Location is great. Parking is not close so if you have a lot of luggage, getting it all to the room is not easy. The showers are terrible in design. You have almost 2/3 high meter to step into a small plastic tub. Water shoots out everywhere on to the floor. Very slippery and dangerous. Restaurant food was good. Staff was ok.

Świetna lokalizacja na Starym Mieście, kilka minut spaceru od zabytków i restauracji. Hotel dobrze utrzymany mimo swoich lat, dobre śniadania i obsługa. Internet działał bez zarzutów, w hotelu jest siłownia i sale konferencyjne. Minusem jest dość drogi parking, natomiast nie trzeba z niego korzystać - przed budynkiem hotelu jest bardzo dużo miejsc parkingowych opłacanych w parkometrze.

Ok hotel. Very helpful and service minded waiter in the bar, unlike a woman in the breakfast room looking like you are in the way for her. However, everyone can have a bad day so I guess this just was one of hers. Low water pressure in the shower on the 8th floor, but not a big issue. The building itself reminds of a 70'is style dark interior in all floors except the reception area. I would like to visit this hotel again at an later occasion. The bar/1st floor restaurant: 5/5 service and 5/5 food My room: 4/5 Breakfast: 2/5 (bad hair day woman preparing)

Uch war für ein paar Tage in Danzig und war mehr als begeistert von dem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr geräumig. Mein Zimmer war im fünften Stockwerk und man hatte einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Das Hotel hat auf jeder Etage einen Wasserspender und legt sehr viel Wert darauf, klimafreundlich zu sein. Ein Highlight ist das Frühstück. Dort findet jeder etwas und es war wirklich sehr lecker.

Beside the convenient location, I cannot think of anything that makes feel that the hotel can live upto a four star status. The staff did no greetings and did not even respond to our greetings. They put us in a room that is somehow made into twin beds room. One bed is totally on the side of the wall. One sleeping on that bed will easily hit their legs and arms on th conceret wall. Shock one was that the room was half the size of the room they showed online. Shock two was that the beds, duvet, pilow case, towel, everything collected a significant amount of dust showing there was no cleaning of them for days. We were too tired the night we arrived and sleept on the beds and we had severe skin irritation and allergic reaction. After notifying the reception and returning to the room we could easily see that they did not change anything. Perhaps the housekeeping swept the sheets and changes nothing two towels. We requested new sheets and other covers. They ignored the request. The AC was not working. However, they fixed that. Staff's behavior showed clear sign of racism and their discomfort in serving someone from Indian ethnicity, except for those young ladies serving coffee at breakfast.

The hotel is much nicer than I thought it would be. The rooms are spacious, well designed and clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. The only thing that I thought could be addressed is the breakfast - the cost is pretty high if one only wants a coffee and a croissant. I would suggest making tiered system, or a menu system, instead of having a blanket buffet price.

Fint hotell i gangavstand til det meste og nær beliggenhet til buss/tog-stasjon. Hyggelige ansatte, noe varmt på rommene, så kan bli hett på de varmeste dagene i året. Kjekt å få rom litt oppe i høyden da dette byr på god utsikt utover byen. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Lovely hotel 10 min walk from the main part of old town . Rooms were clean and comfortable but just way too warm. As there was a clock tower close by it wasn’t possible to have the window open as it chimed from 6am

I was very disappointed. I gave my card for a swipe so that i could charge food to the room. But whenever i tried i had to pay separately. When i checked out and mentioned this, they first denied having taken a swipe and then found it and asked what i wanted to about it. Eventually, refunding the money swiped. They also have a scheme whereby if you dont want the room cleaned on a particular day you hang a sign on your door and get points on your Accor Club card. Every time it was ignored and no points were credited

This property is ideally situated for all the central attractions in Gdansk. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Their standard of professionalism was very high. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would be very happy to recommend it to others.

Our flight was very early so we came to the hotel around 10am. We asked the staff if it was possible to check in earlier if the room was ready. They said that we could but had to pay 150polish zloty (!!!) to check in earlier. I have been traveling all over the world and this is the first time I’ve heard that someone charge you almost the same price as one extra night just to check in early. The room was nice and clean, and the hotel had a ok location. The lobby was smelling like a very cheap male perfume, so we did not spend any time there or at the bar because of the intense smell. Will probably not ever stay here again.

Excellent location on the edge of the old town; close enough to walk to the heart of the old town and all the major attractions but away from the crowds and the noise. The hotel was also close to many cafes, restaurants, and bakeries and within a 5 minute walk to the train station (if you are planning day trips out of town, for example Malbork). The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my 5 day stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge variety of choices. The hotel staff was the best; welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Overall it was a great choice and I will definitely choose it again for my next stay in Gdansk.
