for a 5 night stay. It wasn\'t stated in the booking, only after we had booked did they send us an email saying we had to pay for the "extra" guest. Needless to say, I forked out the money since we had already bought tickets to Nha Trang and planned around staying there. The villa was clean and in a decent location walking distance to the restaurants and the main building. The restaurant and buffet is where this place failed miserably. For a 5-star hotel, it seemed more like a 1 star hotel in terms of food service. Getting a table for breakfast and dinner was like a mad dash to run to a free table. Half the time we had to wait or were crammed into a small table. That wasn\'t the only bad part. The food was average at best but getting it was a mad scramble just to get any food that was put out. There was only 1 person at the noodle stations so people was just cramming in just to get their orders in and no discernable line with people just walking in front and ordering. Great value. From the check-in you feel welcomed, very smooth and luggage is delivered to your suite from the cable car station. Buffet is sumptuous and delicious. Both pool and sauna feel quintessential. Would come back soon.

It was a lovely stay. We had a very relaxing time at the Resort and it offered heaps of activities. The staff were attentive but could improve on Customer service Skills. Food and drinks were good.

Excellent stay in a lovely resort. Staff very helpful, breakfast was delicious as was all food we had in resort, loved the resident hotel band they were fabulous. Stayed in a two bedroom villa, spacious, clean, a little dated and pool area very sheltered by trees.
