Monica was so sweet and the evening clerk was super sweet. I didn’t get her name. But it was after 9 when we got there and we wanted to use the hot tub. So she put us in a room on the first floor right down the hall from the swimming pool and hot tub.

The lady at the front desk was awesome. She helped me with everything that I could the people overnight didn’t do what they should. The hot tub wasn’t on so she came on there and turned it on for us. Make sure it was actually working even gave us some Floaties for my six-year-old sister. Breakfast was the bomb..

Every interaction I had with staff was positive. The night shift person at the front desk made check-in very smooth. One of the breakfast attendants pro-actively brought whipped cream to the table for the kids' waffles. They were kind, helpful, and obviously wanted to make our stay better. BUT the room was bad. Really bad. The carpet in the room was damp. There was a small amount of water leaking from around an electrical socket. The air conditioner was so noisy it kept us awake all night. Not normal hotel AC noise: a horrible rattling grinding sound. All night. The outlets that weren't leaking water (!) were so loose that a phone charger would not stay in the socket. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, adding to the overall poor ventilation and humidity. Again, staff were SO kind. Won't stay here again.
