The hotel staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming, which made my stay very comfortable. I was especially touched by Evelyne’s thoughtful care and attention. Her kindness truly made a difference, and I’m very grateful for her help.

Clean, roomy, good services. Location is great: 10-min walk to Monas, right next to a few local malls. The indoor pool is great, only 5ft deep, but 'nuff for lap swimming. But the thing stuck me the most was the breakfast buffet: phenomenal/excellent Singaporean foods! I would stay at another ParkRoyal hotel the next time I travel to Asia just for the the breakfast buffet!
