Budget Inn

For the price, I was very pleased. From the outside, it looked a bit questionable, but the room itself was very clean & updated. I was particularly impressed with my own little kitchenette with mni-fridge AND electric stove.

This motel is on the older side of town, the area itself was decent. I didnt see anything that screed unsafe or that my stuff would get stolen. The motel itself is super run down, like really run down. At first glance it i second guessed if it was worth it. There isnt anyone at the front desk, they lock the door and you have to press a doorbell and i dont think they hear it because i had to actually call them to check in and then again when my key stopped working. The bed was comfortable but i wasnt confident that it had been cleaned well. No bugs but for a nonsmoking room it sure did smell. Lots of flies, dead and alive. No ice machine. All in all it was overpriced for what it is

The photos in the listing might have been accurate 30 years ago, but not now. The pool shown in the listing is actualy filled in with concrete. The parking lot is full of giant potholes. The room next to mine had a broken window (see photo below) and some of the doors would not close securely. At first, the room looked OK inside, and the A/C was blowing cold air. But on closer look, every surface was covered in a layer of gritty silt (floors, counters, desk). The sink looked like someone had spit toothpaste on the faucet, handles, and even the mirror - which the cleaning crew had somehow missed. The bathtub had reddish-brown stains, and the bath towel had a hole in the middle, and gray stains all over. There were partial insect remnants in corners. The chair in the room had a stain. The final straw was when I saw roaches crawling on the pillows. I left, forfeiting all three days of pre-paid stay, and found another hotel. I have no idea how it earned a 6.6 rating from other guests. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

Pool was indicated. It has been filled with concrete, roaches, bathroom door does not shut, but it is cheap!

You deserve better - really. I know it's cheap. You will get your money's worth of regrets. 1) Be especially alert. There are craters in the parking lot and you must be on guard so you do not damage your vehicle. 2) Before you get to the potholes you will notice the ever present garbage - outside of the dumpster. I stayed almost a week and the garbage remained the entire time. 3) After you pass the garbage and navigate the potholes, you'll meet the manager. He rudely told me to "sit down" until he was off the phone. So I did and I checked in. I thought that I might have to stay an additional night which was disappointing but I was contacted for an additional job interview so I thought I might as well just tough it out another night. I called the desk to ask and was told that yes, I could do that. However, about an hour later, the manager came and knocked on my door (he didn't call) and told me that it would be a much higher rate - "more money" to stay. I was disgusted and told him I would leave and I was not going to pay more. About room 37: * By far the worst - the dirty, sticky floor. Feels like it has never been mopped. * Cover falling off heating unit. * You'll see daylight where the corner of the door is damaged. * The towels and washcloths are clean and they smell clean. Just check them over for foreign hair. * Tub looks filthy - it's actually fairly clean, just stained. One good thing: the bedding was clean. I guess that's what the one star is for...

This could actually be a gem if more were put into it. The name Budget Inn isn't the Budget Hotel Chain (this is a Motel). My room had NO smoke detector but a stove-top and a sink that doubled as a bathroom sink (w/vanity mirror & rinse-nozzle used for dishes). Room was clean, Bed comfortable, and TV worked excellently. More on the extended-stay side to me. Saw no bugs, did a deep check but still was cautious. Never unpacked clothing or snacks. It served its purpose for the evening New Years Casino trip to Oklahoma. Watch your surroundings late at night

Definite NO FRILLS, no tell motel 60's throw back. The room wreaked of bleach at check in. The bed was comfortable. It was not a great part of town, but nothing weird happened while we were there. Drinks only vending machine and no breakfast at all and no coffee in the room. Very basic crash and dash stay.

Rooms look absolutely nothing like pictures. They're dirty compared to pic. They smell bad, loterally leaves a foul taste in your mouth. Parking lot is full of potholes. Worst of all this is how unsafe the place is as evidenced by my pics. Multiple rooms have a huge dent in door from what looks like being hit with a battering ram and the door latch is only held in by a thin piece of wood. Absolutely the worst location you could ever stay at

Hotel room had two old fly tapes hanging at door and bathroom. No cover on bathroom vent. Tub was rusty and faucet was corroded off. Could not get the television to work. If it wasn’t so late, we would’ve left.

The front desk manager was cool. I asked for a downstairs room and they hooked it up. When I arrived at my room I noticed a foot size dent in the door and the door jam had been replaced. I requested non smoking but the room smell was horrible with cigarette smoke. I then took myself to Dollar General to get a whole bunch of cleaning and air fresheners. The bathtub was brown and dirty. The counters had tooth past from the past customer. The sink had hair and more toothpaste. The fridge in the room was discussing and smell horrible.

Room was clean, clean linen, no offensive odors - good staff

It was the worst place I've stayed at. Staff lied to Expedia customer service saying the room was clean. Vomit on the toilet and weird stains on bed sheets and comforter. Checked out early due to the disgusting conditions and hotel refused refund

The room had so many flies in it, you'd think something had died in there. There were crickets in the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain, no toilet paper holder, and the bathroom ceiling had water stains like the room upstairs had overflowed and leaked down. The bathtub had dirty shoe prints in it like someone had walked in it. The smoke alarm had no front on it and no battery in it. The front door was missing part of the frame where the dead bolt goes in and we had to put a chair in front of the door to keep it locked. When you walked across the floor, your feet got filthy. The towels were stained yellow and smelled horrible. Would I recommend it... Not even as a dog pound!!!

Whenever we walked in our room, there was dead flies. The tv was broke and bathroom tub was rusty. Blankets had holes in it like cigarettes burns. We met to the front office and it was nasty. We couldn’t understand the man so we throws to cooperate. He came to our room to check it out and said that he can give us a better room.

The hotel was terrible. The room wasnt clean, the sheets were dirty. The bathroom had pills on the floor that looked like they were placed there in 1990s. Someone knocked on the door at around 11pm and said housekeeping. Dont stay here!!!!!!

This place was filthy. Fly paper hanging up in the room as you enter and in the bathroom. Both were covered in flies. The room walls had stuff on them, like splashed food and soil. The tub was full of rust. We chose to not even stay there is was soo bad.

Horrible - TV didnt work/room was freezing when we arrived/bed had sheet and flimsy bedspread/not a blanket anywhere/knob labels were completely rubbed off on heater-we had to guess/cover was gone on heater exposing internal radiator/heater was either blowing too hot or too cold/office was locked when we arrived so had to ring bell and wait in wind and freezing temps/you can save money at this place but if thats what you desire, save some more and just sleep in your car

Bed was very uncomfortable. Countertop below TV completely broken and would have been dangerous for a child to be around

King bed was comfy and floor clean

No working heater or working tv. And to get another room would have cost me as extra 15.00.

The hotel is cheap and it is pretty. The staff are a little bit hard to understand, but they are genuinely nice. However, I stayed in room 37. It was nice, but there was no blanket and the heater didn’t work. I was able to really let that go but they had workers out from 7 AM to 10 AM banging things around throwing things into dumpsters and I don’t know about you but when I get a hotel room, it’s to relax. I feel like I wasted money.

Get what you paid for. Nothing like the photos. Non smoking room definitely been smoked in heavily, bed sheets stained, bathroom and features inside all below average condition. Wifi didn’t work, as well as tv. Left my key in room and went to another hotel, within 20m of being there. Disgusting.

The outside is pretty run down looking. The inside is less than ideal, but you could tell there was an attempt to clean. It is mostly dated and I would use it for a family vacation or romantic getaway, but it will do for a roof over your head and a decent bed.

Didn’t have my room. After I paid for it I want my money back. Had to find another hotel!

After making reservations online, check-in was a breeze. Check out was easy. No unexpected charges.

Went to check in and they didn’t have the room that I reserved when booking available so I cancelled the reservation at the time. Don’t ever book this place to anybody in the future.

Arrived to check in ,room was not ready. The clerk told me to come back later. Came back and the checkin took about 20 minutes. I had pre booked with Travelocity , the cl erk seemed to be unfamiliar with the computer process. I had to make a second trip to the office for the wifi code, The other person at the checkin stated she also prebooked and had been waiting an hour to check in.

Staff is very helpful

No one was at front desk and couldn’t even get our room. A lot of suspicious activity so we decided to get a different hotel.

The workers are awesome super nice and understanding. I dont feel like they dont want me here which is sadly extremely common in this area. They make me feel llike im welcome and are very friendly

I wish I didn’t even have to put 1 star, but it requires something. I don’t even know where to start w/ this place. RUN AWAY! I checked in and the room that was given to me was not clean. You could tell someone had been laying on the bed and there were dirty towels. Went back to the office to let them know and they gave me a 2nd room. The smell of smoke hit my face as soon as I opened the door. Curtains, lamp shade, sofa chair all had stains on them. I found a bug on the bed.. idk if it was a bed bug but it was a dang bug! The tub was gross as well.. I called from the nasty lookin phone that I wouldn’t even put to my ear. I asked if at possible could I please get a different room that was a non smoking room. The lady said it WAS a non smoking room. I told her well it smelled like smoke and there was an ashtray on the table. She said “oh really? The housekeeper must’ve misplaced it” I continue to tell her that the room smells like smoke and if I could please get a different room. She told me “they’re all non-smoking” REALLY?! What the heck lady? What a bold face lie! I tell her “ok fine” and hang up. I was not about to stay there so I got my stuff and went back to the office. I told the man there that I wasn’t going to stay there and turned in the key. He made a face and told me I wasn’t going to get a refund because I “used” the room. I told him actually NO I didn’t but he just kept shaking his head at me so I just walked out and immediately got on the phone w/ Expedia.

Place was nasty, area seemed very sketchy

Property was far from the highway and in a dark area. Staff was almost non existent. Building is old and in desperate need of renovation. Room was clean but also needed repair and updating.

Overall it was quiet and well managed. The area is not great but there was no outrageous activity.

Quiet area, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, several food options. Not too far from Choctaw casino. Affordable.

You get what you pay for at this property. I stayed several times for multiple nights for work related travel. It’s definitely a budget hotel, but I have paid more for much worse. Clean rooms, nice staff, quiet, microwaves and mini fridges so you don’t have to eat out very day. This is a perfect stay for a longer term budget business traveler. However, if looking for a nicer room for leisurely travel I would probably avoid and look at higher prices and nicer properties. All in all I was very satisfied with what I got for the price.

It is a good hotel and it is clean but the tv controller wouldn’t work in the TV wouldn’t turn off and there wasn’t to make any coffee they had stove top but nothing to make with
