Didn’t find the check in procedure online straight forward and it didn’t work as we kept getting ‘check in failed’. We were standing in the rain for around 30 mins. Difficult to find a tel no to call although the guy who answered gave us the info we needed to get in. There was no toilet paper in the room although there was a microwave, kettle, toaster etc! Somewhere to hang clothes would have been useful. Room was clean although bed was a small double.

Booked this property on a Saturday to stay that night turned up there was people staying there that told us we have to phone the hotel so get the PIN code to get in so we did only to be told over the phone that there was no rooms available due to renovation so we asked for a refund n we’ve not received any refund whatsoever !!!! Nothing to say on the website about renovations, scammers avoid!
