Premier Inn Dublin City North Docklands

The hotel is OK but the surrounding area is not good. This is a food desert. Guests have to walk 20 minutes to find food. The hotel has a full bar an kitchen that they could use to offer food for their guests, they could make a lot of money of it. But they prefer to leave their guests hanging.

The breakfast was very good and the onsite bar was nice. Very spacious and comfortable beds.

Limited parking

I understand parking at a fee. But don’t show in your profile that you have on site parking. 6 bays only seriously!! And then to top it off you added £5 per day for a decent WiFi. The free WiFi was worthless

The breakfast buffet was a great value. Nice hotel but parking in the mall/arena parking lot is expensive

The restaurant did not have good food and the lobby was messy and dirty but the decorations were nice.

Sehr schönes und bequemes Hotel mit super leckerem Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es ist schade, dass für Spätankommer kein Essen/Snack angeboten wird.

Clean room, quiet location

I recently stayed here for the Hyrox event, and while the location was very convenientwith lots of other competitors staying nearby, the experience wasn’t as good as I’d hoped. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong smell of weed around the hotel, which wasn’t a great first impression. The bed itself was comfortable, but the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. There were crumbs on the chair and carpet, which made the space feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before we checked in. Breakfast was another disappointment. With so many Hyrox competitors staying in the hotel, you’d expect some basic athlete-friendly options, but there was no porridge available at all. Overall, it was an okay stay purely for the convenience of being close to the event, but the hotel needs to improve cleanliness and breakfast options to make it good value for money.

Hotel was clean and tidy. It's a premier inn so you know what you are getting. Breakfast was good as usual. For Dublin it was reasonably priced as I booked it 6 months in advance. There’s nothing in the direct area around the hotel to do or see and is, during a weekend very quiet but not a long walk from the Luas ( metro) from where you can get to anywhere in Dublin. For me it was just somewhere that I knew world be a decent hotel for a weekend watching rugby in Dublin

Very disappointing stay. Upon arrival, the room was dirty: the sink was clogged, soap dispensers were empty, no hairdryer, and incomplete towels. The phone in the room didn’t work, so it was impossible to contact the reception. After reporting the issues both to the front desk and to the travel agency, the room was cleaned the next day — but only superficially. The floor and bathroom were still dirty, towels weren’t replaced, and soap wasn’t refilled. Unprofessional and unfriendly service. I won’t return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had to ask the room be cleaned. But after asking it was not. Was disappointed.

La limpieza de la habitación no se hizo, a pesar de la solicitud expresa que se hizo dos veces. No hubo cambio de sábanas.

La chambre bien que faite ne comportait qu’une serviette alors que nous étions 3. La vitre était sale ainsi que le rideau et la porte de la salle de bain. Le personnel d’accueil fut fort sympathique en prenant note des remarques sur la saleté de la chambre, rien ne fut fait sur les 2 jours de notre séjour.

Rommet var varmt og godt jeg er frysepinne. Senga var super deilig. Det var godt plass på rommet. Wifi var den dårligste jeg noensinne har hatt. Ikke interessert i å kjøpe raskere linje det er ett hotell og likhet for alle. Så menyen i dag tidlig for første gang og skulle spise da var det stengt kl 1515. Menyen var super fristende. Spiste ikke frokost men så en liste med mat dem hadde. Butikk 1 minutt fra som var åpen til langt på kvelden. Bra utvalg i baren. Maskin med snop og brus og og slikt. Dem ansatte var super hyggelige. En god del helloween styr der som bråka og skreik ikke min favoritt. Totalt sett fornøyd med hotell valget. Minus wifi den ødela mye for meg.

Roligt område, gå-afstand til byen, museer, spisesteder og supermarked. Ok stort standard værelse. Var tilfreds med opholdet og vil helt sikkert bruge det hotel igen.

Overall a clean and tidy place. Check-in was smooth. Staffs were helpfull. Breakfast was so so, coffee was good. Free internet's speed was quite poor.

The staff at the breakfast service was fantastic! From the ladies seating and clearing the tables to the cook in the kitchen, all pleasant, hard working and helpful. The staff at the recption desk were helpful and quick to have our room ready and answer any questions we had. Only issue we had was when we reported an issue with a slow shower drain. It took us reporting it twice, two days of quick 1/2 showers before the shower flooded into the room. Not ideal, but after the 2nd report it was fixed. The room was very quiet. Little to no hallway noise came in. Even noise from the adjoining room was minimal. The hotel, room and grounds were very clean and tidy. Close to city transportation that gets you into the center of town within 15 minutes. Only down sides and reason for lower stars, there is very little around the hotel in the way of restaurants and a bit of construction happening. The room itself seemed to have a humidity problem, the sheets on the sides of the bed were damp on the last day we stayed there. Even though the room was supposed to have fresh air circulating we noticed a damp mustyness and stuffiness on day 3 of 4. We didn’t report it as we were leaving the next day and didn't want a repeat of the drain issue. I think if we were only to stay one or two days this peoperty would have been ideal with the easy access to the downtown core and all the tourist stuff. Was really impressed by the quiet in the rooms as well.

La noche del sábado nos pusieron la habitación de al lado de una excursión de adolescentes que no pararon de llamar a nuestra puerta, de hacer ruido y beber por todo el pasillo de nuestra habitación. La noche del domingo sonó la alarma de incendios dos veces durante la noche, a las 3 y a las 7 AM. Cuando intentamos descansar y dormir por la tarde, volvió a sonar. Todo por un error del hotel, no había pasado NADA. Descansamos fatal en nuestra estancia y al personal le dio exactamente igual. Si hay un inconveniente no os devolverán el importe ni serán simpáticos, ni tendrán un detalle. No volveré.

Rien à dire sur l'hôtel que nous avons trouvé super quant au confort, à la propreté , à la qualité de son restaurant et des petits déjeuners. Un seul bémol avec une jeune femme à l'accueil, franchement désagréable qui nous a à peine renseignés, sans doute un emploi seulement alimentaire pour elle !!! Pour le reste, parfait .

Atendimento ruim, sempre tem fila na recepção. você precisa pedir limpeza todos os dias e mesmo solicitando as vezes não acontece. A internet é pessima. Café da manha lotado com comida ruim

Ridiculous! I asked foar a wake up call 1st night to get to an early prepaid tour. Received no call. I had prepaid for a cab too which I missed. Night 2 I was assured they would be making the wakeup call. I couldnt sleep because I knew they weren't going to and I would have missed my flight. I then packed by luggage and went to the elevator. 3 elevators only.1 working and that was locked on the ground floor. I pressed the assistance button and it was not answered. I had to carry my luggage down 5 flights of stairs. I'm 72, and have bad knees, to the extent I paid for airport assistance. Also wasn't aware they did not clean rooms daily.

Check in staff was not helpful and there was no information offered at all. There was a conveniently located tram stop and it would have been helpful to know of it as a transportation option. I asked about taxis and was given some help there, but had the staff offered some information about other types of available transport it would have helped. the vibe was more - "don't talk to me, don't ask me anything." I got the impression that they were tired and did not want to answer questions.

The breakfast wasn’t free, but was very reasonably priced. We were please with the location as we were in town for an event at 3arena.

Excellent stay- a bit far from The action of Dublin City centre but ok if you catch a bus etc in and out each time- but as for the actual hotel- can’t fault it! Would stay again for sure!

This is definitely a no frills hotel , suited for budget conscious bookers . the location is ideal for airport access through tunnel , there is a grocery store nearby and everything is relatively walkable or public transportation accessible. The hotel tends to book full and the place gets busy .

There were not shops immediately by the property. But there were some about five minutes away.

Clean room, property is newer than other premier inn, staff is friendly and available unlike the one in Glasgow, location is not convenient, not walkable.

Godt hotel med venlig personale. Er et stykket fra byen, men der er tram et par hundred meter fra hotellet, som køre mange gange dagligt. Super nemt. 200 meter den anden retning er der et stoppe sted til dublin express, som køre til lufthavnen. Så alt i alt meget bevemt.

El hotel es funcional, cómodo a unos 30 minutos andando del centro o 10 minutos en autobús. El personal muy amable.

Chambre parfaite en tout point, calme, lit confortable, on reviens d’un séjour de 4 jours et 3 nuits assez intense, mais on a bien dormi, alors on est pas trop fatigué. Le petit déjeuné varié, option lait végétal très apprécié. Mais indications pas clair, deux menu, l’un à 11€ et l’autre à 13€, pourquoi ? Un matin j’ai payé 11€ et l’autre 13, pour la même chose, un peu déçu.

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, obwohl außerhalb des Stadtkerns gelegen. Sauberkeit gut, jedoch war es nicht möglich, für zwei Personen auch zwei Decken zu erhalten. Frühstück war lecker, aber täglich gleich und mit weniger Auswahl als erwartet. Das Personal war jedoch überwiegend höflich und zuvorkommend.

Posizione molto comoda anche se decentrata Veloce per arrivare in aeroporto, zona uffici tranquilla anche la sera Venti minuti in più a piedi per raggiungere il centro ma fuori dal caos Personale un po’ in difficoltà con tanta gente Molte stanze rispetto alla capacità ricettiva della struttura Colazione standard ma a volte congestionata e quindi poco qualitativa nel servizio

Poor breakfast ( no cheeses, vegetables or cold cuts) . Extra bed in room not ordered took up space. Nevertheless room perfectly clean. Nice to leave luggage attended before flight. One star to much .
