Very, very rundown, felt dirty. Booked there because of rating that was inaccurate and the indoor pool. First, the pool area was dirty and rundown and couldn’t swim in the pool because it was not he’s at all. Felt like entering a polar plunge. The furniture in the room except for the bed looked like it was from a garage sale, no f it matched. If my sy stay was undefinable I would have left. We were on the 3rd floor, ice machine was on the first floor. TERRIBLE!!!

Room was clean, could have had a few extra towels for drying off and extra pillows . Personal preference . Was a bit shocked going into pool and tub area, had dead crickets in both and the hot tub could have been cleaned. We did skim both . Breakfast was good and hot.

Place is showing wear and tare big time! 3rd floor room water damage on ceilings, walls and carpets. Elevator button on 3rd floor not working. No one told us we read a sign. Ended up having to go down stairs to get Elevator because front desk was busy. Pool had rust color at bottom and what appeared to be hair strands floating. Positive: comfortable bed and ok breakfast.

it was awful, the whole reason we went was for the indoor pool, the pool was out and had been for months which wasn’t stated on the website and the toilet wouldn’t flush in our room, there was no trash can in our room and the hall light didn’t work. The TV remote wouldn’t turn the tv on or off or adjust the volume.

The whole point of the stay was for the pool for the kiddos but it was closed for maintenance. I told the hotel that was the point of the stay but it was too late for a refund. The hotel explained to me that the pool has been closed for a while and will be closed for a while due to the fact that they are remodeling. It would of been nice to know this before booking.

Bed wasn't comfy at all. The facilities didn't work (ice machine or vending) on my floor. The gentleman working the front was a bit odd and rude when I asked about a working vending machine he told me to just walk to braums it wasnt that far of a walk. But it was dark and walking alone in a familiar neighborhood with my daughter kinda bothered me so we just went back to the room.

The hotel was very clean as far as the lobby and the staff was very helpful. We did notice some very noticeable stains on the ceiling and in the shower but overall the room felt clean and the hotel was very accommodating!

I was very disappointed. Last time we stayed there, it was very clean. This time, the carpet was dirty, there was mold in the corner on the wall above the bathtub, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and there was a small bug crawling on the bathroom floor. My sister and her husband were in the room next to ours and killed a big water bug (roach) crawling on the wall and their faucet in the bathroom dripped all night.

The room is NOT what was advertised in the photos. There is literally NO light in room whatsoever. I made a complaint. Roaches in the bathroom and the room was ultra wide. 32" tv. Stains in bedding. Would NOT stay here again...

Nice check-in, but the room and hallways smelled like wet mildew, the room had a few bugs, someone’s clipped toenails were next to the nightstand, the fridge runs really loud, bathtub filled up with water while showering. A/C worked good, quiet room, breakfast decent.

Room was clean. You could tell they had been working on it. Probably a leak. Staff was very friendly and breakfast had hot and cold items to choose from. Pool looked great but we didnt have time to swim this trim.

Surprisingly updated and spacious, one of the most luxurious lobbies we’ve stayed in for less than $150. The room was very large, with a desk, couch, armchair, bench, and king size bed. We were very pleased with the amount of space and wish every hotel we stayed at had so much room, especially for our family of 5. Breakfast had many varieties of hot foods to choose from and everything tasted great. The hotel was clean and everything seemed to be in good working order.

Overall the stay was fine. The remote didn’t work so just one channel was available but we weren’t there to watch TV anyhow. It was very hot in the hallway and elevator but again, that wasn’t a big deal to us either. The AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. There were no bugs. What I did notice was the entrance to the lobby smelled really good. I would have loved for the room to have that same scent.

Room was spacious and clean. We were on the third floor and it was quiet. LED bulbs in the lamps were not bright enough, you could not read by them. They look to be 40 watt equivalent. Pool is nice, people were friendly. Breakfast was basic, but good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, etc.

Friendly employees, good breakfast with many options and fruit. Good coffee! The hotel is showing the age but still clean. Water in men’s bathroom wasn’t working. In the bathroom the heat bulb was burnt out. The sink in the bathroom was so high up and I had to stand on my toes to brush my teeth. Lol Good shower pressure and temp. Air conditioning worked great, yes, I’m saying this in January bc of the wacky weather. Paid $124 for a King Suite. Good price for passing through and needing a place to stay for the night. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and gas stations. Hotel accepts dogs bc one was barking in the room down the hall and we could hear it. They charge $50 extra for incidentals but returned the next day.

Not a bad stay. Rooms were clean, but need to be updated. For instance, the carpet was old and dingy. Just needs more of a modern touch imo. Tv didnt work after front dest came to assits me. Needs better lighting in restroom. Small things but overall an ok stay. Didnt try the breakfast.

We got to the hotel. The staff was amazing. I will say that Monica was awesome. She tried to take care of us as much as she could, and also and another gentleman that tried to help us out. Unfortunately, the room was a mess. There were stains on all the furniture the jet that was the whole purpose of renting the room was throwing out some brown substance, and even after they try to clean it, the brown substance kept coming out. This really was a letdown on maintenance or the upkeep of the hotel itself when I called to see if things would be remedied for my stay there the gentleman said he would have the manager call me back, but of course the manager couldn’t have the decency to at least call and listen to us and our complaints he instead had the same gentleman that I spoke with on the phone. Give us a call back and offer us points stating that the manager said there was nothing that he could do but give us points and sign us up for the rewards which I was already a rewards member. I’m not sure why the manager didn’t have at least a decency to call, but I would imagine it’s because he knows how the room looked and the upkeep of the hotel. I didn’t need to take anything out on him I just wanted to let him know of my concerns but I thanked the gentleman that called me back because no manager should put their employees in a position where a manager should speak to a customer. All good but we will not be returning to this location. Once again thanks to all the staff that did try.

We rented two rooms. One of the rooms already had a guest staying there. The clerk was very apologetic and correct the problem at once. Before he issued us the key to the second room, he ran to make sure it was ok. All was good.

A reasonable price for a good room. The staff were all very friendly and Monica in particular was extremely helpful in assisting me with a scheduling issue. Her attitude and professionalism were uncommonly great. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Check in was a little slow because no rooms were ready at the time. We were early but only by 15 minutes. Told to wait 20 and waited about an hour to get in the room. Staff was very courteous however.

They were overbooked when we got there. We were supposed to have two queen size beds, but all they had was a king bed and a couch. So I had to sleep on the couch. They were very friendly and apologized, but we were exhausted from driving all day and wanted a good bed to sleep in. And there were three of us so one of us had to sleep on the couch.

Security is lacking. Our key did not work on day 2 and a cleaning person used her key to allow us in. Then we went downstairs and person that was working we had not seen before just automatically reprogrammed key no ID check or anything! We could have told them any room number

The hotel was easy to find. My family and I were greeted by a friendly staff member. Monica was very friendly and took the time to visit with us when we returned from our outing. The next morning she greeted us at breakfast and took our trash. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who stays in this area.

NIce hotel. Check in was easy and no problems while staying there. Some things look to be up-dated and other things need to be. Nothing special about breakfast--basic. Many dining option close by. Easier to get to if you are going north. If exiting to go south go through the McDonalds or one of the other business parking lots--other wise you will have to go way down the feeder , under the highway and back.

We (family of 4) stayed one night on the third floor. Check in was fast and friendly. Our room was clean and kept a decent temperature. The beds were great and the linens were fresh. There was no mold in the bathroom. You can see average wear and tear throughout the hotel but the decor is pleasant. Breakfast was really good. They had build your own burrito, sausage patties, oatmeal, or Texas shaped waffles as your hot options. Various pastries, cereal, fruit, & yogurt were also available. The shining star was the coffee machine though, help yourself to a regular coffee or a latte, lots of options. The staff was incredibly helpful & pleasant! They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and ensured that we had everything we needed. Our one complaint was the temperature of the hallways of the third floor in the morning. We had an extended wait on the elevator and it got super uncomfortable. Also, not an issue for us but something to keep in mind, there are no USB ports in the rooms so remember your wall ports. We would definitely stay here again.

Rating so low because there was a 2 in cockroach in the bathroom in the morning when I woke up. For the price point I’m not expecting stuff like that. Breakfast was not great and didn’t keep it stocked even though there was still an hour left. I mentioned the bug to the front desk at checkout and he said “I’ll make sure to let housekeeping know”.

Breakfast was good 2 out of the 3 days I stayed there. Last day, the breakfast opened at 6 am but I got there at 6:30 am. Only eggs and tortillas were out, nothing else.
