Wir waren zwei Nächte in dem Hotel. Die Lage ist gut und man kann die Stadt auch gut zu Fuß (2,6 km) erreichen. Das Parken ist für 18,00 € am Tag auf der Straße bzw. Seitenstraße möglich. Das Hotel selbst verfügt über insgesamt 10 eigene Parkplätze, die nicht reserviert werden können und somit uns nicht zur Verfügung standen. Sie waren zudem nicht preiswerter als die öffentlichen Parkplätze. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sind absolut renovierungsbedürftig. Dies gilt besonders für das Badezimmer. Es gab zwar eine Küchenzeilte und einen Esstisch, aber keinerlei Besteck oder Geschirr. Leider war unser Zimmer auch nicht besonders sauber. Absolut keine 4-Sterne wert.

Bonjour Deja j'arrive a l'accueil, une dame se plaint de ne pas avoir de serviettes et d'oreillers dans sa chambre. Ça commence bien. Je me présente pour le check-in mais on ne me trouve pas.. Le monsieur a l'accueil dit être srul pour tout gérer.. personne pour l'aider.. Il est dit que y a un parking, mais il est plein. Et pour trouver un endroit se garer autour, c'est tout une autre histoire. La chambre que j'ai pris fait un peu vieillot, le seul pount positif, c'est que y avais un balcon.

This hotel is far way to expensive for what you get. Breakfast was at the limit to eat and there was partly a lot of noice of repair work in the building. The garden was not ready and it seems to be a renovation going on in the hotel. WIFI is at a very low speed even if I booked a business room. I think they shall tell clients this before they book. The staff was friendly but this hotel to this price, sorry wait to book before it is renovated.

La posizione si è rivelata strategica e incredibilmente comoda. L'hotel è situato a pochi minuti a piedi dalle principali istituzioni europee e dalla metropolitana. Inoltre vi è un collegamento diretto con l'aeroporto tramite un autobus che ferma nelle vicinanze. La zona circostante offre una varietà di locali, ristoranti e supermercati facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La camera era spaziosa, con un angolo cottura e un'area con tavolo per i pasti. Il personale dell'hotel era eccezionalmente gentile e disponibile. Siamo arrivati 40 minuti prima dell'orario di check-in, ma la camera era già pronta per il nostro arrivo. Inoltre, anche dopo il check-out, ci hanno permesso di utilizzare la lobby come luogo di appoggio prima della partenza per l'aeroporto. Sebbene la struttura non sia particolarmente moderna, ho notato che stanno attualmente apportando miglioramenti, come nel caso della palestra che era infatti chiusa per rinnovamento. Nous avons prit deux nuits dans cette hôtel. Les portes de l’ascenseur se sont ouvertes à 2 cm de l’arrivée à l’étage … Nous avons visité la chambre (qui soit dit en passant était très grande : cuisine, chambre, table pour manger et salle de bain), une fois arrivée dans la salle de bain, la baignoire était très sale car le robinet fuyait. Nous étions au 6ieme étage, malgré cela nous entendions tout ce qu’il se passait dans la rue. Les femmes de ménage sont venus toquer 2 fois à la porte (9h et 10h) pour rentrer nettoyer la chambre alors que nous devions libérer la chambre à 11h.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my young daughter. The room was very very comfortable and spacious. We looked forward to coming back to it after a long day of sightseeing! Loved the Nuxe toiletries, nice touch. Excellent location if you are visiting Brussels as a tourist, Schuman metro stop just a couple of minutes walk away. I would say this has been one of my most comfortable stays.

One of the largest hotel rooms you will find in Brussels. Great location. But as already said many times by others here, the rooms, furniture etc is desperate for a refurbishment. Considering lowering the price per night or please renovate in order to justify the high cost of staying here.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my young daughter. The room was very very comfortable and spacious. We looked forward to coming back to it after a long day of sightseeing! Excellent staff, they do need a better location, truly fabulous staff but not the hotel. That location is rundown. We left in middle of the night of first night of stay. Horrible. But again folks need to realize the staff at checkin both the lady and the gentleman they were beyond nice, smart, accommodating, helpful, professional etc.

Apartment hotel. Close to EU office and at a better price than others nearby. If you’re only looking for a base, somewhere near EU office and to explore the city then this is fine. Metro and bus stop nearby. Pub and some restaurants close by. Otherwise the area is quiet and not many tourists around.

Rien à dire sur le personnel et la cuambre etait grande et impeccable, mais c'était cher pour les services offerts. Pas de service aux chambres, pas de nourriture dans les machines distributrice, et le petit-dejeuner est dispendieux. De plus, il est désagréable de se promener dans les alentours. Des déchets partout et que des batiments abandonnés. Je n'étais pas à l'aise la nuit.
