Fomos alocados no ultimo andar e o elevador estava quebrado. Alem disso, o ar condicionado do quarto nao estava funcionando, o que tornou impossível descansar. Pedimos um ventilados mas fomos informados que nao havia nenhum disponível. Fingiram desconhecimento sobre o problema do ar, porem vimos criticas de hospedes prévios sobre o mesmo problema. Nao recomendamos!

During the last 2 days,, the LIFT was broken and we were on the 4th floor. We were not told that it was going to be shut own. We are 75 years old. This was very dangerous for us considering our age to go up and and down four floors .... and also bring all our luggage by ourselves. Nobody was there to assist us. They did not have bellhops. WE WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THE LAST TWO NIGHTS OF STAY.

Das Hotel war ganz nett, das Personal hielt zwar als wir gekommen sind erstmal noch schön lange ihr Privatgespräch, begrüßte uns aber dann relativ freundlich. Die Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend. Das Interior ist ein wenig altmodisch, aber insgesamt ganz in Ordnung. Frühstück war zwar nicht abwechslungsreich aber dennoch genügend. Das wirklich positive war die 24/7 Kaffee/Tee-Maschiene im Eingangsbereich!

I booked the hotel because it stated it has parking. When I got there the unfriendly desk man said I can't use their parking (no idea why) and that i need to park in the public garage at the station. He also didn't let me unload my bags, so I had to walk with my bags 10 back to the hotel. It states that the desk is open until 11pm and when I got back at 8:30 nobody was there, door was locked, and I had no code to get in and nobody answered the phone. I put the no disturb sign out because I didn't want service and when I returned from my day trip the cleaner was in there anyway and move my belongings around. The hotel smells a bit moldy and would need some updated. would not recommend this place since it doesn't reflect anything of this beautiful city.

Worst experience of my trip. The room was old and dirty, the carpet had stains and dust. The toilet was disgusting. The worst part was the AC, which didn’t work, and it was 90F outside. We complained to the front desk and they told us the AC was old, and we could try other rooms. We checked 2, which were as hot as ours, so It didn’t make a difference. We saw similar complaints from last year, so I guess maintenance is not a priority to this hotel. There was a strong cigarette smell as well. I will not stay here again for sure.

Ved indtjekning i weekenden var der rigtig død og hjælpsom receptionist. Det det blev hverdag blev han afløst af totalt ligeglad kvindemenneske der ikke var interessert i jobbet. Der var renoveting på hotellet og det lsrmede meget. Ville være fedt at få ingo inden ankomst. Tilbudt andet værelse eller en kompensation

Could use a friendly smile or greeting from the men working at the reception. And a clean room, no dirt on the floor and no lipstick on the drinking glass placed in the bathroom. The coffee machine placed in the breakfast room never worked - that was the worst!!! The tub was lovely though.

Zimmer war nicht so ok.Mistkübel war nicht ausgeleert, noch Müll vom Hotelgast. Teppichboden voll mit Flecken und schmutzig. Waschbecken fast ganz verstopft. Und das Fenstern war auch sehr schmutzig. Das Frühstück war gut und Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren nuf eine Nacht

Zimmern sind hellhörig, es könnte sauberer sein (staubig, viele Griffspuren an Türen, Teppich voller Flecken,...). Sehr abgewohntes, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Waschtischunterschrank von Wasser aufgezogen, uralter Teppichboden im Zimmer. Frühstück ok, aber würde ich nicht mehr dazu buchen um das Geld (um die Ecke ist ein Billa). Würde es nicht für mehrere Nächte weiterempfehlen.

Positivo: Muy bien comunicado, habitación de tamaño correcto para 3. A mejorar: La limpieza (del espejo y del suelo puesto que hemos estado una semana y siempre ha habido en el suelo los papelitos que vimos cuando llegamos). Se podría reformar un poco puesto que se ve bastante viejo.

Apart from the friendly front desk employee, there was nothing positive about this hotel. The room was filthy, dust in the wardrobe, Windows have not been cleaned in month, carpet you don't want to step on, a broken picture with glass sticking out, non functioning AC and Safe and Minibar Terrible

Väldigt nöjd, allt var enligt beskrivningen. Rum var stort, rent, varmt, med bekväma sängar, extra kuddar, tyst. Internet var också ok. Rum servis , kom varje dag, fixade sängar, papperskorgarna, bytt av handdukar blev enligt behöv. I början man för lite cafe kapslar och tee påsar... finns även små kylskåpet. Frukost också bra, men finns i närheten affär ner man kan köpa allt möjligt. Nära finns flera stationer , bus, tåg .

La posizione è ottima. Non nel caos ma vicino a stazioni tram e metro. Staff cortese. La stanza aveva tutto quello che serve. L’unica pecca è che il letto non era comodissimo. Per il resto molto accogliente, tuttavia il pavimento della stanza era un po’ sporco. Non ho provato la colazione (era extra). Terrò questo hotel in considerazione per il prossimo soggiorno a Vienna.

Really loved this hotel. Clean nice room with a fridge and big wardrobe and nice shower and toilet. Really nice decor as well. People were really nice at the front desk and there was free water and juice in the dining area. Close to the metro stop as well.

The location is convenient, close to the subway and public transportation. However, the hotel is old and poorly maintained. Housekeeping starts talking loudly early in the morning, and people slam doors all night. We couldn't sleep at all. Very disappointed.

Insufficient table space in room for 2 people. Bathroom well appointed but a little cramped. Hotel staff courteous and helpful.

Hotel is ok and close to TRAM D easy to move around, but based in my experience I wouldn’t stay here again . I arrived by noon horribly tired after traveling all night . When I mentioned I had a reservation I was shut down (not even asked by my name or so), was told “check in is at 2.30” I asked again if possible to have early check in as I was extremely tired but didn’t even get a reply, I literally crashed at their sofa…By 2 pm the same guy told me ok to check in now . I asked again why don’t have check in early (I was 100 willing to pay as my situation) and only Saify we are full. I never received the VIP amenities nor was welcome as GOLD member. When I did the check in I was given a tiny piece of paper with hotel info. No further interaction. Even if hotel is sold out there are ways to say bad news , try to improve . I didn’t see the exceptional service.

I booked the hotel because it stated it has parking. When I got there the unfriendly desk man said I can't use their parking (no idea why) and that i need to park in the public garage at the station. He also didn't let me unload my bags, so I had to walk with my bags 10 back to the hotel. It states that the desk is open until 11pm and when I got back at 8:30 nobody was there, door was locked, and I had no code to get in and nobody answered the phone. I put the no disturb sign out because I didn't want service and when I returned from my day trip the cleaner was in there anyway and move my belongings around. The hotel smells a bit moldy and would need some updated. would not recommend this place since it doesn't reflect anything of this beautiful city.

Do not stay here. Way overpriced and the staff was awful. We had multiple nights of no AC. It was 85 in the room and unbearable to inhabit. They told us they would fix the AC and promised a different room if it couldn’t be done. The maintenance person didn’t fix it and the hotel clerk rented out our room to someone else. When I asked another hotel clerk why this happened he said his colleague lied to us because he knew he wouldn’t be on shift when we returned to the hotel. Could not believe he was that forward in admitting his coworker deceived a guest and did not care about us losing the room. Windows didn’t open so Neither of us slept. Coffee machine was breaking on and off in the lobby. Hoping management reads this and refunds us. The hotel failed to fulfill its end of the bargain by providing a habitable room for us

Quiet and clean, courteous staff. Location is out of the centre but trams run so close to it and they are cheap. Supermarkets close too. It is what it is, doesn’t try to be the ritz so don’t expect that. Good place

Lurt litt med tanke på avstand. Ligger litt utafor sentrumskjernen, 45 minutters gåtur, men med brukbare transportmuligheter med undergrunnsbane. Styr unna taxi fra sentrum. Det kan bli dyrt. Fint rom. Fornøyd med det. Innredet med litt retro-preg. Litt hard seng/myk og tynn madrass. Men mye ekstra remedier (sytråd, q-tips og slikt) i et glass på badet en kan få bruk for. Not a bad location, not in the center but close enough to metro station. Hotel is not new, but well done, clean and pleasant. But I have a couple troubles - like shower was not really working, had weak drops but not with a full power. Bathtub was ok but shower is a huge minus. And the wardrobe in the room was a bit broken. But it definitely worth the money.

Really loved this hotel. Clean nice room with a fridge and big wardrobe and nice shower and toilet. Really nice decor as well. People were really nice at the front desk and there was free water and juice in the dining area. Close to the metro stop as well.

This hotel was very clean, nice room with lots of space, lovely big window. It wasn't noisy, the breakfast was good and the staff were professional and friendly. My only criticism would be it's proximity to the city centre, it's a 10 minute tram ride away or a 20-30 minute walk. Apart from that it was great.

Enjoyed our stay at Arthotel ANA Gala in Vienna. We arrived at the hotel quite late and the hotel out of ours support was already aware of our late arrival and checked us in over the phone. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is a few stops away from the Vienna central and it's close to the D tram link and U6 metro line.

Das Kartenzahlungsgerät war leider kaputt und wir durften tatsächlich nicht einchecken, ohne den kompletten Aufenthalt vorher komplett in cash zu zahlen, was uns auch noch auf sehr unfreundliche Art und Weise erklärt wurde - obwohl es ja nicht unsere Schuld als Gast ist, dass das Kartenzahlungsgerät nicht funktioniert. Wir durften dann spät abends durch den Regen nach Geldautomaten suchen. Das Hotel insg. ist sehr verlebt und nicht gut in Stand gehalten. Die Tapete rollt sich an mancher Stelle von der Wand, im Bad sind die Armaturen tlw. ziemlich klapperig und der Waschbeckenunterschrank wellt sich wegen Feuchtigkeit auf. Meine Mattraze hat ein bisschen nach nassem Hund gerochen... Frühstück unfassbar teuer für so eine 'unspektakuläre' Auswahl. Immerhin scheinen die Putzfrauen sehr gut zu sein, denn trotz des verlebten Zustandes war das Hotel relative sauber. Alles in allem aber ein sehr ernüchternder Besuch und wir werden sicher nicht noch mal dort unterkommen. Das Kaffeehaus auf der anderen Straßenseite war wiederum ein Highlight.

Could use a friendly smile or greeting from the men working at the reception. And a clean room, no dirt on the floor and no lipstick on the drinking glass placed in the bathroom. The coffee machine placed in the breakfast room never worked - that was the worst!!! The tub was lovely though.

Breakfast was awesome. Breakfast staff awesome. Carpets were hoovered but could do with a deep clean. Beds changed regularly, bins emptied every day. Towels clean and changed when needed. Plenty of loo roll. There was a kettle in the room, but nespresso coffee pods ... ? and, no tea, no sugar and no cups. Little things like wardrobe door handles need fixing.Some of the reception staff seemed grumpy, others couldnt be more helpfull. Tram and train within walking distance. Eateries, supermarket, chemist all within walking distance.

I would highly discourage to book this hotel. Even the basic amenities like AC was not working. My family was not able to sleep properly, considering how warm it was they didn't even provide a fan. After repeated requests nothing was done to solve the issue. They didn't even have anyone at the reception to address your issues.. The Manager simply washed his hands saying that we cannot do anything... it's rated as a 4 star hotel, but the services were totally sub standard.

Rooms are okay but a deeper cleaning would be advised. Beds are clean, comfortable and bedding changed every other day. Bathroom is clean and maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is absolutely delicious and there is a great selection with high quality items. Warmer days I would stick with rooms that has a window to the courtyard rather than to the street, cars sound like drag racing almost every evening and the birds were extremely loud on the close tree. I would still recommend it as a great hotel to stay when visiting Vienna. Good price/value ratio.
