６歳の娘と家族3人で泊まりました。施設が新しく、とてもキレイで、レセプションの近くにカフェがあり利用しやすかったことや、海の近くにレストランもあり利用しました。繁華街へはグラブを利用して１０分程度ですが、大人がホテルを楽しみたい、子どもの満足度を大事にしたい（プールがある）、ホイアンに行きたい、マーブルマウンテンに行くと思うとピッタリでした。一日大人一回、マッサージもついていて、人によりますが施術力が高い人が何人もいます。四回受けて三回、めちゃくちゃ気持ちがよかったです。日の出も部屋から見られて、朝のビーチも楽しめました。プールは浮き輪レンタルはないので、欲しい方は、現地のお店（スーパーとかで売ってる）で買うか、持参になります。プールにバスタオルは置いてあります。子連れの方→子ども用パジャマはありません。（案内もありません）子ども関連の物は、日本の様には準備されてないと思った方がよいです。娘はキッズクラブで、ワークショップも最終日にできて、楽しかったようです。

The staff were so welcoming and kind, they remembered the smallest details about us and helped out without hesitation. Rooms were great, brand new and always kept tidy. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, so delicious every morning catering for everyone’s appetite. Location of Fusion is perfect if you want the best of both Da Nang and Hoi An, with elite golf courses across the road for a keen golfer. Would definitely recommend for both a couple stay or family stay, super relaxing. We didn’t get the pleasure of the Wellness and Spa facility being open yet due to construction but that looks amazing so I’m sure that will make an already special stay even better! Fusion still satisfied our wellness needs by organising a close by spa retreat with Naman next door. Highly recommend staying here!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in my life. Spa was super. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Big and clean room. Beautiful pool and private beach. Free yoga and meditation sessions are strongly recommended to join. Everything was perfect. No complaints. For future tourists, one thing I would like to tell... The hotel is located at a mid point of Da Nang city and Hoi An. A bit far from tourist places. Dinner at the hotel was NOT so great, but very limited choices of restaurants around the hotel. Fusion is a top notch resort in Da Nang. Attention is paid to every details in the design of our room. We love the spacious bathroom and the ocean facing view. We watch sunrise and sunset in bed! Our room is spotlessly clean. The staff in front desk, spa, restaurants and everywhere in the hotel are all friendly, ready to help and just make you feel comfortable. The beach and pool were beautiful, but service and cleanliness were disappointing. Staff felt tired and unapproachable. Buggies took 10–20 minutes and no one informed us when they arrived. One of our room keys went missing after cleaning—reported, but never followed up. I had to rely on reception just to access the elevator when alone. Worst of all, small glass shards were scattered near the curtain throughout our 3-night stay. I have a 4-year-old who runs barefoot—this was truly alarming. The body soap was never refilled, ice came without tongs, and the spa was freezing.

新しいホテルのため、施設は明るく綺麗で洗練されたインテリアデザイン。2ベットルームオーシャンビュープレミアムスイートに宿泊。シャワーは延びるタイプで使いやすく、バスタブにはバスソルトも。到着の夜、翌日のスパ予約のためにフロントに行くと、部屋番号を把握されており驚いた。朝食会場やスパやプールにはカートもあり（歩いてもいける）。朝食会場でコーヒーを注文すると、ラテアートして運んでくれた。滞在中、娘の誕生日のため、ハウスキーピングのタイミングでホールケーキを用意してくださり感動。（パスポートチェックで気づかれた模様）しかも美味しかった！スパもメニューが充実しており、13歳の娘にはティーンエイジャー用のメニューもあり。ヨガプログラムも1日数回あり。部屋に設置のビーチバッグが気に入り、使用済みしかなく中古品で6000円ほどしたのが残念だった。静かでゆったり過ごすのに最適なホテル。また泊まりたいです。

我們訂購住設有2房的房間，價格雖然貴，但家人住得開心。露台超級大，佔房間一半，坐在梳化上欣賞海景，使心情舒暢。出入去市中心要20-30分鐘車程。房間非常乾淨舒適，職員非常友善親切，面帶笑容，願意解決客人問題。惟要改善地方就是早餐自助餐一般，不是太吸引；房間浴室沒有電插。作為收費不便宜的度假村，雖然有浴缸，但沒有提供浸泡浴鹽，否則十分完美。

とにかく綺麗で部屋も広く快適でした！入室するとレモングラスの香りがして心地よい。レストランの食事もとても種類が多くおいしかったです。ダナンゴルフクラブが目の前なのでこちらを予約しましたが本当に素晴らしいホテルでした。周りには何もありませんがこれからコンビニエンスストアなどできたらもっと良いと思います。スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーでありがとうございました。

An amazing service from beginning to end. Was surprised to learn we had a massage included in each day of our stay! Yoga, tennis, and meditation also offered. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous grounds, clean room with beautiful views, excellent dining options (amazing breakfast buffet). The service is truly top notch; thanks to Phuong Tran at the front desk and Hong at the breakfast buffet. For Americans, I truly suggest this hotel for your Da Nang and Hoi An visit. Fusion will go the extra mile for your enjoyment and relaxation! Good for families and couples. Slight drive into downtown, but a wonderful resort to relax and unwind.

This was the most beautiful resort I have stayed at in all my travels. Our suite was very clean, comfortable and had a great view of the ocean and the resort grounds. The spa was lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet had great variety and good quality food. It's about a 15-20 min drive to Hoi An old town. Definitely would stay here again!
