Alles redelijk ok. Extreem dure shuttle naar luchthaven wel.

Hotel is fine. Lack of communication Meant I didn’t know the shuttle had stopped by the time I arrived at the airport at 10 PM. 50min walk and taxis wouldn’t take me without overpaying in cash due to the short trip. Finally found there was a bus which worked. Shuttle also costs €10. A simple email explaining the shuttle would have saved me a lot of stress late at night.

A good hotel for an early morning flight. Easy check in, dinner at restaurant was nice, staff were friendly… They provide a shuttle bus to the airport, which costs £20 per person. I do think this should be complimentary… you’re already paying for the room and there really isn’t another option for getting to the airport as it’s not exactly walkable.

From the airport transfer which was particularly difficult after landing to the superb reception staff service this was a lovely one night stay close to Charleroi airport. It may be basic but rooms are clean and warm , beds are comfy and the pillows outstanding , leading to a fabulous nights sleep. We didn’t do breakfast however the restaurant and bar looked lovely. Little seating areas around reception . Everywhere looked very clean and well kept. Would stay again if using this airport. I would stay the receptionist who welcomed us and checked us out in the morning couldn’t have done more and is well informed , helped with onward travel advise. Bus stop right outside the hotel for easy transport to rail or Brussels Centre

Vriendelijk personeel en goede kamer, met een toeslag van 40€ wordt je naar de luchthaven gebracht en bij aankomst terug naar het hotel gevoerd waar je de tijd van uw reis uw wagen geparkeerd mag laten staan. Perfecte service

Very nice recently renovated hotel. Unfortunately hotel not able to offer shuttle service on arrival, walking directions not accessible from airport so had to wait for local bus - easy & only €6pp.

Half the rooms don’t have doors on because they are, I guess being refurbished. The lift was out of service this morning so had to take the stairs up and down. I had a meal in the hotel. They sat me on a table where they keep the wine glasses however the lasagna was lovely! Close to the airport but not easy to get to. Bed was comfortable

Accueil sympathique et professionnel. Restaurant avec un très bon rapport qualité prix, belle carte avec des bons produits. Mon préféré, le steak tartare. Bar très agréable avec un choix de bière à déguster. Navette avec l’Aéroport

Clean, nice, and friendly staff. Everything you need for a stay over at the airport. Great restaurant too. The shuttle wasn’t running when I arrived in the afternoon so had to use a cab (€20). Shuttle was running the next morning.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel la notte prima del volo di ritorno. Le condizioni della camera (l’unica cosa che ho visto) non sono assolutamente da 4 stelle, la camera con la moquette era invasa dagli acari della polvere, tant’è che sto ancora male, il bagno è minuscolo in 2 davvero non ci si stava. C’era un bollitore ma non una macchina per il caffè. Posso accettare tutto ma non che mi venga l’asma a causa della scarsa pulizia.

Very convenient for Charleroi airport and the shuttle service to/from the hotel is excellent. Rooms are clean & a good size and the breakfast sufficient

Chambre propre, personnel aimable, en particulier femmes de chambre et personnel de la cafétéria et du restaurant. Tout parfait. Remarque confidentielle : tout parfait excepté la présence de moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain chambre 214 + état du robinet lavabo au niveau de l’écoulement : grosse couche de calcaire visible + stalagmites de crasse noire ou de moisissure noire (pas réussi à distinguer).

We had a great stay here - staff were fantastic and so helpful, place was spotless, bed really comfy, shower incredible and room had everything we needed. Could not fault a thing… and I’m fussy!!

Da vi kom til hotellet, var rengøringspersonalet i gang med at spraye et eller andet fra en dåse, der lugtede helt forfærdeligt. De havde lige sprayet over det hele, og vi kunne se, at de også lige havde været i elevatoren. Lugten var virkelig kraftig og hang stadig i luften, da vi skulle tage elevatoren op til vores værelse. Hele stedet lugtede bare af det der, de havde sprayet med. Vores værelse var fint nok og rent, men der lugtede virkelig af kloak derinde. Vi blev nødt til at åbne vinduet og lade både bruseren og hanen på badeværelset løbe lidt for at få lugten væk. Og så kunne vi heller ikke justere airconditionen med controlleren, så det var også ret varmt på værelset. Morgenmaden, ja, det var godt nok ikke noget at skrive hjem om – faktisk var der slet ikke noget, da vi kom ned til morgenbuffeten. Vi endte bare med at sidde og vente på, at der blev fyldt op, men når der endelig kom noget nyt, forsvandt det hurtigt igen, fordi der var flere andre gæster, der også stod og ventede. Bare lige for at nævne det, så kom vi altså 1,5 time før morgenmadsbuffeten lukkede, og der burde stadig have været nok mad på det tidspunkt. Og som prikken over i’et var der selvfølgelig en håndværker i gang med en borhammer lige uden for morgenmadsbuffeten, så det var virkelig en elendig oplevelse.

Location to the Airport is nice. The young lady who did our check in was very helpful and kind. The room was a business suite. The water pressure in the bathroom was poor and there was mold throughout the room. Poor airflow is part of the problem. Pillows were above average, but overall cleanliness left us probably not choosing this hotel again.

Convenient location for airport - only stayed here as we had a very early flight out of Charleroi Airport. Room basic but clean. Mattress seemed a bit cheap and not very comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was good and on time. Staff very friendly.

Spacious ensuite bedroom for family. Nice range of breakfast.options. Good value for money. Easy access from main motorway.

Bathroom has no lock and also the room ventilation was not so good. The room also lacks proper lightings. Also asked me a safe deposit of 150EUR that I felt not so normal.

Proper hotel, nette kamers enkel te weinig geluidsisolatie waardoor je veel geluiden hoort van andere kamers. Het is ook warm op de kamer waardoor je kan slapen zonder dekens

I feel like the photos made the hotel look nicer than it was. The hotel could do with some uplift. Breakfast was average, beds tiny as was the rooms.

Great hotel near the airport without being able to hear any aircraft. Friendly staff and our room was in the newer building. Excellent air con.

3rd time staying here. First 2 times were great. This time our bathroom didn’t have a door.

De temperatuur in de kamer was geprogrammeerd op 28 graden Celsius. Veel te warm.

La habitación estaba limpia ,el chico de recepcion muy amable ,en cambio el chico que debe ser el segurata de el hotel vino a despertarnos dando puñetazos en la puerta y de manera muy agresiva gritandonos que ya nos esta esperando el taxi y que no tiene todo el dia para nosotros, ibamos con una niña pequeña que quedo muy asustada.Nos amargo el dia ,no vuelvo a este hotel y porsupuesto que no lo recomiendo.

de receptie is koel en onpersoonlijk, weinig tot geen interactie met de gast tijdens check-in en check-out. de kamer is goed, netjes en volledig. Het ontbijt is in een ongezellige ruimte, er waren om 8u al geen eieren meer, er is geen personeel en als er al iemand uit het keukentje komt, kunnen/willen ze niet helpen (en spreken ze geen frans of engels). Voor een zakenovernachting net voldoende

Hotel itself was fine. CRL Airport has been designed that you cannot easily walk out. If you want to walk expect a 50 min detour. Local bus runs every 30 min at EUR 6 per person. Alternatively hotel shuttle at EUR 10 per person. THIS MUST BE PRE-BOOKED.

Great for an overnight stay if you have an early flight. Very quiet and nothing to do around, but convenient for a nice rest.

Cannot walk from airport.

Pokoj byl pěkný a uklizený. Zaměstnanci uměli velmi dobře anglicky a byli vstřícní. Jediná nevýhoda je poloha hotelu, jelikož se nachází poměrně daleko od obchodů či restaurací.

Okej hotell nära flygplatsen som passade litt behov för 1 natt. Ligger i ett industriområde typ. Rummet var nyrenoverat och fräscht. Pågick renovering i korridorer för fullt. Frukostutbudet sådär

Hotel decepcionante. Muy lejos situado de todo. Mala atención. No recomendable.

Correct pour passer une nuit avant de prendre le vol à Charleroi ou après un vol tardif. Le petit déjeune est cher pour le choix réduit. 18€ Hôtel plus ancien rafraichit dernièrement. .

Very nice hotel. We arrived in the evening, as was glad to see that there was a small restaurant at the place. The god was very good there! Nice breakfast with freesh orangejuice and pancakes.

Hotel in Flughafennähe mit Shuttle- Service (10,00€). Modernes Zimmer mit Kaffee, Tee, Wasserkocher, Wasserflasche, Safe, Föhn, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, TV. Bad mit toller Dusche. Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Frühstück war sehr gut. Leider war ständig ein Geräusch zu hören, das ich als störend empfunden habe.Sonst war alles Bestens.

En soi nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce Ibis. Confortable, propre, le personnel était vraiment très agréable nous le recommandons donc en ce sens sans hésiter. Cela dit, le petit déjeuner, à ce prix là, ne correspond pas du tout. Le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas. C’est mon seul regret !

Mit dem Zimmer war alles in Ordnung. Die Auswahl im Restaurant war etwas gering und zu teuer.

Strategic position. Room clean and comfortable as expected from this kind of hotel. Restaurant with higher quality than expected. Personnel very professional, kind and well skilled.
