Spacious room with three single beds, comfortable mattresses. Nice temperature in the hotel. Very good breakfast, easy self check in for late night arrivals. Excellent location between tram and metro stops, very easy to navigate to and from the city center. It does need some freshening up, but it's a great value for money accommodation and on my next trip to Vienna I would definitely go back.

Per essere un tre stelle forse è troppo sopravvalutato. Comunque la struttura è pulita. La colazione è molto buona con vasta scelta sia dolce che salato. E' leggermente decentrato ma molto bene collegato con i mezzi pubblici. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento in camera in quanto non funzionante e ci hanno prontamente cambiato stanza. Tutto sommato per i costi delle strutture a Vienna soprattutto nel periodo pre natalizio il giudizio è senz'altropositivo.

The building and the room was a bit worn and the WiFi was too slow/ not working, it was small flies coming from the drainage at the bathroom, and the air condition had a leak, and made sounds as the drops occasionally fell on the floor.

Die Unterkunft ist so veraltet. Die Wände sind dreckig und das Bad sehr alt. Für den Preis lohnt es sich nicht mal kurz dort zu schlafen. Wir haben mit offenem Fenster schlafen müssen, weil Klima nicht ging. Es war so laut. Die Tram fährt da vorbei was tagsüber praktisch ist. Abends/Frühmorgens jedoch nicht. (Sehr laut!!) Die Tiefgarage (15€) war an dem Tag nicht zu benutzen, da ein Unfall unten passiert ist. 5 Min Gehweh kann man für 6€/24Std parken was viel günstiger ist als in der Tiefgarage des Hotels? Checkout war schnell und unkompliziert. Würds jedoch nicht nochmal buchen. Gibts bessere für den gleichen Preis.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Sleep comfort and cleanliness was very good. Although the bathrooms were very much in need of an overhaul with the sillicone around the bath etc splitting and cracking. There is an air conditioner, a flat screen TV and a hairdryer but no mini safe, minibar or an electric water kettle. Rebecca at the reception helped us check in quick and easy on the first day. She was extremely professional, kind and helpful. Rebecca is without doubt the best we have experienced at Hotel Calmo.

Sehr freundliches Team und solides Frühstücksbuffet. Die Ausstattung ist zum Teil defekt und das Haus wirkt insgesamt nicht gepflegt, so hatte beispielsweise die Gardine unseres Zimmers mehrere Risse über 20 / 30 cm, der Mülleimer im Bad war von der Wand gebrochen, der WC-Sitz war rundherum gelb, der Teppich im Flur war fleckig und hatte Löcher.

This is definitely not a four star hotel. It is like a red roof in you hear every sound through the windows and the walls. The rooms look rundown and depressing. The area is fairly desolate outside of having a train station in front of it.

Good value for the price, even though not without problems. OK room, good breakfast, useful location with good public transport links and many good restaurants nearby, although not exactly beautiful surroundings. Socket very far from table, not good for working, but they nicely provided an extension cable upon request (reception was generally helpful). No safe, no kettle in room. Trams on the street were very noisy (earplugs were provided but I didn't want to miss my alarm). So window needed closing but then air went bad and too warm quickly. There is AC installed but it wasn't clear how to operate it (if you find that out in the middle of the night it's too late to ask, but maybe in the summer they will provide the control).

Room was nice enough. Beds were comfy but pillows a little lumpy. Hotel location is great as very close to tram stop and short walk to underground station also. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was quite nice with good coffee. Overall i would recommend the hotel.

Paper thin walls, loud guests with zero respect for others during my stay. The rooms are fine, a little dated and mine didn't have a carpet. They provide earplugs for a good reason. Location is good and well connected with public transport.

Hotel ist gut und hat kurze Wege zur U- und Straßenbahn. Das Öffi Netz in Wien ist ein Traum. Man ist schnell überall.Das Frühstück ist gut und absolut ausreichend mit Rüherei, Würstchen, Marmelade, Aufschnitt und Käse und auch Müsli. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Bad war sauber und groß mit neuem Inventar. Geparkt haben wir gegenüber für 5,00 UHr pro 24h im Uni Parkhaus. War super.
