This property has a million dollar view essentially which is a huge draw for me. You can sit in the back area or bar area and just take this in while sipping a nice glass of wine. The only drawback is that there is insufficient space for this compared to the amount of people staying at the lodge so it is very hard to get a seat. They should enlarge the bar area and outside bar area for certain!

The staff was so attentive! What amazing service. We loved the view, of course. The lodge offers so many things to do. Our scenic float trip was so peaceful. Jess, our guide, was the best. Emily, our guide for the horseback trip, was so informative. Everyone just did a great job making our stay so memorable.

Stayed in a cabin. Area felt like we were away at camp, but with nice amenities. Easy check in and parking. Lovely main lodge with plenty of areas inside and out to sit and enjoy the view of the Tetons across the lake.

The cabin we stayed in was very clean. It looks like a newly renovated room despite being in an old cabin. The bathroom was nice and clean also. The area was quiet and we can park our car just outside the cabin. The lodge itself was nice with a splendid view of the Grand Teton. The mural room served some nice food and we tried Bison for the first time. It was delicious. The one area I did not rate a 5-star is the facility, which has limited dining options. It would be nice to have another option besides the high-end fine dining Mural room and the diner.

The room was in very bad condition. It’s very smelly. I went to front desk ask for change. She refuse to change room for us. They sprayed air fresh in the room, makes the smell even worst. I found the toilet was not seal and smell very very bad! The ventilation fan like tract very noise. Just can not fall in sleep even we are very tired. We spend almost $600 but the room condition even worse than a motel room. Surprise, the hotel staff not do any thing to help! This is my second time stay but very very bad experience.

Other than its location….. this place was incredibly disappointing and not worth the money in any way. The rooms are from the 50’s and have never been updated. For $500+ a night I expect more. The partial sunken tub/shower was just ridiculous. The size of the bathroom absurd for two people. The provisions very basic. Rusting handrails, old neglected furniture, oh and so close to the road you can’t leave the window open due to the noise. With no a/c the ceiling fan that shook and wobbled out or balance was a necessary evil. Completely outdated and not worth then money. In desperate need of pest control as spiders in my pillow was not appreciated. Definitely won’t stay again!

The cottage was lovely, roomy quiet and clean until we experienced a mouse inside and my husband actually felt it on the bed when we were sleeping. I happened to see it scurrying on the floor the following night & saw where it scampered to hide. We wedged pillows and anything else to contain its space. Needless to say I sleep with the covers over my head the whole night. When we checked out I mentioned it only to have it fixed for the next guest. Desk said, well it is a National Park. Understood!

This is a beautiful property but nightly rate is very high. Cottages are very nice with excellent beds, towels and kitchen amenities. No A/C but has a ceiling fan and windows open. No TV which was fine but not really aware of that when I booked. Lodge is beautiful and the views from the Heron Lounge and the Murals restaurant are fantastic.

The central lodge with dinning and shopping areas was a great set up was vibrant and fun. Beer and sandwiches on the terrace was great, the food quality and value was superb, The room was dated, and the wall thin do we could hear our neighbors.

The cabins are quite small and very dated. It is worth mentioning that there is no air conditioning and no television in these rooms. I imagine that you would not want to watch TV while in such a beautiful setting, but it is an adjustment.

Excellent location, with beautiful views. Dated facilities, but great for our needs of hiking and exploring the Tetons. Mini fridge, but no microwave. We used our cooler for snacks and drinks and there was ice available.

Original property listing was misleading. There are no AC or TV’s on the entire property. Ended up switching rooms due to musty smell and bugs, but that was the only solution or remedy the lobby offered after telling us we could just leave. Restaurant staff and service was slowwwww.

Jackson Lake Lodge is all about the view of the Grand Tetons from the lodge restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the Blue Heron Lodge for reasonable food prices and the spectacular view through the three story windows. We stayed in a cabin with peeling paint on the front door frame and a Holiday Inn quality interior--at Four Seasons prices! ($500/night in September.) The housekeeping service is atrocious--3 calls and hours to get fresh towels and never complete housekeeping in 3 days. The only saving grace is that the staff are friendly and professional when they finally arrive. The location is good but Jenny Lake has better trails and activities.

Incompetent front desk. Beds/mattresses/pillows are painful to even describe. Bottom line, $500.00 per night for running hot shower and damp towels, room was not ready at 4:00pm, needless to say not even an apology came with it. Moreover, I requested to be next to my friends (I travelled single) the right does not know what the left is doing. There are other options in the park, much nicer places and service, this place doesn’t deserve your hard earned money!

Simply incredible views of Mt. Moran and the Grand Teton from the lobby and everywhere you look. The facility as a bit of an old-school National Park style to the architecture and rooms but everything was in great shape. Not inexpensive but highly recommended for its unique location and proximity to both Grand Teton National Park (its inside the park) with the south entrance to Yellowstone right up the road.

Convenient location, and very quiet since we were there during an off season. Staff was very friendly but it's obvious some learned more from their training than others. We would NOT recommend the Mural Room - terrible food for the price. But would recommend the Blue Heron for food, drinks, and friendly staff.

Amazing views from the main building as well as our cabin/room. Service was excellent. Bit more rustic, but worth staying there! Food was excellent in both the 50’s dinner and buffet breakfast in the main dining room. Enjoy!

The place is legit, it was our second time in last 5 years and it never disappoints in terms of the quality of stay, views, activities in the park and overall satisfaction. Shorty, Nicole, Mihail and Katie (wrangler) were great and went above and beyond. One thing which would have made it great was the flexibility in food choices for vegetarian. The options are very limited, the breakfast menu stops at 10:00 am and it’s hard to get anything until 11:00. The cart across the food hall serves you oats and couple of bread items but without an option to heat/ warm them up (Especially try eating a crossaint which is not warm on a very cold morning) if you come from a rafting trip at 10:00 am (all booked via lodge) which is 30 mins away from the lodge. More flexibility on keeping breakfast menu all day long or adding warm vegetarian items in your lunch and dinner menu (current choices are vegetarian burger and couple of cold pita wraps) would really add to the families who are vegetarian and come a little late in the morning after hikes or adventures.

We loved our stay at Jackson Lake Lodge! We had meals at three establishments here. The Mural Room (dinner and breakfast), Pioneer Grill (dinner) and The Blue Heron Lounge (dinner and drinks). The Teton views at the Lodge and outside walkways were incredible! It was very dark at night walking (only complaint).

The dining room was less than satisfactory. We were seated for dinner at 8:30pm and didn't get our meal until 9:45pm. Fortunately breakfast was a buffet and we didn't have to wait for the kitchen to prepare our meal.
