Definitely not worth almost $400 for two nights, I would have expected more than a bagel bar, working AC in the hallways and lobby. Rooms were subpar and small for a hotel at that price. With the crowdstrike issue they did do a great job of providing entry to rooms and service.

We were VERY pleased with the property. My only complaint is they ADVERTISE refrigerator AND microwave but only provide a small refrigerator. We were told Spark is a new Hilton brand and their one year anniversary is in November. However their policy prevents microwaves and coffee service in the rooms. They provide coffee and microwave downstairs in lobby. This is not convenient if you want to heat something up or make coffee in the privacy of your room. I told reception that they are falsely advertising certain amenities that would make a difference when comparing with other hotels in the area. Area was great with plenty of services and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Victoria.

Staff was great! Place is clean and simple, scaled down facility. Lots of hard surfaces. Nice value for price. Not as luxiourious as I am accustomed to.

The hotel check-in process was slow due to only one computer working but staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great and the space was clean. There is no pool on the property. There are pool hours listed and a pool listed in the amenities but the previous pool has been filled in with grass.

Hotel was in renovation doors didnt close. Floors were full of old equipment They should have made me aware that hotel was being renovated and not ready. I had to leave and find another hotel which was more expensive on a Friday

This property was listed on Expedia as having a pool; it no longer has one. The rooms were clean but on the small side, not quite what I was expecting from a Hilton-branded hotel. Hallways were warm and humid, not sure if a/c was out or not. Despite its convenient location I would not stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Unfortunately, we had to evacuate our home due to a hurricane. Emotions ran very high, but the staff here was so magnificent. They made our stay stress-free. Very clean, Staff made us feel like royalty. I will not hesitate to immediately come here if we ever have to evacuate again. Highly highly recommend this hotel. Beds very comfortable And loved having the washer and dryer right here to do our laundry.

We encountered a serious issue with roaches in the bathroom, and the tub was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom floor was filthy, and there was a strong smell of mildew permeating the room. Additionally, the mattress was stained, and there were hairs on the sheets. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable.

Very dirty! 1st room was so damp and the bedding was filthy. Carpet wasnt vacuumed and hasnt been cleaned in who knows when! The whole motel is gross. Front desk receptionist never acknowledged me. No hello or thank you or your welcome. Very minimal interaction. She did change our room since the 1st was so bad. 2nd room smelled much better but the top duvet cover hasnt been washed in a long tjme. Toliet had remnants of fecal matter. She gave me additional sheets and I gave her the top duvets. The carpet is so filthy throughout the whole hotel. We never took our sboes off until qe vot jnto the bed. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Terriable!

TV in room was not working, could not get a local station contacted front desk twice know one ever came to room. The staff told us it was a network issue but we notice in the lobby tv work just fine.We finally was able to get a local station but it was blurry and not clear. Luckily we were able to use our Netflix account. Breakfast was terrible everything was packaged only fresh food was boiled eggs and pastries. No protein, bacon, sausage or even waffles to heat up in a waffle iron . If you wanted a hot breakfast sandwich you could purchase at the front desk. Not a crowd at all for breakfast. Rooms were comparable price to other hotels in the area So I just don’t understand why the below average breakfast for your hotel guest.

Room was clean and nice. Lobby and all was nice and clean. Breakfast had a great variety. The only thing i didnt like was there was no microwave, no coffee maker, no ice bucket, and a very small fridge.

The saff was super friendly and accomodating. The hotel was extremely clean, well decorated, and comfortable. General Maintenance is needed throughout. The first room I was given had a door handle that wouldn't latch. The second room they moved me to was a bit older in terms of the renovations, and had a few small maintenance issues. However, none of them impacted my stay. I still recommend this hotel.

This was a big surprise based on the cost of the room. Room was good size and the bed slept well. However, the furniture was not very nice even though it had been renovated. The breakfast offered was a bagel bar, mostly carbs and nothing good for diabetics. We are accustumed to continential breakfast at most hotels with eggs and meat. People were running up and down the halls during the night making loud noises. This was more like a micotel with a larger room size, but not as nice. Will not go back.

After a 4am checkin and bring exhausted, front desk gave me a room with a broken heater snd hung up in my face when i complained. Said something about the heater not working in his house either. Im only here to sleep for a few hours before a funeral...and he gave zero cares about the room feeling like a refrigerator. Said he could do nothing about it.

The front desk clerk was amazing! The hotel itself was not up to par with a Hilton stay. You can tell it's a cheap hotel with some slapped-on paint. The breakfast is NOT a hot breakfast like most. It's cereal, bagel, apple, and muffins. I personally would not stay again.

The checkin staff was so friendly. The sink was stopped up and the phone was not working at all. We went down for breakfast around 9:15 and had to ask for coffee, waffle mix, hot water, and butter. The person working the kitchen was not friendly at all.

This location is in dire need of a renovation. It looks like the owner has no care in their business. Sheets were dirty. Breakfast was burnt. Even the sausage had caramelized in the burnt oil. Purely disgusting ! Never booking again.
