Parking was good, breakfast was good, my husband would have preferred fresh scrambled eggs and sausage instead of Jimmy Dean sandwiches. None working ice dispenser on second floor. Would have liked king sized pillows on the bed instead of those 5 little tiny pillows. Shower needs a seat for women to sit on to shave their legs. Hand lotion dispenser was empty. Other than that very nice stay!

Although it’s adjacent to a busy highway, our room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff, and a well -maintained indoor pool and hot tub. Pet fee was a bit more than expected but a great stay.

Mattress is uncomfortable. Pillow way too small and super uncomfortable. The room had a bad smell and so did some of the towels. Had to get my key card set up three times. The last time I had to wait at the front desk for the night person to get off her phone and finish up her two cigarettes. 25mins waiting is way to long to leave the counter unattended

The room had an odor, the bath tub was very slippery, the bed was hard, and the pillows were lumpy. I wouldn’t select this hotel ever again. The shower alone was stressful because I didn’t want to slip and fall, I kept holding on to the rails. This hotel looks nothing like the photos on the site. It’s a much older hotel on the inside.

Overall pretty decent for the price! It is a few miles south of Waco so not much around it but short drive to all the food. The rooms were a good size, had kitchenette and couch in the tv area. I could not figure out the tv guide. no way to login to streaming services, but movie selection was ok. Shower was just ok with basic supplies. It was clean and had been renovated. The room was pretty humid and took a while to cool down. Beds were comfortable. No USB charger ports, so bring wall adapters.

We were pleasantly surprised with the location and cleanliness of the Hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well stocked. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Now for the negatives: The pillows were horrible, like stuffed with whatever. The water pressure was so low that a shower was horrible. We had a problem with our room keys working and had to get them exchanged twice. Most of these problems could be avoided with upgrading the pillows- Walmart is "next door". Check your room key machine! I don't know what you can do about the water pressure but a sponge bath at a hotel is unacceptable. Maybe try a plumber for advice.

Upon arrival check in was seemingly smooth, went to the room and found it dirty with other guests items in the room,went back and the desk clerk realized she had assigned us an occupied room!! She quickly fixed the problem....The desk clerk had explained the hotel eco friendly policy and thattjey had a door tag system for cleaning services and on the 3rd day of our stayour riom would be FULLY serviced with linen change. On the second day, I used the door tag and requested limited services of refresh towel supply,empty trash,and maje beds,this was done but no yag was replaced for future requests so on the next day,I requested a door tag and again requested limited services. On the 3rd day,I expected as advised at check in that my room woyld be FULLY serviced...it wasnt. This lead our room to run out of towels and toilet paper. I went down the fourth day BEFORE 8am and requested our room to be FULLY serviced...upon my return at 130pm,it had not been cleaned. I was advised by a member of housekeeping that I would need to leave the room to get the services requested in my room. So I had to go downstairs and wait for my room to be cleaned.

The property itself was very nice and clean as was all the interior. The staff, however, was not accommodating. We had called two days ahead to ask if it was possible to check in a little early, around 1:30-2:00 p.m., because of a wedding we were attending at 3:30. We were told that might be possible. Upon arrival, we called and were told to wait until 2 p.m. and call again. We did and were told their computers were down, and they could not accommodate us. We were unable to use one of their public bathrooms or even a closet. Luckily, our son was attending the wedding and let us change over at their hotel. I wish we had stayed there and would have had we not been scared of Sleep Inn charging us even if we called and canceled. I am writing this hotel down as one to never, never stay again!!

Maxine was PHENOMENAL!!! She understood the emergency situation of what was going on and got us into a room VERY quickly! She worked with me on the extension of the room, she provided the number to Expedia and helped me everyway she could. I will revisit this particular location JUST for her!! Maxine... This was my first stay here on business. The room 203 was clean and comfortable. The AC is excellent. The breakfast was ok, nothing warm, except the waffles. The breakfast sandwich’s you have to heat up. Good coffee and juices! We didn’t use the indoor pool/spa. The workout room is decent. I used to work the front desk many years ago and we always welcomed our guests! The young lady at check in didn’t do much but ask for ID and credit card for incidentals. I had to ask where the elevator was since I have never been there. Unbelievable that we have a work force so un-respectful!

Easy access, clean, nice staff, great price There were a couple of place of stained carpet in hall near elevator and everything else was and looked very clean. Breakfast would be nice to have maybe some protein like sausage or egg. There are premade sandwiches that can be warmed but it would nice for some protein if you choose to have a waffle or toast vs and whole sandwich. I would stay again

It was very close to a Walmart store, which was convenient. I like their free breakfast. In many ways it's a better spread than a lot. We did notice that both their coffee and tea options are pretty awful, but otherwise, the food choices were good.
