I love this hotel. The front desk staff were very pleasant Quick and easy check-in. Parking reserved before we arrived. Bottles of water in our room. We had a view onto the street but with the windows closed, the room was silent. We slept wonderfully. The hotel breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Lovely historic building a short walk to the rynek and the Galeria. Perfect location. We will return. Highly recommend!

Ligger perfekt till i utkanten av Gamla Stan och nära till tågstationen. Lugnt och ändå nära till allt. Även bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Trevlig personal. Väldigt fräscha badrum, även om de är små. Bra dusch. Klassiskt hotell, men börjar bli lite slitet när det gäller inredningen. Här bor jag gärna igen! Rekommenderas starkt!

Another excellent stay at Hotel Pollera. Huge comfortable room with soaking bath and shower and bidet. Bed also comfortable, small sitting area with additional TV. No TVN24 or CNN 😞. Beautiful view, great WIFI. Delicious breakfast and convenient on-site parking. I would love some hair conditioner and body lotion but not a deal breaker. I bring my own now. Super close to everything you want to enjoy in Krakow. Park the car and walk everywhere. Wonderful!

Friendly straff, good parking possibility, fsntastic breakfast and really good location. Rooms could use an upgrade, no air conditioner but they had put in a ventilator that helped a little bit. However, rooms were clean and all necessities you needed was available.

We checked in after 4pm and had to check out at 4am the next day to catch a flight so couldn't really appreciate what this hotel has to offer. But the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel is well located for the old town. Will definitely book this place again, and hopefully for longer next time. Thank you

Ein kleines altes Hotel. Wenn man nicht auf den neuen sterilen Schnick- Schnack steht, dann ist das das Richtige . Alt aber sauber und sehr nett und ruhig. Lage sehr central. Personal am Empfang und Frühstück professionell. Bäder neu und sauber . Ich liebe dieses Hotel .

This is a beautiful classy historic property. The hotel is immaculately clean, the beds comfortable, and the decor makes you feel like you're back in the 1940s. Very friendly front desk.Horses clip clop by outside and there's a great view of the krakow theater. Extremely close to krakow train station. Only 5min walk. A hidden gem . I'll bev back.

Antique hotel I think built in1834. Has the charm of an older property but has been well maintained and updated. Sparkling clean bathroom. Original hardwood floors are a little worn but that's part of the charm. Convenient location walkable to train station and all of old town.

The cleanliness throughout stands out! Great location in the heart of Krakov’s Old Town & close to its main attractions. Room amenities provide tea & coffee but lack milk for coffee. As a white coffee drinker I had to provide my own. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Gute Lage Die Einrichtung (Bett, Schrank, Teppiche) könnte erneuert werden da sie zu abgewohnt ist (Zi 218). Dusche viel zu eng ( Platzangst). Sehr gut war das Frühstücksbüffet.

Perfect location. Cozy room with plenty of space and a nice updated bathroom. The breakfast was a small selection, however what they offered was very, very tasty. And, there was no air conditioning but, with the weather cool, sleeping with the windows open was great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to those coming to visit.

クラクフ中央駅から徒歩10分くらい、旧市街の入り口近くに位置していて観光に便利。レトロな雰囲気ながら居心地のいいホテルでした。窓からの景色に惹かれてシティビューのお部屋を予約しましたが、想像以上に素晴らしかったです。アウシュヴィッツ博物館に朝早く行く必要があり、予約していた朝食が食べられない為、ランチボックスをお願いしたところ、大変豪華なランチボックスを用意してくれていました。本当にありがとう。お部屋に冷蔵庫がなく飲み物が冷やせない、お水はあるけど栓抜きがない、すぐ近くのナイトクラブからの重低音が夜2時まで響いてくる等のマイナス点はありましたが、総じて良かったです。

１００年以上経った建物で古く重いキー🗝️でオートロックも無いけど、３泊快適に過ごしました。三階建ですが、ちゃんとリフトがあり重いスーツケースでも問題無し。ヨーロッパの古いホテル同様エアコンが無く、天井のファンだけですが、８月上旬で27-8℃の晴天の日でも部屋は暑くありません。夜は窓を開けていても虫は入らず熟睡出来ます。ベッドは小さいですが、１７６cmの私でも窮屈ではありません。内装は古いですが、シャワー、洗面所はリノベーションして新築美容でした。シャワーはお湯が熱くて困るくらいです。 TVも４５インチ位で綺麗でした。一つだけ決定があるとすれば、ティッシュペーパーがなかった事です。旧市街を中心に見学するなら、中央駅にもヴァヴェル城にも歩いて直ぐの便利なホテルです。フロントのおじさんおばさんもフレンドリーで良かったです。

We really like this hotel and have stayed several times but this time we got a very uncomfortable room. Bed was hard as a rock and too short. Shower was SO small and in a closet by itself. Not sure why they put us there because the hotel was not full. Not sure why they expect anyone to stay there. Also, TV was hanging so crooked you couldn't watch it. We will request not that room in the future. We also paid for a better, bigger room so not sure what happened. Overall, it's charming and breakfast is wonderful.

I stayed four nights in a single room. Room was very small and carpet was stretched. Housekeeping people very nice. Breakfast is very good and worth the 60 zy as it was not included with my room. Best is location. Close to market square which is fabulous and has restaurants galore.

This is a lovely historic hotel in the middle of Old Town Krakow. The ambience is great, the breakfast was terrific, and the staff were very helpful and kind. When our Auschwitz tour was moved up several hours, causing us to miss breakfast, they were able to arrange to-go bags for us, which was a lifesaver.

Al ser VIP para Hotels.com pensaba que tendría un detalle en la habitación. Sí que es cierto que me ofrecieron parking, pero no tenía vehículo. Hubiese sido bien que me hubieran ofrecido otro detalle. Solicité un late c/o 1 ó 2 horas después a la que tuve una rotunda negativa. Sólo guardar el equipaje en la consigna que pareció que se me hacía un gran favor. Recepcionistas al c/i muy amables. Al c/o poco empaticos y poco amables. Soy Room Division Manager en el mundo hotelero y sé de qué hablo. En definitiva, el hotel muy bien a nivel edificio, historia y limpieza, pero el servicio no fue lo mejor. No me sentí que mi estancia era especial, aunque agradezco hubiese kettle en la habitación. El desayuno muy positivo y el servicio muy bien. Volveré a Cracovia, pues vivo en Polonia, pero buscaré otra alternativa.

We stayed here on the final day of our tour of Poland, before catching our train to the airport to fly home. The location was perfect for us, being only a 10 minute walk to the railway station (from which to get the train to the airport) and in the heart of the old town. The hotel is old and full of character but the rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all the amenities one would expect from a better hotel (we had two televisions, a shower, bath and USB charging points). There was no bar in which to have a nightcap on returning from dinner but the hotel recommended one which was only a few doors along and that was fine too. Plenty of reasons to like, especially the friendly staff on reception.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great, although pricey breakfast. Perfectly located hotel, for walking distance to old town square and other attractions. Ten minutes away from main train station providing direct link to Kraków’s Airport, only 20 min away. Underrated, worth every penny.

Fabulous stay in Krakow, Pollera Hotel. We had an apartment. Very spacious, clean and everything that we required. Location could not be better for easy access to the main square, trams, trains. Lots of restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful. All the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We will be back
