Hotel Sosei Sapporo is stuck in a quagmire of sorts—while the hotel itself is quite good compared to the other offerings in Sapporo, its location and “soft opening” feel to its restaurant and bar leave a lot to be desired. A walk to Susukino is ~25 minutes, so expect to have little to nothing to do past closing hours at the Sapporo Factory mall next door. Couple the relatively poor location with the absence of amenities like a pool, a bar that closes at 10PM and a breakfast that falls far short of other equivalent hotel breakfasts in Tokyo, and it’s quite difficult to recommend wholeheartedly.

Very cool hotel and the pictures do not do not do it justice. Friendly helpful staff amazing smell as soon as you walk in the lobby. Great free bar food until 7 pm and very convenient to shops opp the hotel. Parking was great as we just parked in front of the lobby and we were given an upgrade. We would return to Sapporo just to stay in this hotel. Best hotel of our stay in Japan and we stayed in nine hotels during our three week term in Japan

Beautiful hotel! The friendliest, most attentive staff we have had this trip (6 hotels so far). Our room on the executive floor was really nice, comfy bed, premium sheets, fantastic breakfast, great afternoon/evening drinks and snacks (pizza was really good). The location is a little bit of a walk from the Sapporo station and where a lot of restaurants are but not too far. Terrific hotel. I loved the hair dryer!

One of our favorite hotel experience. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Multi lingual staff make things easier every step of the way. The room and hotel bar are very well designed and comfortable. Concierge recommended restaursnts and onsen are very well for family too. We would love you stay again.

Highly recommended! First and foremost, the hotel is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and offers spacious, cozy rooms. While it’s not located in the heart of a bustling area, it’s still conveniently close to one. It's an easy walk to the Sapporo Beer Museum. I encountered a small hiccup there, but I was deeply impressed by how the manager went out of their way to assist me. Accidents can happen, but the way they handle them truly reflects the quality of service. I was incredibly grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

Located immediately opposite the very large Sapporo Factory shopping centre with wide range of shops & restaurants. Short distance in 5 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes walking is the JR Tower with all around Observation Deck,shops and restaurants. Hotels was well appointed and staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal for 2 night stay.

As frequent travelers, we have had the opportunity to stay at various hotels around the world, but the service and experience we encountered at Hotel Sosei truly stood out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met, and their friendly and helpful demeanor made our stay all the more enjoyable. From the moment we arrived until the day of our departure, we felt welcomed and valued as guests. The world-class service provided by the staff at Hotel Sosei exceeded our expectations, and we are truly grateful for the unforgettable experience. Special thanks to reception staff who came up to fix our toilet on 21/08, Farid for assisting us with local car rental, Minoru at the bar for offering us complimentary drinks and his wonderful smiles and outstanding service which we will always remember. Thank you once again for the outstanding hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sosei-M Gallery collection. This hotel is very well managed(very very clean and good amenity) and all the staff are very friendly and polite. We had a valuable experience by serving good restaurants in the city and helping to book very famous local restaurants. Thank you to the reception female staff who guided us to famous restaurants, the Korean staff who helped us with difficulty making reservations, and the staff who always helped us with a smile at the entrance. We strongly recommend this hotel and had excellent experience.

Very beautiful and nicely decorated modern & stylish 5-star hotel. Environmentally friendly packaging amenities were provided. Superb service - got stuck due to weather and required an extra night, online reservation was no longer available from any online platform, though they are busy managing different clients encountering same issues, they manage to be professional and polite and find the solution to extend the night at normal price and even arrange same room for us.

The hotel is new, just one year old, with good facility and very comfy bed. The service is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast service is excellent as well. It is off the city centre but it is right opposite sapporo factory so dinner is not a problem.

Premiere shops across the street in the "Sapporo Factory" (a mall) with restaurants as well. Staff are wonderful and concierge team can arrange restaurants and excursions in and around the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, nice style -- this is a boutique hotel -- individual charm not found in a chain.

Beautiful lobby, facilities and rooms. Staff were wonderful - very warm, friendly and helpful. Situated right next to Sapporo Factory for shopping as well as Sapporo Beer Factory. Easy to reach from station via bus, taxi, or foot. Staff also spoke excellent English, with several at native level during our stay and many with a far above average level - great if you're uncertain of the local language.

家族で3連泊いたしました。リノベーション物件とは思えないほど素敵な内装でした。大変快適な時間を過ごすことができました。客室数に対してスタッフが多くまた大変気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。外国人の滞在が多いようで、多国籍のスタッフでの対応でしたが、日本語の会話にも困ることなくご対応いただきました。朝食は種類は多くはありませんし北海道らしいメニューも多くはありません。しかしながら、朝からスパークリングワインのサービスがあったり、サラダは非常にフレッシュでした。
