Great location with an easy stroll to nearby shops and pubs. Parking was great. Gorgeous bathroom and a comfy room of reasonable size. Nice bed and very quiet despite being in the city. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful staff at check in, lovely big bedroom. An excellent choice for breakfast and the food was really good. Only negative was no food in hotel apart from breakfast and no bar facilities. A very enjoyable stay and would return if ever in Cork again.

Room was ready early which was great after driving down from Dublin. Room was spacious and clean with all the amenities I needed (tea/coffee/bottled water/great shower/TV/fridge). I only had the continental breakfast which was good value and the cooked dishes coming out to other guests looked really good too. Hotel is well located with the city centre just a short walk away and the free parking in their own car park was ideal.

Have used this hotel many times over the years as it is very convenient for Cork City and has parking. The recent refurbishments have added to the experience. Breakfast is good and I like that it is fresh cooked and not a buffet.

Great property but the construction going on is a definite drawback since it was crazy loud starting at 8am . If you can check out before the noise starts great otherwise it is unacceptably loud and you won't be able to relax in your room

Located pretty central in Cork City and great to have a secure area to park. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, especially the ones at the front desk. The rooms in the Lodge are nicely updated and very comfortable.

My room had an infestation of spiders. They took over the wall and the windows. I tried to move rooms, but the hotel was booked. They told me there was nothing they could do. My parenter qnd I attempted to kill as many as we couod to get through the night, but it was an impossible task. The spiders woupd go down the cieling onto the bed. Nothing was done during checkout because "there was no manager on site" it was ridiculous.

We enjoyed a relaxing two night stay. Our room was lovely, modern & very clean. The staff were lovely & friendly. Really appreciate the free parking. The hotel is located easy walking distance from the city centre. Would recommend Liberty grill for breakfast.

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich und höflich. Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Man kann zu Fuß in die Innenstadt laufen. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr preiswert. Gegenüber dem Hotel gibt es aber auch ein Café, wo man frühstücken könnte, falls man nur Übernachtung gebucht hat. Es ist möglich Frühstück direkt im Hotel nach zu buchen, was ich gemacht habe. Das Angebot ist ausreichend und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Ich würde die Lancaster Lodge jederzeit wieder buchen.

Note the small fridge turns off when you leave the room/ remove your keycard - this is a design flaw. Some larger glasses and coffee cups in the room would be better. Friendly and efficient staff. Buffet breakfast was good.

The hotel is remodeled and is very nice. The location is also very good, close to the university and not far from the city center. The room was extremely hot though, and there is no AC. Unfortunately leaving the windows open would not help either, the room stayed very warm even though outside was cold.

The room felt a little too warm, even with the heat turned off, so we left the window open, but that meant noise from the busy night life on the street below. Lancaster Lodge is ideal for a city centre base with parking. Everything is within walking distance and the hotel is reasonably quiet at night. The breakfast is good. The rooms are showing signs of needing some maintenance and sprucing up but it is clean and well run. Rooms near to the lift are noisy.

L'hotel etait convenable et bien situé. Puis le matin, à 8h, les travaux (perceuse, marteau...) ont commencé et nous ont empêchés de nous reposer. Nous n'avons pas du tout été prévenus que nous ne pourrions pas profiter du matin dans notre chambre. J'ai demandé un geste commercial mais tout a été refusé en bloc et c'est à peine si la personne de la réception, peu aimable, s'est excusée. C'est tout bonnement scandaleux à ce prix là, dans un hotel de cette gamme. Service clients : 0.

It is a very good place to stay you are in walking distance of things but sometimes you need a taxi and the front desk will get it for you unless they forget to call them like they did to me and I missed my tour and I didn’t get anything back so I lost a lot of money

Very helpful staff at check in, lovely big bedroom. An excellent choice for breakfast and the food was really good. Only negative was no food in hotel apart from breakfast and no bar facilities. A very enjoyable stay and would return if ever in Cork again.

Very good hotel located close to Cork centre. Excellent room with modern decor - all floors serviced by a lift. Good Wifi, free parking on site. Our booking included breakfast - very good and cooked to order. Only negative - no hair shampoo or conditioner provided. Would stay sgain.

Have used this hotel many times over the years as it is very convenient for Cork City and has parking. The recent refurbishments have added to the experience. Breakfast is good and I like that it is fresh cooked and not a buffet.

The hotel was situated 10 mins from the city, lovely location. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The beds were so comfy we had the most amazing sleep, and the blackout curtains! The shower was amazing too! Would definitely staff here again!
