I was pretty disappointed and don't expect to be staying at this property again. It is average at best. The staff are fine but the amenities and services are lacking. The treadmills didn't work in the gym. The t.v. in my room didn't work properly. I had to turn it on manually and the remotes didn't work or allow for access to netflix or anything else. When I complained, they showed me instructions to fix it. My son and I were so looking forward to movie night but just couldn't get the tv to work. Finally, there was no bath soap at all in the bathroom and only one bath towel for two. We had to track down housekeeping to ask her to replenish the bottle. With these things, I'd much rather just stay in an airbnb and forgo the gym. I was pretty disappointed. Best thing about the hotel is that it is across the street from a lovely restaurant for breakfast and lunch and not far from the highway.

It rained heavily and the water came through the window. We are still waiting for a call and to be moved to a different room. Also we got a disabled room on the 4th floor. Not sure why! One elevator was out the whole time we were there and the first night until late morning Friday both elevators were out.

I didn't like how things weren't working when we stayed. The jacuzzi wasn't working, the wifi wasn't working so we couldn't use the tv for music, somethings for breakfast weren't working as well. The bed comforter had statins on it how distinguishing. The shower had hair in it. I wouldn't recommend. For the price we paid and the things that weren't working we felt we deserved some money back. It wasn't worth the price.

We stay here a lot when we are in town for concerts and this is the worst Hilton day I have ever experienced. We walked into mold on the walls at the front check-in. They were remodeling and it was extremely noisy and it started at 7:30 AM on Fourth of July with hammering and sawing right outside our doorway. I don’t normally complain, but this is really a bad bad stay. I want someone to get in touch with me about a possible refund please because it was terrible and no one should have to deal with looking at mold in a hotel. That’s dangerous. I realize they were replacing some drywall, but it was complete open wall with mold spores on it.

Elevator has been out of service for the last three weeks. Bar and Restaurant have many items out of stock. Seems to be a lot of staff turnover. Feels like this place may be having financial difficulties.

The room was not correct had to change rooms- room keys didn’t work half the time- elevator was out of order so only had one elevator- the man at desk on Saturday was very nice and super helpful.

Great hotel for a small town! Clean and modern! The bar and large dining area is great and food was good! Great location for the kids because bowling alley and jump place next door along with other great restaurants within walking distance.

Both elevators out of service… front desk unable to help… had to call the Hilton main customer service so they will only charge for one night and refunded for the second one so I could go to a different hotel with functioning elevators… not coming back to this property sadly… second visit with elevator issues… terrible bland breakfast!

Receptionist at arrival was off putting and seemed bothered by my presence and was tangible as she was not the same with the next guest she checked in. The room was dirty, under the bed there was so much dust and food crumbs from previous people it was really gross. The office chair that was included in the room was peeling from the a rest and left rough pieces all over the floor. The room AC was noisy and squeezed all night! It was on of the most uncomfortable nights I have ever experienced at a Hilton. The morning staff was much nicer but overall the experience was really poor!

There were hair in one of our beds. My step daughter couldn’t sleep well because she felt gross after seeing hair on bed. We complained to the guy working at the front desk he provided a new sheet but he should offer another room. The property like rooms, doors need renovation. For a Hilton garden we expected a better hotel since it was not cheap. I barely complain about the hotels I stayed in but this was not great. Kelly

I’ve stayed here for years. It’s just worn out and no one seems to care. The rooms are dirty, the food is awful, and they never serviced our room. It was overflowing with trash after several days of neglect. I don’t go to hotels to empty garbage and clean bathtubs. I am sad for this hotel where I’ve stayed so many times. The alligator outsode was cool.

The floor we stayed on had a horrible sewage smell our whole stay. Once we got to our room the bathroom was dirty and we didn’t have towels. We tried calling but the phone had no dial tone, so we used our cell phone. After being on hold for 15 minutes we hung up and called back, once we spoke to the lady she said she would ‘write in on a piece of paper and give it to housekeeping’. We never got the towels… ended up having to walk down stairs to the from the next day.

The room was clean and spacious. I tried once at night and once in the morning to take a shower and was unable to get hot water. There were long periods of ice water punctuated by brief moments of surprising scalding hot water. All in all it was overpriced and I will not return.

This property needs a long overdue renovation. Smells of smoke in the halls, dated floor to ceiling. Rooms smelled like smoke. Elevator had a burned rubber smell. Carpet in room had holes, detached in areas and felt sticky :(. Tub drain was clogged, took a long time to drain.

The property had a nice lobby but as we made our way to the room, we noticed several issues. Elevator out of service, refrigerator not cooling, broken curtain rod,etc. Several other small issues. Also, there is no complimentary breakfast like most other mid-range hotels.

The redeeming quality was the super friendly and helpful staff. But won’t stay here again. Pillows were miserable, AC didn’t work very well, toilet was clogged, bedding was meh.

We were there for my father’s funeral. The night before, we were unable to open the door. We were left sitting in the lobby for 3.5 hours until 1am while they attempted to get it open. We HAD to have our funeral clothes so we suggested they call the fire department but that wasn’t an option because it would be too expensive AND they had no other rooms to put us in. So when they finally got it open, we slept with broken door but could lock from inside. They promised to fix next day while we were at the funeral. We arrived at 2:40pm to find the door propped open with no one around and all our stuff in plain view. Unacceptable! Another room became available, but they didn’t tell us…they just handed my mom the keys and sent her up to us. Ok, she was my mom, but how did they know? No security whatsoever here. We moved ourselves. We never had maid service during our 4 day stay, there was no shampoo in the 2nd room, and we weren’t able to get coffee replenished. Only one elevator working also. When I asked for compensation, they said there was nothing they could do because I booked through hotels.com.

This place has gone downhill considerably over the last couple years. The staff are not clean. The front desk guy has looked disheveled and honestly dirty the last three times I have stayed here. I tried to have breakfast this morning and the guy cooking took a rag that I just watched him wipe the counter down with and wipe off a plate before he put eggs and bacon on it to serve. When I told the manager, he informed me that he would look into and would call me about this later today. I never heard anything from him. For $200 a night, you would hope that they would at least try to live up to Hilton standards. This place is terrible now. It used to be a nice place to stay.

The property was nice, I think for the price the basic breakfast could have been free. I couldnt see spending 30 dollars for a continental breakfast. I would have stayed again but the price point just wasnt there for a small bathroom and expensive continental breakfast.
