Reception cannot be faulted for check-in and check-out. Breakfast in the restaurant standard hotel buffet fare but helpful staff and no problems getting a table. I ordered food in the bar one evening which took a long time to arrive and then the waiter took it to the wrong table - but the food and drink were fine notwithstanding that. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and has a cool lobby bar. I found the front desk staff to be exceptional. Extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is the first city hotel that we have stayed in that wouldn't serve drinks to residents after the bar had closed. Very annoying as we had been to a concert next door and wanted a couple of drinks with our friends after the gig. Maybe something that could be looked into. The bar staff told us the night porter would get us drinks but he flatly refused. Put a bit of a dampner on the evening.

This hotel is ideally located for those wishing to explore Belfast or go on a shopping trip and enjoy entertainment in the city. It seems to be a favourite with younger couples and families There is parking located nearby at £19 a day the staff is very friendly and the bar it’s very pleasant with good food available. I would recommend it.

Arrived on 18/12/22. Our first room was filthy, we got moved to another room which appeared clean but when we went to use the towels, they were very dirty, actually like big oil tracks right across them, we left them down with reception and on our way out. I had emailed the hotel in advance and asked to make, our room, as special as possible as the night was a treat for my sister and we were going to Sarah Millican and it was my treat for her for Christmas. Not even a welcome plate in the room for her which is standard if you ask for special. I said I was really shocked at the level of dirt and not what I expected from the Hilton based on other stays. I was charged full price of £149 for the unenjoyable experience, which was a cheek. However, the actual bed was comfy and I told my sister do not look for anything obvious as I did not want the drive home. Really not sure what went wrong here as previous stays here were always good.

Hotel is very close to St George’s market which is great for Friday - Sunday brunches. Not too far from city center so everything was convenient. Upon arrival we found some hair on carpet and called front desk to send someone. Housekeeping came to hover but hair was still there. We were to give up but since they sent me a WhatsApp message to check on us, I explained the situation and soon they sent the housekeeping supervisor. And they brought slippers! I was impressed by the proactivity. Toilet rolls are very thin and needed to remind them to replace emptied bottle of conditioner so was disappointed, would expect higher standards from Hilton. We watched Euro finals at the no. 4 Bar, ordered a platter shortly after the kickoff and were warned service would be 30 mins. Nothing came after 60 minutes so we chased it up. We saw platters gone to another table twice but were sent back, 10 minutes later it arrived on our table. I asked the waiter if it was the one sent to the wrong table and he assured it’s freshly cooked. Disappointingly the food was cold. We complained so a waitress took the food back. Another waiter (I think his name is Luke) came to understand the situation and followed up for us so 10 mins later we had hot food! We were disappointed with the Bar but Luke was definitely a great asset to your hotel! Overall, staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Recommend to anyone would like to stay in Belfast.

Great staff - from Paul at the front desk, to John’s help with the bags and taxi, to Shiva and the rest of the bar staff, just great all around. The beds were pretty hard, but otherwise the rooms were great too. And very well located.

Have stayed at this hotel with family previously and had no complaints. This time we had a lovely view of the river, the only problem was we shared a door with a family in the next room who were very noisy via an interconnecting door. We could hear them talk, argue and snore at night and fight and argue prior to 7am the next morning. There is little or no insulation in these doors. Staff were friendly in the hotel but made us feel uncomfortable when we stopped in the bar with our 11 and 15year old as it was after 930pm and told us no kids were permitted at this time even though we were residents. The beds in the hotel were rock hard and uncomfortable with one pillow per person so we didnt have a good nites sleep between the ones next door snoring and the early morning wakeup from their arguments. Breakfast while plentiful was not great. The fried food was lukewarm, the scrambled eggs were swimming in liquid and the soda bread could not be cut unless you had a blowtorch. If this was a budget hotel i would expect these issues but this is supposedly the hilton

Great hotel in center of Belfast. Close to everywhere and if you get corner suite like we did . You get nice view of the river . Great breakfast and nice bar. Can't go wrong at all staying here

Tony was wonderful. As manager he was able to fix small and large situations. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respected by his staff, which says a lot. They look up to him. I didn't say anything but the Belfast Hilton mattresses are a big problem for those who keep their weight in check. It isn't noticeable when looking at them but I, at 103 lbs was sleeping in a trench. On the ship, I was able to get the mattress changed as I was sleeping in an uncomfortable long hollowed out area because of too many obese and very overweight people using the mattress before me. It was the same with the Belfast mattress. There was a 5" difference, my hand with spread fingers, between my sleeping trench and the center part of the mattress. The edges become broken down too. Just a suggestion. Tony would have fixed it I know but I just did not want to bother this hard-working guy who'd already changed my room while dealing with 400 visiting priests.

I have stayed in the Hilton Belfast previously and was always lovely and very handy for shopping and restaurants. I arrived late which was fine and room was lovely, we didn’t sleep well due to the train line and trains sounding horn. We went for breakfast but the hot food was actually quite cold. All the grilled fry up options were the same and although they appeared cooked, everything was cold. Previously when I stayed breakfast was lovely, so unsure what happened this time but please go back to keeping the hot food hot, as it was not nice at all. I will also ask for a room to the front of the hotel next time as the train horns were constant Please do what you did before Hilton Belfast. Thanks

The staff here deserve a 10 out of 5! I had a very early arrival into Belfast and Tony was able to get me a room ahead of the normal check-in time. He said I looked like I needed some rest, and I did, but I had another problem; I got food poisoning on my flight from Philadelphia to Dublin. I was in my room for about 45 of the next 48 hours. If not for the early check-in, I would have been (pardon the pun!) SOL. There were two things I didn’t like about the room; one side of the bed felt like the springs were sagging and the bathroom sink had a slow drain. I let someone know about the sink on my way out so I’m sure it will be taking care of. As far as things to do, the hotel is a short walk to Belfast City Hall, which is definitely worth a tour. The Titanic museum is an easy walk and a fascinating experience. The pubs and shops are an easy walk as well. The location feels safe and well lit, with a coffee shop a block away. Be warned, all of the nearby shops (Subway, 2 coffee shops, a pharmacy) close around 6:30 or 7:00. Room service is ok, nothing to write home about, but it’s good if you don’t feel like walking anywhere. Overall, a wonderful experience when visiting Belfast.

Stayed for business. Single traveller was disappointed to be put next to a room with an interconnecting door which had a family of four next door. I knew there were four of them because I could hear them all all night! I complained on multiple occasions to the Desk who said they would send somebody up but the noise continued throughout the night. At 6 am there alarm went off for a minute And continue to go off every 15 minutes. Again I called the Desk and nothing happened the alarm continue to go off for the next hour every 15 minutes. I banged on the interconnecting door. Disappointed, I’m not getting a good nights sleep. The hotel is beautiful and The food was excellent and the stuff were awful very helpful and courteous however they did not resolve my issue and I was disappointed. Was given a free breakfast but If I had wanted cheap accommodation, I would have stayed at a cheap hotel. This was not the service I would expect from the Hilton.

I complained on multiple occasions to the Desk who said they would send somebody up but the noise continued throughout the night. At 6 am there alarm went off for a minute And continue to go off every 15 minutes. Again I called the Desk and nothing happened the alarm continue to go off for the next hour every 15 minutes. I banged on the interconnecting door. Disappointed, I’m not getting a good nights sleep. The hotel is beautiful and The food was excellent and the stuff were awful very helpful and courteous however they did not resolve my issue and I was disappointed. Was given a free breakfast but If I had wanted cheap accommodation, I would have stayed at a cheap hotel. This was not the service I would expect from the Hilton.

I ordered food in the bar one evening which took a long time to arrive and then the waiter took it to the wrong table - but the food and drink were fine notwithstanding that. I'd stay here again.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks especially to Paul who greeted us when we arrived very early, stored our baggage and gave us map and overview of the city. He was very welcoming to us and our children, a great ambassador for the hotel and city.

We arrived early and we’re told to come back at 3pm as the room wasn’t ready. This was fair enough as check in time was 3pm. However when we came back at 3pm the room still wasn’t ready - we were told that housekeeping were in the room and it would be ready very soon. After waiting an hour and a half watching other people check in and go to their rooms, we were told the room was nearly ready and we were offered an apology and a complementary drink. One of the drinks arrived in a cracked glass and had to be returned. When we were eventually shown to our room it had a small double bed and a child bed. We had booked a room for 3 adults. The housekeeping supervisor got the room changed to a more suitable room. All this hold up ate into our time. We were 3 friends who meet up occasionally for a weekend away together. Lovely overnight stay during Bank Holiday weekend. We had a room on the 9th floor which gave us a beautiful river view. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, we have stayed in many other Belfast hotels and the Hilton’s breakfast is by far the best. Good variety to choose from. Photos are only from my breakfast, my hubby had a full cooked breakfast with freshly poached eggs.

The property was v nice. Staff in breakfast bar amazing. Staff member that checked us in told me he upgraded my room. Also told my friend the same however the room was exactly what we paid & paid well for. Bar was inadequately stocked, poor selection of drinks. A bit disappointing overall.

Hotel is very close to St George’s market which is great for Friday - Sunday brunches. Not too far from city center so everything was convenient. Upon arrival we found some hair on carpet and called front desk to send someone. Housekeeping came to hover but hair was still there. We were to give up but since they sent me a WhatsApp message to check on us, I explained the situation and soon they sent the housekeeping supervisor. And they brought slippers! I was impressed by the proactivity. Toilet rolls are very thin and needed to remind them to replace emptied bottle of conditioner so was disappointed, would expect higher standards from Hilton. We watched Euro finals at the no. 4 Bar, ordered a platter shortly after the kickoff and were warned service would be 30 mins. Nothing came after 60 minutes so we chased it up. We saw platters gone to another table twice but were sent back, 10 minutes later it arrived on our table. I asked the waiter if it was the one sent to the wrong table and he assured it’s freshly cooked. Disappointingly the food was cold. We complained so a waitress took the food back. Another waiter (I think his name is Luke) came to understand the situation and followed up for us so 10 mins later we had hot food! We were disappointed with the Bar but Luke was definitely a great asset to your hotel! Overall, staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Recommend to anyone would like to stay in Belfast.

I have stayed in the Hilton Belfast previously and was always lovely and very handy for shopping and restaurants. I arrived late which was fine and room was lovely, we didn’t sleep well due to the train line and trains sounding horn. We went for breakfast but the hot food was actually quite cold. All the grilled fry up options were the same and although they appeared cooked, everything was cold. Previously when I stayed breakfast was lovely, so unsure what happened this time but please go back to keeping the hot food hot, as it was not nice at all. I will also ask for a room to the front of the hotel next time as the train horns were constant Please do what you did before Hilton Belfast. Thanks

Nice hotel. Great location. A/C in room pretty ineffective. To be fair, once we realised this it was too late to change room so we didn't give the hotel opportunity to resolve. Very disappointed we were unable to watch the world cup semi final in the lounge bar as a family due to strict licensing laws. A little research showed there are ways to accommodate this when food is being served (as it was). Not exactly a family hotel from that aspect. Strongly suggest the management consider this.
