I booked for one night; a Friday. Really easy to find and loads of free parking. Reception staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was perfect; very clean with adjustable heating, hair dryer and extra fan. Super comfy bed with no outside noise to be heard at all; even though my room was at the front by the pub next door. I didn't have breakfast but I only had to go next door to the pub if I wanted it. I will be staying again

Proper value for money (£56) for a friday night booking. Free parking, pub attached that gives discount to hotel residents too. But best is that the staff care; if you have an issue the staff will sort it.

It’s an ok place to stay away from main city and fairly easy to get too. Only issue was the pub next door (which does your breakfast) does get rather loud and busy if you’re looking at grabbing an evening snack. There is however a Fish an Chip shop nearby plus a Greggs/Subways and Oriental Restaurant in walking distance. Best restaurant I went to was in the Billing Village (opposite the BP garage/Oriental Restaurant) called Imchai, which is a Thai restaurant and really worth a visit for a bite to eat (opens Tue-Sun until 2100).

Rooms used to belong to Premier Inn so are of the same standard and decoration as Premier Inn. Very friendly reception staff, clean, comfortable rooms. We stayed on a bank holiday Saturday night and despite the hotel being fairly full it was quiet with no disturbances. Food in pub next door very good value for money.

After hideous traffic delays we only arrived at 1.00am, but we were checked in straight away and able to head to our room immediately. This was so welcome after the journey we had endured. The carpet in the room could have done with a vacuum, it was a bit dusty.

Had two great nights sleep, room was cleaned before my second night which I didn’t expect. Nice to stay in a hotel where you can open the windows. Everywhere was spotless and very well maintained. Attached restaurant had great food.

Very dated and the rooms smelt like stale smoke. The bed was creaking and had broken wood sticking out from the bottom of the frame. There were stains on the carpets too. The bathroom was small and the shower leaked onto the floor.

Rooms are tired, need a refurb. No fridge and only one plug socket. Bathrooms are very old. Found a pair of old socks and dirty pair of sliders under the bed. Pub attached had kids running everywhere when FA cup was on. When we popped in after the match with our kids and it wasn’t as busy we were told it was strictly over 18s. Didn’t seem to mind when parents were spending on drinks during the match….

Reasonably priced property with good location. Stayed during summer and the temp. was quite high. There was no air conditioning in the room and could not leave the window open due to mosquito problem with dense bushes and large tree just outside of window. Found 3 large spiders in the room.

Very noisy when guest who was above us was walking around their room. Had to ask twice for soap replenishment in bathroom and 2nd bed was not made up on arrival. This was then rectified on request.

Great find, a beautiful view from the room. Very well appointed room with all necessary facilities including hairdryer and iron. A little warm in the room but a fan was provided, would have liked a thinner bed sheet however as quite hot. Very comfortable and well maintained room Ate in adjoining restaurant, nice food and good prices, nice to have 20% off due to staying at hotel. Only downside was being charged an extra £1 for a small amount of Nann bread to go with my meal and only offering large drinks.

The hotel was great the staff also in the hotel, However breakfast was not so good, i have copd so had just git ready fir breakfast, this can take it out of me, i went to breakfast was greated by the lady on this day 31st July 25, she was polite at first, there was several male guests having breakfast at this time, and a very smal breakfast area, the lady straight away wanted my breakfast order, i asked if i could sit down! The reaction to this from the lady was very negative, she did not have to answer, which she didn't just a gesture with her had to the table, her face said all, like i said i have copd so i was feeling a little light headed, I do think to show someone to a seat/ table would be more appropriate, i was then sat in front of several male guests which made me uncomfortable being a lone lady traveller, i do think a customer service course would be good, Its a shame as i had spoken to my husband the night before on how nice the hotel and restaurant n bar was,

The receptionist was outstanding. She remembered my colleagues names, kept us up to date on who had checked in and plans for dinner, even offered to run up my bags as i needed to collect a colleague from the station.

Lovely staff,efficient check in,room clean. Bathroom floor very slippery for someone on crutches! Dinner... hmm,don't order the burger. It was inedible,tough,thin and tasteless. Husband only took one bite and left the rest. When staff asked how our food was he told them burger was awful- she just shrugged her shoulders and took the plate away. No refund offered. Staff in general however were lovely.

The Hotel park of the Quays was very good. However the Quays Public House & Restaurant was very different. All the Lagers on offer were terrible, I doubt any Cellar Management has taken place for a long time but the same drinks in the Venue at Billing Aqua Dome were excellent

This is a lovely large small hotel with good services. The staff members were responsive and attentive. The attached Carvery had many local people eating there and was excellent value. Hotel guests get a discount as well on what were excellent prices.

Room was perfectly fine for what we needed. Standard Greene King pub attached which was handy, good prices and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok but we had to wait quite a while for hot items to be replenished by the time we arrived (we weren't late), and when it finally did get put out staff were already clearing away hot, cold drinks, toast etc. Experience we had was fine for the price we paid but would recommend you get there early for breakfast!
