Elevator hard to use and room was very far from lobby and no free coffee in room or lobby.

Great location, close to lots of food and shopping. The bar/restaurant in the hotel is wonderful and has great food and drinks. Would definitely stay at this hotel again

Great rooms and location. Try to get rooms on the back of the property, as the noise from the street can be quite loud. The attached 1920 pub has a great selection if drafts and whiskeys.

Great location for a visit to Dublin. This hotel was very clean and the staff members were friendly. You will enjoy your stay, but be prepared to walk a maze of steps and stairs to find your room. The dining was also great.

Great walking to all major sites & areas of interest, a bit of a touristy party area at night, & can get loud outside on streets, but it was quite inside beautiful hotel. Parking convienient and on same street. Private hangout rooftop balcony on 3rd floor…so cool to hang there day or night

Cozy Lobby with 2 fireplaces!

Fleet hotel is at the end of Temple Bar, our room was quiet. Has a small but nice bar in lobby and a restaurant on property. Only negative it’s hard to navigate interior floors with luggage. If mobility is a problem request a room that the elevator goes directly to.

Wonderful breakfast with every food you could wish for, cooked to perfection! Enjoyed the hot breakfast with a latte then the hotel gave us muffins for our roadtrip. Very easy parking and hotel gave a discount. Total parking was 19 euros. Hotel is a beautiful 100+ years old. The elevator goes to 3rd so we had to carry suitcases up a flight. Our room was tucked under the eaves, above the trees. Absolutely quiet and meticulously clean. Comfortable bed, king aized(?).

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was pretty small and difficultnto get luggage to the room. Our wing was between floors so we had to lug bags upnand down stairs. The parking was a garage down the block. They validated the ticket which was great, but it wasn't easy getting luggage back to the car after the stay. There were some great restaurants, bars with live music, and shopping within walking distance.

Cannot fault the hotel one bit. Central location (yet surprisingly quiet). Staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Food (we had dinner and breakfast) was wonderful. Next time we visit Dublin we will be stopping there. 10/10.

I recently stayed at the Fleet Hotel and left with mixed feelings. We arrived early and were able to check in right away, though we had to upgrade our room, which was understandable and appreciated. The room itself was fine, and the hotel’s location was perfect. It was incredibly quiet, and we couldn’t hear any outside noise. However, there was a significant issue with housekeeping that has left me hesitant to return, and I’d recommend others be cautious. On the second day (Friday) of our stay, I gathered all the dirty towels and placed them in the corner, as well as stripped the bed and put the bedding in the corner to make cleaning easier. On the third night (Saturday), as I was getting into bed, I noticed a stain from two nights before still on the sheets. Upon further inspection, I realized the dirty sheets I had placed in the corner had been used again without being cleaned. I immediately called the front desk around 8:00 PM, and they assured me that my room would be prioritized. They also offered me a complimentary drink at the bar, but considering I had already slept on the dirty sheets, I requested new linens so I could change the bedding myself. They brought everything up quickly, and the staff was very kind. I was told a manager would reach out to me about the issue, but I never heard from anyone that day. The next morning, at checkout, I asked to speak with the GM. After a long conversation and a trip to my room to show them the sheets, the GM expressed how emb

We enjoyed staying at the Fleet. It was very noisy however. With no AC in the room, we had to keep the windows open for a breeze. The Fleet is at the head of the Temple Bar street and it was terribly noisy on Sunday night! Drunks, people cussing and shouting and bottles and cans being thrown or kicked around. The room was nice enough, however there were hairs in the bathtub (not from us) and that grosses me out. I don’t want to stay in a room that wasn’t cleaned from the last folks. Overall, I give the hotel and everything a 4.

Don’t let the pictures of a pretty lobby fool you. While the lobby is really nice, it is not congruent with the quality of the rooms, or at east room 102 where I stayed. I spent about 12 hours in this room in total and couldn’t wait to get out of there. The room felt so dirty I didn’t want to touch anything and was glad I had my sandals, because the carpet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for decades. Even the walls were dirty. I found hair on the towels and what looked like pubic hair on the bedsheets. The bathroom had been remodeled, but with not much attention to functionality — there’s no shelf to put your toiletries, no hooks for towels except for a small heating rack directly above the toilet. The room was so small I couldn’t even open my suitcase fully. The worst part was that the room SMELLED AWFUL with a combination of stale air, sweat and old carpet. Even though I had the window open the whole time, the curtains open and the fan on max, I woke up with an irritation in my throat that lingered for days. There is a huge street lamp right next to the window. The blackout curtains help, but if you close them, you won’t get any fresh air in. The staff who checked me in and out were nice.

The property was beautiful and clean and right in the heart of EVERYTHiNG. The bar staff and front desk staff were great. The cleaning staff made the beds and cleaned the bathroom but didn't take the used coffee cups or glasses out of our room for two days. I think then they did because I put them by the garbage can with a crumbled wrapper and Kleenex in it. The first night we got back to our room it was freezing so the heat wouldn't work fast so they gave us heaters. The second day, we walked in our room they got the heat working great, but it was at least 90 degrees in there, which caused me to have a horrible asthma attack.

The hotel was very unique and historic. We stayed in an Elegance Double Room which provided great space, a comfortable king bed and amenities, in addition to a nice welcome package with Ireland favorites. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in Temple Bar, with quick access to bars, restaurants and convenient stores. The neighborhood was very safe, and rooms were quiet.

Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, the room did not match the lobby luxury. Room size ok, double bed not very comfortable - sink into middle of bed. Bathroom modern and new. Breakfast good (dining room in basement with no windows), but good service and selection. All in all our stay was good.

The room was so small it was impossible for two people to move around in. No suitcase storage, no place to store clothing. No dresser no drawers! Our room faced an ally where fighting, drug deals,garbage trucks banged and delivery trucks through stuff out every morning. The room was so hot we had to keep our windows open and dealt with this night and day. Horrible place to sleep.

The lobby and lobby bar. The attached restaurant. The rooms are very small and not as pretty as the lobby, the beds are small (full sized mattress not queen) - so if you want more space in your or in the bed, you must upgrade.

We stayed here for two nights. Our room had no air conditioning. Just a ghetto fan on the desk. A friend also had a room booked (paid less than us) and his room had air conditioning. I paid more for my stay in my room with my non existent air conditioning which was an insane amount of money for a hotel room that was so disgustingly hot. I would recommend verifying you aren’t in a room with a ghetto desk fan as your only source of climate control if you decide to stay here.

Room was very small. No air conditioning but was able to open the windows which cooled the room; however, at night was a bit loud. Location is great, particularly if you like a lot of activity and nightlife. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel has great decor and design, friendly helpful staff and in a great location. I was in a very small room with no air con and little fresh air (seemed to be next to a load of machinery outside so opened the window and then quickly shut it again!), and the walls were thin - not a problem for me but others might disagree.

Felt welcome from the first moment as I was greeted by a staff member at the front door. Very efficient at reception and was checked in very quickly. Car parking is across the road and easy to access. Was at a business function during the evening and returned to have some drinks at the hotel bar, staff were friendly and had a very good selection of drinks. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

My partner and I were visiting family for the Easter break, and thought a night in Dublin would be fun. We chose The Fleet for its great location and luxury look. It really is in the middle of everything, and you can walk to most places. Parking is tricky, but there is a car park opposite that I recommend you pre-book on popular holidays. The reception we received was excellent and a great reflection of the 4-star standard. The lounge area and bar are beautiful and such a dramatic change to the hustle and bustle of the street. We had a street-facing room, but it was completely soundproofed, and you didn't hear anything from the noisy street. We had a slight issue with the barman (lack of etiquette and just needs more training) when we wanted an evening drink, but when we reported it the next day, it was very professionally resolved, and we would go back to this hotel. Overall, we were very happy. The hotel is beautiful in a great location, and the staff are amazing. Well done!!

Called Months ago about Early check in as we flew from over seas and arrived early and was told that would be ok. Arrived to check in and told no check in till 4pm while others had arrived and got checked in early

The Fleet was a charming hotel in the heart of the Temple Bar neighborhood. It was surprisingly quiet in spite of that. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking garage was close and easy to get in and out of as well.

Just left the hotel and have to say it is a lovely one. It is right at the beginning of the Temple Bar area. There is a Tesco supermarket right in front and you can walk from to all the main attractions with ease. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. One thing I do have to mention is that our room had no air conditioning but let me tell you that by leaving the window a bit open, the room was cold and comfortable. Valerie handled our frustration with grace, understanding and respect, and was very helpful with arranging our transportation at all times. We recommend this hotel, just make sure to check if your room have air conditioning or not so there are no surprises.

Location was excellent

Great location in the City Center within easy walking distance to most attractions. Beautiful lobby, all amenities, well appointed rooms, and a courteous staff willing to help. Breakfast a little steep on the price but wonderful with everything imaginable. Have stayed at the Fleet before and that's while I'll stay there again.

My stay at the Fleet was comfortable and very convenient. The staff were all helpful and courteous, the breakfast was excellent and my room was very quiet and cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

Very quaint. Wonderful decor. Good food in the restaurant and room service. Very responsive staff. Deluxe room had ample space for 3 people.

You should specify, that although there's an elevator, there are steps required to access many of the rooms. That way those who require special accessibility can request the rooms when booking a reservation. I did feel the restaurant could use some improvement with both the food and service. Just from a convenience perspective we would have eaten there more. You probably have one of the most polite and accommodating staff I've ever encountered. 5 star quality.

It's a rough area , it is centrally located but I would we did not venture out at night. Lots of fights downstairs outside hotel. A guy was throwing a cab at a wall near me all a sudden. A fellow traveler was mugged, there are better options away from Temple Bar. If you wanna drink and inhale a life's worth of smoke and vapes and be weary of your surroundings then this is the place for you. The hotel itself is ok , but not at all the area. Be aware also the breakfast is limited and no vegan options

Very nice. Great location, great food, great service. Everything cleaned and towels replenished everyday by housekeeping. If I was returning to Dublin I would 100% stay here again. So would recommend :)
