the hotel is modern and clean. the room was comfortable with a modern spacious bathroom. We had a direct view to the airport traffic. Here are the negatives: you cannot get close to the entrance with your car due to manmade obstacles. Very tide driving alley. The are not direct elevator access to the parking garage: you had to go through the residence inn hotel

Hotel is a great place to overnight before the flight from CDG. There is one issue that should be improved - airport shuttle: comes every 1h, you need to sign up and 1 van fits 8 people. On the day of our departure there was ~20 people with luggage waiting so 2nd van was called.... Also, this is an independent service(not Marriott) and you need to pay 8 Euro per person. We waited in line for second van and eventually we took an Uber for 13 Euros for 2 people.....

This new modern hotel was convenient! My wife & I needed a simple 1 night stay, before flying out of CDG to our final destination. We appreciated the on site restaurant, gym, and convenient ~5 minute walk from the hotel to the convenient airport train. ~10 minutes later we were at our departing terminal.

For a courtyard Marriott I expected slightly better. The bedsheets were full of rips and holes and they didn’t give me any wifi information upon Check in. When I called the front desk there were rude about it and said they put it on my card at check in which they did not - that’s why I called. The room was ok, it’s modernized but not kept super well, the bathroom sink drained very slow and there was some black mold by the baseboards in the bathroom.

Good hotel located on the Charles de Gaulle premisses at the airport. Room was nice, big enough with really good beds and a comfortable bathroom. Even though it is at the airport, you can see the planes from the window, I did not hear any planes taking off or landing (good noise cancelling!). Just the cleaning service was not good enough, they did not empty the trash and the bed was done in a hurry.

We first stayed here a few years ago when AF messed up our return and put us up here. We enjoyed it so much that this year we chose to stay our final night here. It is much better than getting up at 6AM and fighting traffic to get to CDG in the morning. The cab from here is cheap, and there is the airport metro just a parking lot away. The rooms are spacious and modern and clean. (Watch out because the shower floors are smooth and slippery, wish they could coat them with something to make them less) We ate dinner and breakfast last time here and the meals were great. Check in was friendly. Great choice!

The "property" was ok; the room was not! Focusing your questions on the "property" is hardly important! The beds were not comfortable; the shower floor was very slippery and I almost fell b/c of that; the bathroom door was glass, so I could not put on the light during the night without waking my partner. Form over function ... not a good choice. We were tempted to have a quick breakfast, but the charge was 30E each ... ridiculous! And, lastly, it didn't have it's own shuttle service, like most decent hotels, so we had to pay 16E to travel 5 minutes to the Terminal. Poor choice and won't make that mistake again.

The shuttle train was getting maintenance and I asked ahead about this and the instructions did not reflect this. No shuttle bus to the hotel, Pretty far walk from the airport bus stop. Room was too hot (23.0C)and thermostat did not work. Needed staff to come and lower the temperature

Good hotel located on the Charles de Gaulle premisses at the airport. Room was nice, big enough with really good beds and a comfortable bathroom. Great hotel near the airport. They have a shuttle, €8 per person. The room was modern and had what we needed. The only drawback was that the shower floor was extremely slick, and felt unsafe. We were very cautious, but it would be very easy to slip and there were no grab bars.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to congratulate Courtyardby Marriott. We were stopping over for one night to enable to catch a flight. The bar and restaurant staff were exceptional, helpful and happy to help. They seemed to enjoy their work. Unfortunately, the reception staff on the two occasions we spoke .. checking in and checking out, rated one star. They were unhelpful, non-smiling and dismissive. I don’t speak French but I am highly travelled… the young lady did not even say hello and spoke so quickly that I had to ask her to repeat three times. I would have thought most of your travellers are international and therefore French is not the first language. On checking out.. no hello, no good morning, just how much we owed on the bill. Because of these two reception staff we will not be booking Courtyard again. We enjoy the relationship with good service when we travel and expect friendliness and helpfulness.

Check in/out was easy and seamless. Instructions to get to hotel from airport were excellent. Stayed one night before flight home after three week trip. Not much to choose from in the area for meal except hotel dining, but breakfast buffet had everything you could want. Room large and comfortable.

Para empezar tiene ratas el hotel. Tanto el check-in y el check-out terribles al principio me pidieron más documentos que en la misma migración para acreditar mi reserva, sin mencionar el mal trato de la recepcionista. Nos intentaron cobrar una cena que nunca tomamos y cuando reclamamos el cargo con cara de que nos esta haciendo un favor estuvo haciendo llamadas para corroborar que fuera así.

The hotel was far from the shuttle tram station. That walk in the rain was killer. I'm surprised that there wasn't a shuttle bus from the tram to the hotel. There was a problem with the reservation. The staff couldn't find it using the Expedia reservation number. Finally found it under my wife's name.

The hotel is very nice. The access to the hotel is very inconvenient. There is an airport tram that gets you pretty close,but it is very confusing. Even the Uber drivers seem to have trouble finding it. Give yourself plenty of time.

Very nice and very clean. Breakfast had a good variety, but a bit too expensive $25. Per person, for what it offers. I gave the comfort a star less because the bed and pillows quality were a bit below the US Marriott’ standards I’m accustomed to. This Marriott and the hotels around don’t have a pool, so, not a good get away for family, but more for business stay. Shopping center and variety of restaurants are about ten minutes by car or Uber.

Really a lovely experience! I came in off a 10 hour flight and was grateful for a room a little early. After a nap, had a spectacular late lunch. Kudos to the chef! The breakfast was stellar also. Grateful for the quiet to be that close to the airport. The dessert with lunch was icing on the cake!

A very nice property with a spacious, handsome, well-appointed, spotless, room, excellent staff and superior, on-site, restaurant. Private shuttle available to terminals, but the airport shuttle train stop is a short walk away, convenient and quick. A very pleasant, one-night, stay.
