The employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. On the first morning I woke up to a shower that would not drain in the tub. I went to the desk and they were able to move me to a different room. Both rooms the tubs were in poor condition and the paint or linoleum was chipping away. Other than that I was extremely happy. However, the location is very difficult to access.

The usual Quality Inn - clean, comfortable....breakfast was good. Weird floor angle in lobby. Downside - smokers go out to the pool area and the stench carries into the rooms above them, we were both woken up by the smell in the middle of the night/early morning....if it's staff - they need to be told to move AWAY from the building.

Value of the lodging cost was reasonably good! Location to the local shopping mall, other retail stores and dining options was very good. The only bummer of the property, the ice machine on the floor we were staying on was out of order and appeared to not being fixed. The egress to the hotel had a lot of pot holes and bumps.

The room was extremely small, and very dirty with visible signs that nothing was wiped down. I was exhausted so just wanted to get to sleep, get up, and get out of there the next morning. It's so outdated and dark, which makes it feel even more small and dirty.

The faux chair by the desk was old and the lining was shedding on the floor. The bathtub/shower was dirty and didn't have a bar to help elderly people get in and out. The fan in the bathroom didnt work. There was someone smoking near our room and you could smell it through the vent in the bathroom. We stayed there 4 nights and not once did they clean our room or offer the change the towels. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. I went to the gym to exercise and the air conditioner wasnt working. We would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

I understand you get what you pay for. Paying $120/night, I would expect the garbage under the bed from the previous occupant would get cleaned up. If we weren't so tired from traveling, I'm not sure I would've got much sleep. Room 233 was not up to the "Quality" I would expect.

The hotel was good for the price. The single queen room was tiny but fine for just one person. Breakfast was decent, the usual hotel breakfast goods. Also this is very close to lots of restaurants and a mall so there are plenty of dining and shopping options. My only issue was a strong diesel smell filled my room in the morning. Luckily I was checking out pretty early. I let the front desk know and they said they'd send maintenance to check right away. So not really anything to complain about, just unfortunate and stinky.

The room we stayed in sounded like it was sitting on a motor. It hummed all night. Did not sleep at all. Each time it shut off and on the tv would stop and restart. Also we had a wall mount heating and cooling system. We could not set the room to a comfortable temp so we turned it off,

Outdated property with inconvenient elevator - accessible entrance is down a long hall from the elevator. Entrances close to elevator are not accessible. It is an older hotel but in an area which was convenient for our stay. Check-in took quite a while due to challenges with the guests in line before us (and a slow process) but the clerk was pleasant. The clerk also had to leave to check if rooms were clean and ready for guests. The room was adequate but not superior. The desk chair is one I would expect to have a "free!" sign on it at the curb and there was soap wrapper in the shower from a previous guest. That doesn't inspire confidence in the cleanliness. The breakfast bar was not well-stocked but it was a busy time with only one attendent and I'm sure she was doing her best.

Check in was quick and easy and the employees were friendly. Matt went above and beyond to retrieve some things for us that we had left in the room and was really kind and patient with me when I called to ask him to look for them in our rooms! Thanks for that and for a great stay!

Outside the property there was a very high speed bump not painted and we hit it twice. Also there were unhoused people out side yelling at us as we drove into and out of the parking lot.

Quiet hotel despite being so easily accessible from the freeway. Very clean and neat. Very convenient to the Kaiser Hospital via sidewalks. 6 minute actual walking plus a few minutes wait to cross at the controlled intersection. Many restaurants within easy walking: Starbucks, McMenamins, Baja Fresh, Wing Stop. Cup o' Tea is an amazing tea shop. Nothing Bundt Cakes: Delicious and lovely thank you gifts for hospital caregivers. Easy to bring outside food to hospital patients as their diets allow. I'll stay here again when visiting the hospital. Target store also accessible walking about 15 minutes with controlled intersections. Very friendly team-members at the hotel front desk.

Hotel is dated but updates have been done. Beds very comfortable not firm causing aches and pains. The breakfast bar had a wide selection of hot and cold foods. Staff kept up on the supplies which is a plus.

The location was good, easy access to restaurants, shopping and the freeway. Unfortunately, the hotel smelled like marijuana, and maintenance overall was not great. Peeling bathtub, no trim on exterior of room doors. Breakfast was so so. Lots of bread, pancakes, and waffles, but limited fruit (apples), and nothing like boiled eggs or yougart. There were ALOT of construction trucks in the parking lot and over the weekend the parking lot felt unsafe. Midweek it was fine. We stayed for 6 days and honestly if we had not prepaid and had other family members coming in that also booked there for a memorial nearby we would have gone elsewhere. Staff was nice and always available.

It had a nice lobby and the rooms were ok. It was not very accessible for my elderly parents. You had to walk down a long hallway to get the elevator and then down another long hallway to the rooms. There was only one way in for handicap accessible and in case of emergency the handicap exit was through gravel rocks. One of our two rooms had part of the shower wall covering peeled off and hair in the tub. The breakfast was ok but if items were out close to the closing time they were not replenished. It was ok for the two nights we stayed.

I had a great stay at the Quality Inn! The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and check-in was quick and smooth. My room was clean, comfortable, and with everything I needed.
