The photos on the website are better than the reality. Decor is old rather than 'boutique'. Decoration is sparse. Parking is far away. Overall, lovely city, disappointing hotel

Great location, parking in the vicinity, very quiet

Great location. Central air conditioning that is controlled inside the room and down to a very cool and comfortable level. Pet friendly. We opted for the room/rate which included parking. The garage was easily accessed. Our room had a nice large corner bathtub. Some may indicate that the place feels dated, but the level of the finishes and the function of the space more than makes up for that.

Très bien situé, déjeuner très bon, très propre. Les matelas étaient très mous. Nous devions recevoir des instructions via Email, que nous n‘avons jamais eu, or lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 22h00 tapant, l’accueil était déjà fermé et ne pouvant pas appeler, nous avons dû nous rendre dans l‘hotel partenaire pour avoir les instructions. Avec les constructions et tout le vas et viens, nous sommes arrivés à la chambre vers 12:30. Le email nous aurait vraiment sauver du temps

Excellent room in centre of Zagreb. This small place offers 4 apartment style rooms but with hotel service, cleaning etc. There is no reception but communication from the owner is very good. The room itself was immaculately clean, with coffee machine, fridge and with daily room servicing. Shower in particular was excellent and bed very comfortable. Location is perfect for city break in Zagreb as very central, walking distance to bars and restaurants and tram network. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was also excellent value.

Rooms with tall ceilings, nicely decorated, spacious room. Very clean. Tea kettle nice touch. Charming environment, within walking distance to town center.

Ein kleines, gehobenes Hotel. Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliche, nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die Suite hat alles was man braucht bis hin zum Whirlpool. Sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet.

Great location just down the block from the cathedral. Room was small which was fine. The shower leaked water onto the floor but it was a slight annoyance but easily mopped up with a towel. My only issue was that the A/C did not operate and it was quite warm. I would leave the windows open but my room was entered from the outside and above a restaurant so there was quite a bit of noise. Again, nothing I couldn’t live with for the price. I would stay again if it offered the best price for the location.

Lovely hotel, comfortable and clean room, friendly and helpful front desk staff. One point to take note of: the hotel is inside a larger complex, and the only exterior sign is situated on a column that points in one direction (South?). If you approach from the other direction, as we did, you are likely to walk right past the entrance unless you are alert to its position.

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre historique. Le personnel est courtois et souriant. Les chambres sont propres, de type boutique. Le petit déjeuner est bon.

Es hat alles gepasst. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr sauber und hervorragende "Location" in Graz.

Tolles Kleinhotel mit freundlicher Bedienung am Empfang, im Frühstücksraum und beim Zimmerservice. Wunderbare Lage für den fussläufigen Besuch der meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Variantenreiches und ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet mit äusserst aufmerksamem Service. Die Matratze des Queens-Bett müsste gelegentlich ersetzt werden und der Safe im kleinen Kleiderschrank war nicht an der Innenwand befestigt. Konnte weggetragen werden😉! Wurde der Reception gemeldet in der Hoffnung, dass der Safe nach der Abreise befestigt wird.

We has the penthouse suite. It was very comfortable. Very centrally located, and quite.

The location is great overall. It's very close to the city center, but far enough from the city noise. The building is quite old, so I noticed that part of the floor is slightly slanted and the room layout is a bit strange because of a column. But it gives the place a nice charm. The staff was nice too. If location matters to you, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Leider war die Suite sehr enttäuschend. Das Bett war in einer Dachschräge oben mit einer engen Wendeltreppe nur zu erreichen. Wir haben dann 4 Tage auf einer Schlafcouch unten geschlafen. Das war wie bei einer Jugendherberge und nicht wie in einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Noch dazu kann ich mit meiner Kniearthrose so eine Treppe nicht haben. Die Rezeption war ab 22:00 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. An der Rezeption hat uns eine Dame empfangen, die schlecht deutsch sprach und unsere Anliegen auch nur mit einfachen Sätzen verstand. Am letzten Tag bei dem auschecken hatten wir eine sehr freundliche verständnisvolle Dame , die sich sehr für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigte . Vielen lieben Dank Ihr. Ich möchte Expedia als langjährigen Kunden um Kulanz und eine finanzielle Wiedergutmachung bitten. Wir sind sonst immer sehr zufrieden mit Expedia. Das Hotel war auch sehr schön, sauber und ansprechend. Das Bad war neu und absolut großartig. Das Zimmer als sogenannte Suite beschrieben mit enger Wendeltreppe und Dachschräge mit Schlafcouch dann statt Bett bei vier Übernachtungen eine Katastrophe. Da hätten wir auch in ein billigeres Hotel gehen können. Das herrliche Bad und die sehr freundliche Dame am letzten Tag hat uns ein wenig besser gestimmt. Bitte nehmen Sie diese Kritik sehr ernst. Vielen herzlichen Dank Ihnen. Ich möchte auch das bei 4 Sternen die Rezeption ab 22:00 auch besetzt ist. Ich möchte auch nicht nur dort in einfachen deutschen Sätzen sprechen müssen.

A beautiful historic building, full of character, with spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location in the centre of the old town could not be more convenient.

This hotel was incredibly comfortable. It is in the heart of the inner city, just a few paces from the Cathedral, and is very quiet. Rooms, breakfast, decor very nice. My flight was very delayed so I arrived not long before midnight but when I emailed from Frankfurt the staff were super helpful, and made arrangements so I could let myself in however late I arrived. Very nice welcome. Highly recommended

You are right there in the middle of the Old Town. Lots of choices around and no need to drive.

They gave me a bigger and nicer room that oversaw an internal court and was very quite. The breakfast was excellent. Very close to the downtown, restaurants, and Jakominiplaz
