We stayed here as a family of four and it was an ideal place to escape the busy Bangkok smog while still being incredibly accessible whenever we wanted to head out. The train station was only a 5-minute walk away, which made getting around very easy. Shops and malls were around a 10–15 minute walk, and there was a 7/11 very close by for quick essentials. The pool area was a real highlight for us. There are two different sized pools, a slide for the kids, and plenty of space around the outside to lounge or eat. It never felt crowded and was perfect for relaxing after busy days out. We ate at the hotel once and the food was delicious – a great selection, including authentic Thai dishes. While prices were what you’d expect for a hotel, it was really enjoyable and well worth it. The staff were ultra-friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was perfect for a family of four and helped us acclimatise quickly to Thai time after our 11-hour flight. It was very spacious, with plenty of room for four people and all our luggage. The room came with all the essentials – iron, hairdryer, towels, fridge, shampoo and soaps – and the air conditioning was powerful, which was much appreciated. Hotellet ligger godt placeret i et luksus område og der er kort vej til både metro og skytrain. Der ligger også en lille park tæt på med et par legepladser og virkelig mange malls i området. Familieværelset med køjeseng var virkelig velindrettet med lille køkken og bord med stole. Restauranten havde en virkelig lækker morgenmadsbuffet og Pawan som var tjener var virkelig serviceminded og imødekommende. Restauranten er dog ikke anbefalelsesværdig til aftensmad for familier da priserne er dyre og de ikke har nogen børnemenu. Poolen var desværre ret kold da den ligger på gadeplan og solen ikke når der ned ret meget af dagen. Poolområdet er dog ret lækkert indrettet.

It could be more sunbeds around the pool but overall good space and nice pool. The water in the pool could be warmer. Love the service, the staff was very freindly and helpful. And the room was very nice, clean and have great space. We will book this hotel again and will recommend all friends to book here when they want to travel to Bangkok.

今回はホテルに着いてわかったのですが、敷地と別館が工事中でした。それが無かったらスタッフの対応もいいですし、清潔さも非常に良かったのでとても残念です。部屋は少し路地に入ったところで防音も不足なくとても静かでした。工事だけが残念でした。

ホテルはとても綺麗で、スタッフの方も笑顔で、居心地が良かったです。特にプールは、小学生の子供たちが大喜びでした(タオルは無料で借りられました)。部屋に毎日アメニティやお水を補充してもらえたのですが、このお水が美味しくなかったのが唯一残念な点でした。朝食は種類豊富で、11:00までやっていたのでのんびり楽しむことができました。帰りは空港までのタクシーを安く手配してくださり、とても助かりました。またバンコクを訪れる際にはぜひ宿泊したいと思えるホテルです。

We are a family of 4, 2 adult and 2 children, 15 and 12 yrs old, we stayed in a family room with bunk beds. It was comfortable and a good size. location was excellent for food and shopping malls. Overall we found this hotel to be good value for money, clean effiecent, breakfast was good although we would have liked to see baked beans to make it a complete english breakfast :)

Santi is the best! He looked after us and we feel very welcome. The only thing is though I couldn’t even watch YouTube on the TV, the WiFi was so bad it wasn’t loading anything. This is different from our last stay but other than that, still happy with the room and the service.

The room was very spacious and clean. However, the Aircondition temperature gauge could not be adjusted and at times the room was uncomfortably cold. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly and quickly responded to all our needs. Location was very good.. very convenient to many restaurants, transportation and shopping options. We will use this hotel in the future.

The property is a great stay! The guest services are all great. Everything was a smooth transition from the check in process, to the transporting of luggage, and even event recommendations from staff. Parry at the front desk assisted me the majority of my stay, she took care of all of my concerns properly, she's outstanding! The staff is very efficient, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely return and recommend this property.

This hotel has just converted over to Novotel however it doesnt have the conveniences of other hotels such as food, room service, a decent breakfast nor anything in the servibar. They even lack creamer for the instant coffee. The front desk staff is rude and disrespectful. I stayed for several days because to lazy to move but I will never stay there again. Bangkok has many better choices.

This hotel was walkable to the main street that has a lot of restaurants and the BTS. The room attendant Aoi was very attentive, polite, and efficient. The room was spotless and had a great view of the city. It also had a powerful shower and modern aesthetics with strong and reliable wifi. Breakfast buffet was very good as well with a nice variety of meals with Mexican options as well.

Great family orientated hotel with expansive breakfast options, activities, and pool. Excellent and friendly service from the staff and large, comfortable rooms to boot. The only drawback would be the location. The area is very very busy making anything but taking the BTS a time consuming, frustrating challenge. The issue is that the two nearest stations are at least a 12 to 15 minute walk, which on a hot, humid day with a toddler, can be uncomfortable. Therefore, we chose to use cabs to leave the hotel, then took the BTS to get back to our room. The proximity to the BTS was the only drawback to staying here, because everything else was pretty perfect. The 60 bhat iced coffees from the restaurant deserve mention as well!

This hotel is located in a great area of the city (Sukhumvit) which is vibrant, many shopping malls around walking distance, restaurants and very walkable. It has spacious rooms, if you are traveling with kids it's an excellent choice because it has a fun outdoor pool area for them. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily by house keeping staff. The only comment is that it is a bit far from touristic destinations such as Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, the river, Icon Siam. You will need to catch a Grab to get there and traffic can be an issue. However, metro station is pretty near if you want to go around in public transportation. Thanks to all the staff for a pleasant stay. They were welcoming and courteous during all our stay!

Hotel was modern and a very family friendly hotel, a lot of parents with kids which was nice. Good vibes and the whole hotel had a unique good smell. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the beds were so soft and great. However i did not like the location very much, the hotel was inside a small street but was close to the busy chaotic sukumvit rd. Overall a 7.5/10

It was a very nice and spacious suite. The property has a fun little Mexican Restaurant, which is an oddity in Bangkok. The margaritas and tequila were expensive, but the food was surprisingly authentic. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the access to the property - it was dangerous. The street to the property was one lane with 2 way traffic and no sidewalk. If you leave the hotel, just call a taxi to the hotel.

The room is spacious and in good conditions. Beds were comfortable. However, the aircon breakfast area is too small. Breakfast is also so so only and not much varieties. The hotel is in the middle of 2 train stations so need a bit of walking and it is not so pleasant during raining. The front of the hotel main road is having construction so making walking along the path not too safe. Other wise the hotel is a good choice.

The bed is great, location amazing, and the food in El Santo is the best Mexican Food in Bangkok. Chef Daniel makes great Tacos and the Bar staff made me a real Mexican Michelada. The Pancakes Machine during breakfast is 5 stars.

Everyone here is very friendly and service oriented. Great place for families. Breakfast is being done by another company but is well service by staff and management. Hot food items need to be hotter however. You can order fresh eggs made almost any style for fresh and hot 🔥 A variety of food to suit everyone in the family
