Great location, fantastic staff and a cool retro style hotel. Comfortable bed, large walk-in shower, and quiet room.

The room was clean, good shower, comfortable beds fresh linens and great pool. Great food and service by staff! Parking needs space so not to park on main drag but did make entering the hotel easy. Very nice pleasant experience! Great view of the Gulf!

We reserved 4 rooms. Two of the four rooms were super hot and had to be changed out. They still did not get very cool.

We checked in on a Thursday evening around 5:30pm didn’t know the hotel does not have an elevator! Due to medical conditions I have a hard time going up and down stairs. The hotel is only 2 floors and of course our room was on the second floor. The room itself was nice but you could tell it was an older renovated hotel. When we entered our room we noticed that is was WARM so we figured the AC hadn’t been turned on so my husband put the thermostat on 55 trying to get it cooled off. It took most of the night to get it cool enough to sleep comfortably. When we left for our day’s adventures the room temperature was comfortable. When we returned that afternoon the room was HOT again! My husband went to the front desk to see if we could get someone to check it out and was told the air conditioner was out on the whole 2nd floor but they were working on it. We sat in the lobby while they worked on it and were given a round of drinks on the house at the bar. We were told it was fixed in about an hour so we went back to our rooms to go to bed. The air went off again around 11pm and stayed off. We left a day early because the management at the hotel didn’t know when or if the air conditioner would be working!!! Will not be returning to Hotel Lucine!
