Enjoyed my stay at Flamboyan. All in all a good hotel, great location, easy parking, super nice staff, great food. Was only a bit disappointed the pool was closed during our short stay and this was not communicated prior to booking as the pool amenity was the main reason for booking this location.

Muy bonita propiedad. La habitaciones estan excelentes. Recibimos muy buena atencion por parte del personal del hotel. Solo un gran aspecto que decepciono mucho. Gran parte de la alberca tenia pegamento fresco en el piso y hacia que el agua estuviera turbia y salieras con pegamento en todos los pies. Si no piensas utilizar la alberca lo recomiendo mucho. Si tu estancia depende de la alberca no seria mi primera opcion.

Rooms were beautiful and rooftop was great! There was a big celebration in town so a bit loud (but no fault of hotel). We were able to watch the music at the feria from the rooftop, Glad they had parking-with the celebration it would have been difficult to find a spot anywhere near the hotel. Really nice staff and loved the different flavored water in the lobby each day.

Pool temperature was too cold for family to enjoy. Elevator was out of service and fortunately not for too long. Hours of operation for restaurant and specialty shop was not convenient on Monday (closed). Staff extremely accommodating and kind. Loved having access to e-bikes for family for an afternoon adventure. Great location for easy access to downtown square. Would consider to return on future trips to Cabo.

Wonderful hotel minutes walk to square. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. We stayed for 11 nights at the end of Oct and the town was quiet during that period, except Thursday nights art walk which is something everyone should see. Roof top pool was so nice, most days had it all to ourselves. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, I was ill the last couple days and they arranged a doctor to come see me. Can’t wait to go back and tryout the new restaurant on the rooftop, should be opening soon.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. Electric bikes were available to explore the area for free. Loved being so close to the Art District. Everything literally within walking distance including great places to eat and lots of shopping. Didn't have a meal at the restaurant, but it too was very clean and modern and the staff there were also amazing.

We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony. Our room was clean and so comfortable. The housekeeping staff are top notch! The front desk staff are so freindly and helpful. Your only steps away from the square where theres always something going on! The shoppings great too!

Amazing location right at the square. Everything is walkable. Beautiful rooms and amazing kitchenettes. Huge shower with rainhead and handheld and even double sinks. Tons of drawers and hanging space to unpack your suitcases. Small safe in the closet, table with 2 chairs. Absolutely perfect for a night, a week or even a month. The rooftop pool is fantastic with 360 degree views and tasteful music playing throughout the day. Would definitely return and recommend.

We recently stayed here and I do not have any complaints. Room was extremely clean, very nice, shower was also clean. They even have a microwave, fridge, and a stove with cooking stuff just in case you want to cook! I would definitely recommend it here and if you’re looking for an Uber we used a lady named Iliana Gonzalez look her up on facebook! She gave us personal tours!

Wonderful hotel to stay at in San Jose Del Cabo old town. Close enough to walk to great restaurants every evening. The hotel is perfect – spacious well equipped room, lovely rooftop pool, great staff and onsite restaurant, top-notch cleanliness, complementary e-bikes … the list goes on :) Will definitely return! The hotel is brand new, with huge rooms that are very nicely furnished. We had a one bedroom suite, with a king bed in one room, and very nice fold down queen Murphy bed in the other. Each room had a small balcony, a bathroom and a kitchen area. The kitchen in one room was a full one, with oven, cooktop, plates, pots and pans, etc. It also had a washer dryer we used once. Everything is very clean and thoughtfully arranged. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, right around the corner from the main square and art walk. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which is heated and has a variety of lounding options. No real negatives. A bit of construction noise during the day as they finish the hotel, and some traffic at night, but not enough to bother us. The single elevator was fine for the three days we were there, but if the hotel was full could have led to waits. Overall one of our favorite hotels over the last 5 years - strongly recommend!

The gentleman who helped us was amazing. He was at the front desk both Feb 14 and 15, helped us with everything from food recommendations to sight seeing and transpo. This a quaint, boutique hotel in a great location with excellent staff and service. Super walkable area with everything at your fingertips and an $18 Uber ride to the airport. My husband and I stayed here after a week-long resort stay and will definitely be back.

I had the most AMAZING stay at Flamboyan! Victor checked me in when I arrived. He was very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful as were all other staff members. The property was clean and inviting with natural elements. It was also in the perfect location to walk and explore the area. When I entered my room, I was impressed with the aesthetics and details. The aroma of the room smelled like lemongrass which was very pleasing to my senses. The room was so beautifully decorated and had a chic, industrial vibe. I fell in love with the design of the bathroom and shower! The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend Flamboyan..you won’t be disappointed!

The staff were very friendly, approachable and always extended a helping hand when needed, our chamber maid Alejandra was exceptionally meticulous and our room was always clean and tidy, I would especially like to single out the desk clerk/ bell hop/ interpreter/ "Joshi". He definitely made our stay the most enjoyable that it could be as he imparted his knowledge of the area to us in a most courteous and professional manner and was always available to address ALL of our concerns. I would also like to commend him of his use of the English language which made our communication with him very smooth. The restaurant's food is very good and the staff is very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel

Great location for those not interested in beachfront locations. Very walkable. San Jose del Cabo is very touristy. Very difficult to learn about local culture and day to day life. Staff were not engaged and had little concern for customer satisfaction. Made minimal effort to fix errors. Felt very “nickeled and dimed” during the stay.

This beautiful hotel was more than I imagined it would be! Located in a beautiful and safe environment. Friendly staff and neighbors! I felt absolutely comfortable here and I would rather stay at Flamboyan than a fancy resort. I can’t express how much my family and I enjoyed our stay. Cant wait to go back in December

The Flamboyan is perfectly situated (on the edge of the old town square); beautifully appointed & clean; and has one of the best hotel staff teams I have encountered, each of whom were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, & hope to be back!!!

The hotel is new and has several things that are falling apart. Washroom door didn't close properly, ventilation was not working, door stops got loose and broken, the tiny elevator is shared with the service personel, no restaurant service at the roof top where is the pool

Fabulous stay. Room 205 is the one you want! Huge, clean and new. Street noise is noticeable for light sleepers, but we had no issues. Beds were phenomenal in the one bedroom residence. Lots of pillows, had excellent sleep! Hotel staff are excellent and respond promptly to any concerns. Want to specifically call out Gerardo for being awesome! Pool area is incredible with lots of chairs and day beds. Weather is unbelievable. Hot during the day and cool at night, be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket! Restaurant is excellent how we seems to be only open for breakfast most of the time. We loved it here and will definitely be back.

Stayed one night before driving to El Sargento. Parking was close by and on the street. Hotel is very walkable distance to nice restaurants which are greatly appreciated since the hotel bar and restaurant are closed Sunday evening during the off season.

Good property if you like it quiet. Pros: - compact hotel with limited capacity - good staff - helpful - location was good and close to grocery store and other supermarkets Cons: - their restaurant closes very early. We came back from the beach and after a long drive around 7:30 pm and the restaurant was not open. - restaurant has an off every Monday (which was a bummer considering its a 4-star property) - their centralized air conditioning does not have a heater. If your room becomes a little chilly (which happens very rarely in Mexico), you’ll have to turn off the air conditioning and wait till the temperature becomes normal. - if you got your own vehicle, you’ll have to par for parking - you’ll be charged for any small thing that goes off the radar (example: our little one accidentally broke a glass and we were charged ~$10 USD for the same).
