The hotel was comfortable, clean and safe for a good price on Memorial Day weekend. The beds were comfortable and the room had a big tv. There was an odd, interesting smell in the lobby.

Nice area to get away. They offer coffee and utensils for dining in the lobby. Nice tv to watch in the lobby if you’re tired of being in your room. People converse there and lounge. Very nice building.

Had to change rooms as soon as we got into it because the floor was oily and unable to walk in the room. Got into the new room and the floor was still oily but not as bad, so when I went to wipe it up, it was filthy. On the lower level, the rooms above us were pretty loud / noise carried into the lower levels at all hours of the night. Was an OK place to stay.

This place was extremely nice and magnificently clean. I really like all the outlets and charging ports. The fridge and microwave were spotless and in great condition. The bed was comfy and the temperature was prefect. I will definitely stay there again.

There was a lot of noise. Could hear every movement from the room above all night. Then pretty early in the mornings they were doing some construction that was super loud, no chance of sleeping past 9 am.

The remote was duct taped and only the power button and the volume buttons worked. The room didn't have a coffee maker like the pictures showed it would, so we had to go to the lobby area to get it, but could only tolerate sitting in the lobby to drink our coffee for a maximum of 5-7 min because then we started dripping from sweat because it was so hot and they didn't cool it sufficiently. In addition, our room air unit was insufficient as well - we lowered it but were still hot at night. The pillows were not really comfortable, but thank goodness we brought our own just in case. Overall, will not be staying at Red Roof Inn in Lancaster, TX again.

I had 1 room for 5 nights and a 2nd room for 4 nights as I was helping family move from Oregon to Lancaster. Positives: Every staff person I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The location and property felt safe. Beds were comfortable, rooms had decent amenities. Overall condition pretty good, felt like owners care about the property. Room for improvement: While bathroom fixtures and linens were nice and clean, the laminate floors were sticky. I borrowed their mop for first room. Ended up buying a mop with washable head and cleaned 2nd. Would suggest hotel switch to mop with washable heads and change mop water every room. A squirt of dawn and bit of water was all I needed. Second area that really could use improvement is the hall carpets need to be on some sort of routine deep cleaning schedule. Lastly both my rooms hot & cold were reversed, put a sign in bathroom of rooms with this quirk. No one minds a quirk but let us know at check in, or post a simple sign in the bathroom.

The property is still fairly new, they accidentally gave us a room key to a room that was already occupied. It looked like a scene out of a movie with the young man that worked the front desk having to run all the way to room to stop us from entering. Also, the next day housekeeping barged into the room thinking that our room was unoccupied.

Complained about the room when I first checked in and received no assistance. Asked to be moved to another room and was told it was sold out. I was assured I would receive a refund and have yet to receive one. Floors in room filthy. Room smelled. It was a folding picnic chair in place of a lounge chair. The bed was so unstable I thought it was going to fall. Overnight staff was nowhere to be found. Left a note on the desk saying they would return.

When I arrived I was told I was not getting the 2 bed rooms I paid for. I would get a single bed instead for one of my rooms. I asked if I would be credited the difference and the desk guy said no you already paid for it. He then told me this is common practice for this hotel and that payment and confirmation does not guarantee you receive what you paid for. I will never return. I traveled for years as a consultant and never experienced this. If ever a mistake was made, I always received some sort of compensation. Any little thing would have done. I’m an easy going individual. But being told they don’t honor their word and do what they want angered me. If it were a work trip I wouldn’t bother but it was a trip with my grandkids and very important to me. A common practice?? They do it to people all the time?? Are you kidding me. I literally lived in hotels for years. It’s not common anywhere else

Very clean and nice facility. However, on the night I stayed the police were called around 1:00 a.m. Several cop cars were on the premises. That made my stay unsettling. I noticed that during check in no security deposits were required. Having worked in the hotel industry I know how security deposits can help keep incidents from happening and keep bad actors from being on the premises.

Was ok for single night stay. Room felt a little outdated but lobby and room were clean. Room was a little stuffy alot of activity at night time police were seen multiple times in parking lot and few people just hanging outside in the parking lot. The staff was friendly no complaints there. Would recommend if over night stay but would choose somewhere else if staying longer than a night

The property being on a main street was easy to access the highways and get back when needed. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was awesome leaving extra towels and pillows seeing as i had little ones along.

The free breakfast consisted of yogurt, coffee, fruit loops cereal from a dispenser (not individual packs), milk from a gallon container for you to pour (no individual cartons), nothing hot to eat. The room didn't have an iron or ironing board in it, I had to request one from the front desk (which they did have). I came from out of town to attend a funeral. If I had planned on staying more than one night, I would have chosen somewhere else. It was ok for the one night.

Everything was ok, but the people upstairs were so loud starting at 11pm. I could hear everything in the hallway and the mini fridge made clicking sounds. Not a great nights sleep. No breakfast either.

The property is recently renovated. We were pleased with it except for the breakfast. All they served was coffee and your choice of either Frosted Flakes or Fruit Loops. The had whole milk for the cereal and some yogurt. Very nice except for breakfast.

This is a modern and comfortable place to stay. It is clean and our bed was comfortable. The breakfast is extremely basic and should be classed as "continental". Despite that disappointment, it is adequate.
