It was a unique inn. The lady was super nice and friendly! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean! The price was reasonable. It was quite and peaceful, you could sit out on the porch and enjoy your breakfast!

Off the beaten path, non chain, quiet inn. Barn converted to a few rooms, quaint, clean, sufficient, safe. I left very early and did not partake in the continental breakfast offerings of cereal and packaged items in the refrigerator. No complaints for this stopover. I suppose a designer could swoop in and do a surface makeover, however I wanted a clean and safe night’s stay for a good rate.

It is not a resort style property, great for quick, solid night sleep and a hot shower. It was a layover stop between Cleveland and Niagra Falls for us and it worked great!

It was an excellent stay although it's far from where we wanted to go, Niagara Falls. 45 minute drive, but that's not a negative on the motel. There is no breakfast, just sugar cereal and pastries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Safe location, no worries there, and one more thing that I think is VERY important...the beds were wonderful! Very comfortable sleep.

I thought property was clean, safe,and Basic. Room was spacious except for shower was a stand up shower and shower head was set low. I had to lean over to get head wet. You could hear your neighbor a little bit but no road noise at all. Beds need updated is my biggest flaw of place. Overall I liked it and would stay again. Just don't except a fancy hotel. After all its a converted barn which gives it flavor. Staff was great!

This is a converted barn so it’s essentially bedrooms with private baths. It’s worn and showing its age. The bed was overly soft. That being said, the room served our purpose.

Great overall place to stay for a day or two. We went for a family trip to niagra falls and stayed at lake ontario motel. It was about 35-40 mins drive to niagra falls. The motel is a small but good size rooms, bathroom size is small though. Great outdoor deck, breakfast is just some cold muffins, yogurt, cinnamon rolls. They keep all the food in fridge so nothing fresh. Overall a good place .

We absolutely loved our stay! They were extremely accommodating for our request for an early checkin. Such a gift after travelling all night. It’s like a home away from home. There are a few cosmetic issues in the room with wallpaper and baseboards. But it’s CLEAN! So it didn’t bother us at all. Would stay here again in a heart beat. The breakfast is cereal, prepackaged breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, and mini muffins. If you’re wanting a warm breakfast we would suggest going to Bill’s Diner down the road. It was $30 for two people and the portions were great.

Très bon hôtel avec seulement 6 chambres aménagées dans une ancienne ferme. 1 billard sur place. Un petit point bémol: le petit déjeuner est pas mal, mais du fait du manque de place, a un choix restreint de prestations. Franchement, c’est vraiment mineur et l’hôtel est vraiment sympa.
