Excellent emplacement au centre de Rotterdam markthal. Proche transports en commun. Parking à proximité, mais impossible de se garer proche de l’hôtel pour décharger les bagages. Accueil très agréable

Das Parken war ein Stück weit weg, Habe dazu das WTC genutzt. Bei Anreise mit PKW würde ich mir wünschen, das die Parksituation besser beschrieben wäre.

Top Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone, aber dadurch keine eigenen Parkplätze vorhanden. Achtung: Google Maps führt einen nur in eine angrenzende Nebenstraße (Sackgasse). Nächste Parkmöglichkeit in der Markthallen Tiefgarage, gleich um die Ecke. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Ausblick auf die Markthalle. Reichhaltiges Frühstücks Buffet im Dachgeschoss mit Ausblick auf die Innenstadt.

Leuk en nieuw hotel, mooie rooftop bar en uitstekende locatie midden in het centrum. Kamers zijn klein maar comfortabel. Er is geen restaurant, enkel ontbijt wordt geserveerd. Ontbijten doe je niet aan een traditioneel tafeltje maar op design meubelen en een bijzettafeltje.

A quirky hotel in a great location near the Markthall. Check in was easy and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, if a little small. The rooftop bar, eclectically furnished, was an added attraction, good value and with a huge selection (30-plus gins, for example) on offer. Breakfast was also served in the bar area; the food was quite nice but the furnishings - all low tables with odd chairs or high tables with stools - aren’t so conducive to eating a meal.

Stylish, sauber und praktisch. Leider lief die meiste Zeit nur einer von zwei Liften, was zu langen Wartezeit besonders zur Frühstückszeit führte. Sitze und Tische sind als Lounge vielleicht und bequem, beim Frühstück wird es in Kniehöhe dann leider unbequem. Sehr freundlicher, fröhlicher Staff und gute Drinks am Abend.

Great about everything except parking. There is none. You cannot drive to the property. No streets go to it. We parked illegally after driving in circles for 30 minutes trying to find a street to hotel. We eventually found a parking garage about 2 blocks away and walked to hotel. But area and hotel are good. Just know about driving

Leider war das Zimmer nicht gründlich sauber gemacht (dreckige Fenster, Wasser- & Staubspuhren im Bad). Leider wurde bei unsererem Aufenthalt 2 von 4 Nächten der Feueralarm ausgelöst. Die Gäste wurden nicht aktiv informiert, was der Grund dafür war. Erst bei nachfragen an der Rezeption beim Check-Out. 1. Alarm - 09.30 Uhr: Gast rauchte im Zimmer 2. Alarm - 06:30 Uhr: Selbstverschulden des Hotels

Die Lage ist Topp. Allerdings fanden wir, dass z. B. das Frühstück in Loungesesseln mit überwiegend niedrigen Tischlein eingenommen werden muss, befremdlich. Null "Extra"-Wünsche, wie z. B. Rührei. Frühstück an sich eher eibfach und zum Preis von 16 Euro ziemlich grenzwertig angesetzt. Handtücher, ich hoffe sehr, die AUSNAHME mit Makeup-Spuren. Garantiert nicht von mir. L'hôtel est située proche de tout. Nous avons adoré la vue de notre chambre avec une grande fenêtre (vue sur l'église). Les employés ont été très gentils avec nous. Tout était propre et calme. Allez faire un tour sur le balcon au 4e étage la vue est splendide.

Three words: Heated Bathroom Floor. 5 stars for that alone. Beautiful, if small, room. Everything was spotless and clean. My only complaint is that the mattress was too firm, but I am a spoiled American who prefers that her beds are made of clouds and and the soft dreams of children. The front desk staff were amazing and sweet. They were warm and helpful upon check-in. The location was also great, close to the markthall and had a beautiful view of the famous canals of The Netherlands. The rooftop has a lovely bar and a great outside patio that would be perfect in warmer months. (We traveled in December). Thanks for a great stay!!!

Really pleasant stay at this property. Staff are awesome, room was decent, tight in space but bed and shower were amazing. Service was prompt and professional. Location is fab … easy to travel and loads around the area as well. Few downsides … No kettle / tea coffee facilities or even bottled water in room … understand they want to be green etc but think basics like this at the rate hotel charges is a must. Biggest let down was the bedding … king / double bed … but they use two single quilts … never seen this anywhere in world … requested for it to changed and all they did was give another single quilt … made do with it as rest of everything else was spot on but in all my years of staying at hotels … first time I’ve seen this and pretty much only thing that prevented 5 stars all round. Didn’t have brekkie as Markethall just next door … so that was my preference. P.S. the sweets in reception were amazing.

Unterkunft ist Sauber und relativ Zentral gelegen. Leider kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche und man überschwemmt das ganze Bad. Die Lüftungsanlage geht im regelmäßigen Turnus an was beim Start der Anlage sehr laut ist. Vor der Eingangstür des Hotels lungern mehrere Obdachlose. Sonst gewohnte Motel One Qualität.

Zu wenig Platz-Kapazitäten im Frühstückraum...warum stellt man dort Lounge-Möbel, Sofas und Sofa-Tische hin, an denen kein Mensch vernünftig frühstücken kann und warum klaut man sich mit solchen Möbeln auch noch unnötig Platz, den man für die Gäste beim Frühstück bräuchte? Damit es schicker aussieht??? Das Hotel hat ca. 250 Zimmer (=500 Gäste) und der Frühstücksraum bietet Platz für vielleicht maximal 40 Gäste. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt: Die Zimmer lassen sich lüften. Die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Man kann keinerlei frische Luft ins Zimmer lassen. Das heißt, wenn man kühle Luft zum Schlafen haben möchte, muss man den ganzen Tag die Klimaanlage laufen lassen. Nachts zieht es durch die Klimaanlage nämlich so stark, dass man sie ausmachen muss, weil man sich sonst erkältet...und da die Zimmer winzig klein sind, ist es dann spätestens 3 Stunden, nachdem man ins Bett gegangen ist, unerträglich warm. Erholung sieht leider anders aus...

O staff é simpático e a localização do hotel é otima. O quarto é bem decorado, porém muito pequeno. Funciona para quem viaja com mala de mão. Caso haja malas grandes, elas podem não caber (espaço para abri-las)

Very stylish hotel in the centre of Rotterdam with a nice bar. Our stay would have been perfect, was it not for the unwillingness to offer a 1h late check-out without an extra fee - and this in a half empty hotel. For someone who is travelling regularly this is almost unheard of. There is the nice Motto Hotel from Hilton just around the corner (same small rooms) which is much more flexible in this regard.

The hotel itself is amazing with panoramic views of the cathedral, and the location is great. However, you need to have your wits about you when checking in as staff aggressively push the currency conversion scam by tricking you into paying in a different currency. What they don't tell you is that the fee for not paying in euros is 4.45%. I realised my mistake immediately, but the receptionist refused to cancel the transaction and take payment in euros. I asked again before leaving the hotel and they again refused claiming it was not possible, without offering any apology. There must be a process in place to refund guests or provide compensation for issues.

We love this hotel. It is in a great location that is walking distance to so many Rotterdam landmarks. The room was very clean, the people were incredibly friendly and Nulo who runs the restaurant on the 5th floor was great! He made a fantastic cappuccino and was very helpful.

Three words: Heated Bathroom Floor. 5 stars for that alone. Beautiful, if small, room. Everything was spotless and clean. My only complaint is that the mattress was too firm, but I am a spoiled American who prefers that her beds are made of clouds and and the soft dreams of children. The front desk staff were amazing and sweet. They were warm and helpful upon check-in. The location was also great, close to the markthall and had a beautiful view of the famous canals of The Netherlands. The rooftop has a lovely bar and a great outside patio that would be perfect in warmer months. (We traveled in December). Thanks for a great stay!!!

Stylish, sauber und praktisch. Leider lief die meiste Zeit nur einer von zwei Liften, was zu langen Wartezeit besonders zur Frühstückszeit führte. Sitze und Tische sind als Lounge vielleicht und bequem, beim Frühstück wird es in Kniehöhe dann leider unbequem. Sehr freundlicher, fröhlicher Staff und gute Drinks am Abend.

We were very happy with the location and comfort of the hotel. The aircon was very much needed as it was hot! Rooftop bar was lovely, and there were lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy to reach other attractive cities like Dordrecht, Delft and Gouda by train, plus Metro to Hook of Holland beach.
