The hotel was centrally located and beautifully presented. The pool was fabulous, especially for children as it had bridges and diving boards to play on. The staff were incredibly helpful with all enquiries, even booking things on our behalf. The breakfasts were especially good with a superb choice. I would love to come back!

Pool was lovely but freezing cold!!!!! I’m not sure why they don’t heat their pools in Italy. Very few people use the pools for obvious reasons. However the hotel rooms, dining and staff were excellent!!!! I’d go back!!

Distance de marche de Minori (15 minutes) et de Ravello (randonnée en pente de 2 heures). Le personnel était très courtois et nous a suggéré de bons restaurants.

The hotel is in a perfect location, near the sea, walking trails, bus stop and town centre. It has a car park and pool, which is not easy to find on Amalfi coast. The hotel is modern, clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, balcony small but OK. We truly enjoyed staying there.

The hotel location is in the heart of Maiori across the road from the beach. The intersection with the main tourist attractions could be busy at times, but it did not bother us at all.. We stayed on the 4th floor. Very comfortable stay - elevator, big beach-front view room with large balcony and AC. King-size and tween beds. It felt like the hotel was relatively recently renovated. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was more than any continental breakfast could offer. Pool is decent size, clean and well-maintained. Plenty of lounge chairs around and it is free. Beach is located across the road from the hotel. It is private and everyone pays to access it - €50/day first, €45/day second, €35/day third row and so forth. For that you get 1 umbrella and 2 lounge chairs. There is a small cafe with a sitting area where you can order limited menu food and drinks. The beach is also available for other people, who are not the hotel’s patrons. The hotel was so clean! We saw the staff wiping down doorways, cleaning the office, etc. All the common areas and our room were spotless. They graciously upgraded us to a Jr suite, which was beautiful. We had a view of the Mediterranean from a huge balcony. The only negative is it's a shame the divider doesn't go from the ceiling to the floor on the balcony, so that you don't feel like you're intruding on your neighbors. The pool was lovely, but a bit chilly in October. It would have been nice if the hot tub had been working. The breakfast buffet was amazing, everything was delicious and in abundance. The location was very convenient and overall staying here was one of the best things about our vacation!

The staff was helpful and friendly. I paid for a balcony with sea view room. I was looking forward to sitting on the balcony and enjoying some peace, tranquility and a view of the sea. The hotel should have a better description! It was an obstructed view of the sea. It was a view of the main road, with cars and pedestrians. There was a bus stop. One night the police pull over a driver and they conducted a vehicle search, while I watched from my “sea view room” I was very disappointed. I went on vacation to find some quietness. Be aware! The description of the room should be city view with obstructed view of the sea! The beds are very very uncomfortable! It was hard to get a good nights rest.

Absolutely loved this hotel - the pool was a wonderful oasis, the beach was only a few steps away, it was very centrally located in Maiori. The room was clean and comfortable with great AC. No complaints, would stay here again. Front desk staff were also helpful and nice.

Beautiful property in the heart of Maiori. Great staff and service. Room was very nice (superior balcony) with beautiful, unobstructed views of the coast. The Amalfi road runs in front of the hotel so there is always some light traffic noise. Bus stops and ferry terminal close by.

The hotel is located just by the beach, next to the main restaurant street. The swimming pool is very nice, and the breakfast is very good. The standard rooms are very small, we upgraded to a superior room - a very different experience. Service was ok, but we had a lot of problems with transport. We had ordered a taxi from the hotel to pick us up at the airport, it came 40 minutes late - after I had called several times. No excuse when we arrived at the hotel. Then we were leaving, we ordered a taxi (to go to Positano) - we where told that it would come in 20-30 minutes, after 4 hours waiting we gave up / and arranged transport ourselves. Again, no excuse from the hotel. We took a coffe while waiting (after a few hours), we also had to pay for that. So: Nice hotel, nice stay, but the hotel needs to take responsibility also for the transport service.

The reservation system is a bit sketchy. When we arrived they lost one reservation and did not have a room ready for the second reservation. The rooms are small with minimal amenities and had no air conditioning. Our room was being remodeled and it took two days to get a mirror in the bathroom. The staff was as accommodating as possible given the situation. It sure this would rate as a four star but the staff made up for it.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. They truly made our first visit to the Amalfi coast so wonderful. They even helped us book an exciting day trip to Pompei and Mt. Vesuviano! The property was in a great central area, close walk to the beach, restaurants and ferry port. I could not recommend the Reginna Palace more. We will definitely be back!

Nice 4 star hotel. Great location on corner of the main street, right across from the beach. Room was well appointed, small but whatwe paid for, there are bigger. Good a/c. Buffet breakfast was very good 8ncluding omelets station. Lunch and dinner are very good quality. The town is small, quaint and not too busy. Ferries available to take you up and down the coast and even over to Capri. Relaxing vacation spot.

Excellent stay. The gardens, pool, staff and breakfast were excellent. We enjoyed our ten day stay in Maiori as our base to the AC. We would return in a heartbeat! Very central to the promenade. Excellent restaurant in the hotel and surrounding area. Park for children across the street. Fifteen minute walk to the ferry dock. Bus right outside hotel.
