This was a great property for our stay in Salzburg.. The rooms were fine for our needs. Worth using the underground car park but only limited spaces. Breakfast basic but very good. Make sure you ask about free bus and train passes which you can get from reception. The hotel is served by a number of buses.

This is a new building, the rooms are as described, modern and clean. Easy walk from the train station/ bus station. Staff was very helpful. Bar/Dining area downstairs is nice. There are laundry facilities in the basement floor (washer and dryer) very useful for multi-day travels, we took advantage of those. Only downside is the construction across the street but that is not the properties fault.

Very modern, clean hotel close to the train station. Excellent staff. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Our room was very large facing the back so it was quiet. Used the laundry facilities which was very clean. We would definitely stay at a Harry's Home again.

Svårt att hitta bra saker om faciliteterna efter det att AC la av på hela hotellet vilket så klart påverkade luftkvaliteten. Sängar mm var mindre bra men fungerar för en kort vistelse. Dålig lukt från avlopp i vaskarna. Parkering var bra precis utanför hotellet. Bra saker var att de kompenserade med frukost och gratis parkering

5 min gange fra sentral stasjon. Buss nr 5 rett foran hotellet som kjører til byen. Frokost er just ok. Ikke noe spesiell, men dem har en robott som hjelper å rydde :) negativt: hotellet har ingen restaurant og rommet er vasket bare 3. dagen. Da må man hente sjøl på resepsjonen hva som mangler for eks håndkle, dopapir osv.

Room was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Location not so good. In a dirty neighborhood right next to the train station. Lobby area was a little dirty and hard to find employees to assist you. It’s a cheaper hotel though, so good value if you’re on a budget.

My friends and I stayed in the family room there was 2 double bed and 1 bunk bed which was enough to fit for 6 of us. Glad we booked this hotel location was perfect. The hotel was spotless, very huge rooms it was so clean. bed was so comfortable, shower room is very clean and huge. If ever i come back to salzburg i will definitely stay in this hotel again. Staff are amazing and helpful too .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ammori on reception spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to point out all the best places to go in Salzburg to make the most of our stay. From our room on 7th floor we even had a view of the fortress and mountains. Only draw back is the hotel backs onto the train station so you do need to close the window at night so you don’t hear the noise of the trains. Don’t let that put you off though. The location is great and only 10 mins walk from Mirabel Platz.

It is definitly an economy accommodation. The sheets on the double bed were so small and i woke up sleeping on the bare mattess. They would do better to use single sheets and duvet on each side. The AC didnt work so we got very warm. The location was very convenient

Property lovation was good, with accesd to a Transport to ho evrywhere. However, when we were there, we could not sleep at night, the rooms where very HOT, we had to open the pnly small hotel window but the outside moice was strong adfing to the sleepless night. The hotel did not have the airconditioning on. They had to fully open the lobby doors to get the some air in the hotel loby. The day was sunny and 39 degrees celcious, and no aircond, it was hell. .Also, when we arrived the room given to us was a double room but the bathroom had realy bad odours, it stinked. We demanded to be given another room. They did, but we got a smaller room footprint prepared for 1 person. I had to go and adk for extra towel, pilows and blanket for a second person. Bad experience.

My friends and I stayed in the family room there was 2 double bed and 1 bunk bed which was enough to fit for 6 of us. Glad we booked this hotel location was perfect. The hotel was spotless, very huge rooms it was so clean. bed was so comfortable, shower room is very clean and huge. If ever i come back to salzburg i will definitely stay in this hotel again. Staff are amazing and helpful too .

We were staying only one night and were looking for something affordable for a family of 5. We were a bit nervous and this place exceeded ALL of our expectations. The room slept 6 and was very spacious. It ended up having 2 separate bathrooms, one with a sink and shower, one with a toilet and shower, which allowed people to get ready in one while others were showering. The reception was very helpful, and had a cute seating area to have drinks and snacks. The employees were friendly.

Computer system wasn’t working. Arrived to be told they’d double booked my room and I needed to walk to another hotel & would have to walk back for breakfast (as the other hotel doesn’t do breakfast). Eventually convinced them to give me a room as I’m disabled and can’t walk back/forth. Room smelt so strongly or some form of deodoriser I had to open the window & take Benadryl. Room also had a defective light that switched itself on at intervals so had to use the main switch to turn off all lights in the evening. Staff apologetic but customer service poor. They didn’t even offer to get me a cuppa when I arrived and they were sorting out the double booking.

The hotel itself is great. Staff was super nice. Close to the train station which is convenient. The area around the hotel just seems a little sketch at night. Lots of interesting people from the hostel nearby and a block away is a buck of cracked out people who would bother us. Can’t really blame the hotel for that though but just don’t walk around alone at night.

If you’re looking for a place to stay close to the train station then this is ideal. It also has a bus stop directly infront if it that will take you to the old town in 15 mins. It is not walking distance to the old town and you might not want to walk around the surrounding area at night. We had no other options for hotels in the old town so we stayed here and it was fine.

Ein renoviertes und sauberes Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Es gab jedoch paar Sachen, die mich gestört haben: -das Frühstück am ersten Tag war mittelmäßig. Der Kaffee und der Saft waren sehr wässrig. Am nächsten Tag war bisschen besser. -eine Tür in meinem Zimmer die zum anderen Gästezimmer führt. Die war natürlich verschlossen aber dadurch kommt unnötiger Lärm ins Zimmer rein, -außerdem kam am ersten Tag niemand, um das Zimmer zu putzen.

The room shower is broken; no shampoo you use hand soap for shower and shampoo; room service every three days. Service is poor and breakfast buffet runs out of food most of the time. Overall pretty new facilities.
