Hotel is very new so everything is fresh and in order. Room deisgn is bright and modern, very in-keeping with our own tastes. The only let down during our 2 night stay was the Out of Order Elevator. There are 2 elevators but one was out of order leading to extended waiting for the single operational one. The outside is right on Soi Nana, which is very busy during the hours of darkness. It's noisy, brash and right on your doorstep. Luckily, you cannot hear anything inside the rooms.

The clock in the room resets everytime when the room card inserted. The room door is not smooth enough and I heard other rooms “Beep Beep Beep” many many times. The hair dryer is quite dangerous, long hair is easy to roll into the back part. The pool is very tiny which is unexpected. And the pool area is not easy for sunbathing. The “tuk tuk” can be scheduled more frequent. The best part is bulan spa, we massaged there few times.

Overall I was satisfied. However, even thought it was 85 plus temperature outside, the swimming pool was freezing. Hardly anyone was swimming. I think it's because the pool is in the shade 24/7. Maison hotel needs to warm the water. They have to be aware of it. The fact that they are not warming the water tells me they don't care.

Location ist für Nicht-Sextouristen eine Zumutung. Das Hotel hat auch kein Problem damit, wenn Gäste zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit Damen mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Dank unmttelbarster Nähe zum Rotlicht-Komplex ist es insb. am Wochenende auch nachts richtig, richtig laut. Dazu kommt, dass der Pool für hunderte Hotelgäste 10 Liegen bietet, und dank 24 Std Schattenlage auch furchtbar kalt ist. Wenn man nicht die absolute Nähe zum selbst für Bangkok Verhältnisse völlig ausufernden "Nana"-Rotlicht-Bereich haben will, ist das Hotel unfassbar nicht zu empfehlen.

Best bang for your buck around Nana area. Heard the hotel was renovated. Property and rooms look modern. Very comfortable rooms with well organized spaces. Enjoyed our stay here for a week. Nice swimming pool. Easy walk to BTS Nana train station. There’s an excellent public park behind this hotel. Highly recommended for the price for a 5 star hotel !!

Everything was nice and clean, service was excellent. Outage of 1 out of 2 elevators was quite annoying. Swimming pool was a bit akward since it on the ground floor so all bypassers could watch you. And the sun won't reach to the pool area, so its quite cold to swim.

Will stay here again for sure. Great location. Very friendly and professional staff. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the gym is nicely equipped. While the pool area is very relaxing, it doesn’t get a lot of sun exposure. Highly recommend.

Good hotel in a central location. Seedy area outside the hotel with old western men with hands up Thai girls skirts :-( but that’s Bangkok for you! Hotel has clearly been renovated recently and rooms and communal areas are lovely but if you look closely enough you can see evidence of the older hotel through the cracks. Great breakfast. Lovely staff and super comfy bed. We stayed in a king suite. Good sized bathroom. There’s a step in the middle of the room which is really hard to see and you keep tripping up on :-(. Pool looks great in the photos but in reality is sandwiched between the restaurant and the car park and isn’in the sage so it’

The hotel is not bad. Friendly staff makes for a higher rating. Restaurant staff is amazing so is cleaning the rooms! Food during breakfast is ok. Nothing out of the ordinary - continental breakfast. The lobby develops a poor sewage / toilet smell in the evening hours and especially during rain. Masking the smell with strong artificial scent makes it worse. I assume there is repair needed on some plumbing. Otherwise decent hotel.

Vi fick först lakanen bytta, men när vi upptäckte att det var likadant i vårt andra rum, fick vi efter lite "om och men" byta rum varpå ett rum uppgraderades. Frukosten var helt okej, fanns något för alla, men vi hade förväntat oss mer. Personalen var gulliga och hjälpsamma, men kunde varit mer initiativtagande själva. Poolen är pytteliten, ligger på bottenvåningen och har ingen sol. Läget på hotellet var relativt bra. Det tog mellan 15-30 min att promenera till de fina varuhusen på Sukhumvit. Överlag hade vi en högre förväntan på ett hotell med fem stjärnor. Jag skulle inte rekommendera det till en barnfamilj. Blir en läxa till oss själva att läsa på mer till nästa gång.

breakfast & service is good. But water is not running into the drainage after shower, it made a small pool in the shower room. Blanket is horribly dirty and the window sound prove is not good enough. The music from pub street is so loud at night and i can hear the voice in room.

We stayed for six nights and really enjoyed our time here. The location is super central — within walking distance to BTS Nana and Phloen Chit stations, and only about a 10-minute walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall. The room was larger than expected, clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and we especially liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate — the Japanese-style toilet was great! The only things we missed were a storage space for clothes and a few extra hooks for towels. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We also arranged our airport transfer through the reception — it cost 500 THB for a regular car or 700 THB for a larger one for a one-way trip, which was very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Bangkok!

The Good: Staff were very friendly. The lobby, restaurants and mezzanine area (including gym, yoga space and spa) were beautifully designed. The location is good for those who want to be in the heart of Sukhumvit but not right on one of the main streets. I asked for a late check-out, and they were accommodating of this request. The concierge was also very helpful in ensuring that an item that I left behind was safely returned to me after I had left Bankgkok. The Not-So-Good: Whilst the lobby area smelled amazing - whatever fragrance they use is lovely - the rest of the hotel floors had an unpleasant odour. It wasn't overpowering, but it didn't smell fresh. This was true of inside the room, too. My room was on the floor directly above the gym and I could hear weights being dropped on the floor well into the night. Better sound-proofing is needed. On the first day of my stay, I left the room at 9am and switched the 'housekeeping' light to indicate that my room was ready to be cleaned. However, when I returned after 2pm, the room had not been touched. This was disappointing. Finally, when I went to work out in the morning, there was no water in the gym so I had to return to my room to get a bottle from the mini-bar. It wasn't a bad stay, but I've definitely had better hotel experiences elsewhere in the area.

I have been a guest at your hotel for several consecutive years, and every year I book two rooms for a full week. This is the first time I have ever requested an upgrade for one of the rooms to include a bathtub, as it was important to my partner. As a returning guest who books two rooms every year for a week-long stay, I would have expected either a complimentary upgrade or at least a symbolic charge. Instead, I was offered the full price of the room, despite the hotel being half empty at the time. It is very disappointing that this is the level of consideration given to loyal, long-term guests, especially when there is an opportunity to surprise the guest and provide a positive, welcoming experience.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Great facilities, super helpful staff, and in a great location just off a night time strip. Restaurants, shopping and similar just a short walk from the hotel. At one point we had an issue with a car booking and the desk staff helped translate and assist with sorting that out.

Property itself is amazing. BUT the area (Nana) is steps away from the largest adult entertainment bar in Bangkok. I don't recommend for women to be walking around here at night. The area at night is definitely not family friendly.

The Maison Hotel is duper nice. The staff is amazing and the location is the best. Is close to everything you could possibly need during your stay. Nana if you want a night out, Lumpini if you want to chill, siam if you want to go shopping and so on. Could not recommend a better place to stay in Bangkok

This is a great hotel I’ve stayed in many 5 stars that do not compete so go before they out the prices up Only one concern and that is the area it is smack in the header of the red light area which doesn’t fit the hotel Profile but close To The BTS so If you can overlook that go For it The hotel bar is a place of tranquility that overlooks the Madness of the area well worth a visit

Everything about this property is amazing. The problem is its location in Nana Road, which is very near the largest adult bar in Bangkok. Even our guide warned us we shouldn't be walking around at night. Other than that, the property is new and expertly maintained.

No need to charge for coffee in the room for my machine and charge for ice in the room. I was asked to pay equivalent of 120$ for 3 hours early check in. Breakfast was not worth 25$. Location was great.
