Idéal avant de pendre l\'avion à l\'aéroport de Charleroi, cependant l\'entretien des chambres est aléatoires des petits détails montrent qu\'il n\'est pas aussi bien fait que cela. Le personnel devrait s\'acheter des sourires (où ils ont porté trop longtemps un masque et maintenant ils ne savent plus comment faire), et répondre aussi au "bonjour, bonsoir" qu\'on leur adresse. Petit déjeuné varié mais pas de lait végétal. Tout le monde ne boit pas de soja. Je l\'avais signalé lors de notre 1er nuit. A notre retour j\'espérais trouver du lait d\'amande ou d\'avoine mais non. La salle de restauration n\'est pas un espace co-working, je comprends que beaucoup de personnes séjournent dans cet hôtel lors de leur déplacement professionnel, mais ils pourraient s\'abstenir de mettre le haut-parleur par respect pour les autres personnes. Concernant les bornes de recharges 3 bornes sur 6 étaient cassées (aussi bien lors de notre 1er séjour, qu\'au second).Quand 3 voitures chargent et que sur 2 places se trouvent des voitures thermique c\'est génant !

Always come back here when on business in Belgium. It’s a 5 minute drive from Charleroi Airport which is South Brussels. The team here are always friendly and helpful and the restaurant is always busy and offers great food and drinks. It seems to be a popular spot for local residents too which says a lot about the quality of eatery. Rooms are generous size and parking on site is easy. We often use it as base too when heading back to the airport to catch a flight as you can wander in and have a cup of tea whilst catching up on some work. Will 100% use this hotel every time we are back in Belgium in this area.

Schönes Hotel mit Mangel an Sauberkeit. Es waren leider extrem viele Haare von anderen Personen zu finden. Im Bad in der Dusche, unter dem Waschtisch und im Toilettenbereich. Es scheint, als würde hier nicht gesaugt werden, auch nicht nach wiederholtem Wunsch nach einer Zimmerreinigung.

Air conditioning didn’t work had to move around after several people try to fix it by the time it was 8:30 PM no offer to help me although the room they gave me was close by there were things in that room that were left over from the people that were before me, I did not receive a fresh towel for three days, even though my light was on

Ero stato bene in questo hotel in precedenza, ma questa volta ho avuto problemi. Il lavandino del bagno perdeva acqua direttamente sul pavimento. La stanza era poco insonorizzata e ho dovuto chiamare la reception perché nella camera a fianco mettevano musica fin dopo mezzanotte. Non mi è stato offerto nessun indennizzo.

The room was excellent and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The bon bons and bottled water and sparkling water were very much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the hotel staff was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

merci à Mohamed pour son excellent accueil comme toujours, le bar et restaurant le soir très bien, par contre, côté chambre balcon rempli de mégots et malgré ma demande rien n'a été nettoyé et grosse deception au restaurant le midi, je commande une viande maturée 'Valk Butcher 'et finalement il n'y en a pas,on m'en fait choisir une autre, 10 euros plus cher, je demande un geste au responsable du restaurant Luc pour faire au meme prix que celle initialement choisie et validé par le serveur, un NON sec, aucun geste commercial, pourtant nous étions 5 à table et nous avons encore laissé une tres belle addition et je suis une cliente fidele depuis plusieurs annees, la prochaine fois j'inviterai mes clients ailleurs le midi !

Hotel claims to have shuttle to and from the airport. They don't, they use a ver bad taxi company. I called the hotel to pick us up at 11:15 pm and didn't show up until 12:35 am. They refused to reimburse me if I took another taxi. So, to apace us, they gave breakfast, which we normally don't eat. No discounts for the room nor return to airport. I would not recommend them.

Staff was very friendly. My daughter accidentally left her airpods and didnt realize til we were at the airport. She emailed the facility, they found them and offered to hold them and provided a delivery service where she was able to have them arranged to mail back to the states. It was very much appreciated!

It was a disastrous booking.. checked in ok.. staff friendly. Room was ok.. nothing special. Dinner was disgraceful., the manager placed us at the table but didn’t have the courtesy to tell us that there was a problem in the kitchen. We waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes for 2 courses.. the tapas starter was good but my main course was atrocious.. my tuna was badly cooked, no flavour and a sauce that was hot at one side and cold on the other… obviously it was microwaved.. my partners Cod was tasteless.. I complained in a friendly manner but no gesture was made.. I stay in hotels approximately 100 nights per year.. it’s very rare that I have service as bad as this.. and to make matters worse the next morning I took what I thought was a hotel courtesy bus to the airport.. it was a taxi with a fixed price of 25€ for a 6 minute ride.. this is an absolute ripoff.. this visit is best forgotten.. thankfully there are other options

Dinner was disgraceful., the manager placed us at the table but didn’t have the courtesy to tell us that there was a problem in the kitchen. We waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes for 2 courses.. the tapas starter was good but my main course was atrocious.. my tuna was badly cooked, no flavour and a sauce that was hot at one side and cold on the other… obviously it was microwaved.. my partners Cod was tasteless.. I complained in a friendly manner but no gesture was made.. Superb location for Charleroi airport, 5 minute car ride. Here on business and it was a nice stay. Clean big rooms, friendly staff and high level cuisine in the restaurant. I even came back in the same week as needed to stop one more night near airport. Highly reccomended and my go to Charleroi Airport stop over.

Nuit horrible. Bruit de l'autoroute + Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre à cause de la TV de la chambre voisine. Finition sommaire, trace d'enduit dans les WC et papier peint mal coupé... Service de Taxi, un peu une arnaque, on nous fait payer 2 taxis car on est plus de 4, mais qu'un seul véhicule entassé dans le coffre, autant nous mettre 2 vrais taxi dans ce cas...

Always come back here when on business in Belgium. It’s a 5 minute drive from Charleroi Airport which is South Brussels. The team here are always friendly and helpful and the restaurant is always busy and offers great food and drinks. It seems to be a popular spot for local residents too which says a lot about the quality of eatery. Rooms are generous size and parking on site is easy. We often use it as base too when heading back to the airport to catch a flight as you can wander in and have a cup of tea whilst catching up on some work. Will 100% use this hotel every time we are back in Belgium in this area.

O hotel está super bem localizado, bem próximo ao aeroporto Charleroi. Conta com posto de gasolina bem próximo e portanto vc pode abastecer seu carro alí antes de devolver à locadora. Não gostei de a recepção cobrar 6 euros por dia pois já havia pago na hoteis.com quando fiz a reserva! Tem um supermercado enorme bem ao lado do hotel o que foi divertido comprar vinho e coisas gostosas para um pic-nic no nosso quarto ( que tinha uma mesa com 2 cadeiras super confortáveis). O quarto é bem confortável, bem como o banheiro com chuveiro ( sem banheira!!) o que acho o máximo! Café da manhã muito bom.

Bien mais pas non plus une expérience incroyable. Restaurant très bruyant avec de la musique forte (au final j'ai fini par abandonner!) Sur la chambre cétait propre, mais me donner une chambre mansardée alors que je mesure presque 1,90m... J'ai passé ma soirée plié et à me cogner dans les meubles. Pour un hôtel près de l'aéroport de Charleroi, oubliez le petit déjeuner si vous devez être à l'aéroport avant 7h00.

La chambre PMR est très éloignée de l'entrée principale sachant qu'une personne PMR a des difficultés de déplacement ! Très très bruyant dans la nuit du 24 au 25/05, conversations très bruyantes jusqu'à 4h du matin. Porte de la salle de bain impossible à fermer, car bloque sur le carrelage (signalé à l'accueil). Le parking ne possède qu'une seule place PMR bien signalée à côté du rechargement des Tesla donc éloigné de l'accueil. Il semblerait que devant l'entrée principale 3 places devaient exciter quelques restes de peinture apparaissent encore ! pourquoi ne sont-elles pas conformes ? Petit-déjeuner moins fournit qu'il y a 2 ans !

We'll start with the highs: Probably the best shower I've had. Took a little while to warm up, but had really good pressure and felt really nice. You could use both the shower and the handheld shower at the same time. The is no grips on the floor of the shower so it becomes slippy with soap. If I'd have been travelling with my wife then the separate toilet and bathroom is a good feature. The room I booked was spacious. Lots of pillows on the bed and a good area to work. A few of the TV channels didn't work, but as the TV is a smart TV then I just used the YouTube app. Live entertainment in the restaurant was good and they played a wide range of music. The lows: Probably the worst meal of my trip. Nothing really suited my preference from the starters menu so I ended up ordering Nachos. They should have called it chips and salsa as thats all it came with. Very plain and unappealing. Only ended up eating 1/5 of them. I then ordered ribs as again nothing took May fancy. Burgered and beefed out from my trip. Some chicken would have been nice, settled on Ribs. When they arrived they were so dry. The portion size was good though. Chips and salad was nice. Didn't get any real attention from the waiting staff to ensure the food was OK. I saw burgers going past that looked like they could have been a better choice. Booked the transfer service from he front desk as I needed to get to Charleroi airport for my flight in the mo

higher end spec, great rooms fancy restaurant but this hotel is overrated. Restaurant is slow and food OK but not where it needs to be, always massive delays from order to table. Gym has a water machine that is never topped up with new dispenser bottle.

The hotel was nice staff friendly but our room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I was meant to be in a non smoking room and was quite disappointed when i walked into the room as the smell was very strong. I think its more stale smell than a recent one.
