Dependiendo de lo que busques puede ser una muy buena opción o regular, y es que no tiene nada para pasar un rato en el hotel, no tiene alberca, ni juegos ni áreas comunes; pero las instalaciones están bien, limpias, bonitas, cómodas, entonces si tu plan no es pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel, es muy buena opción. Un día olía un poco mal el baño, como a caño, pero en general está limpio.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, son pet friendly (con costo adicional de aprox 25 usd) no hay alfombra lo cual las hace muy higienicas, estuve dos dias casi sin salir de la habitacion por lo que probe desayuno, comida y cena del restaurante del hotel, no es el mejor pero cumple. El room service tiene un costo extra del 13%. Se encuentra dentro de un circuito cerrado con cafeterias y restaurantes ajenos al hotel que son buena opcion, tambien hay un supermercado a 500 mts. y una plaza con cine enfrente.

En sí la habitación es espaciosa y bien decorada, hay ciertas cosas que ya están desgastadas como muebles y bisagras oxidadas, también encontramos una mancha de hongos cerca del ventanal. Lo que sí fue desagradable es que el aire acondicionado hacía demasiado ruido, no dejaba dormiry las paredes estaban como delgadas porque escuchamos cómo las personas de junto estaban platicando a la 1 AM y con música. No pudimos descansar para nada. Deberían cuidar esos aspectos. El personal muy bien, amable, el estacionamiento un poco incómodo y pequeño, en general no volvería.

Somos huéspedes frecuentes pero esta vez nos dieron una habitación con mal olor, el área de regadera en pésimo estado (moho), lavabos que se tapaban y el wc no jalaba correctamente. Fue la habitación 203. El desayuno y la atención excelente. Al igual que todo lo demás.

It's my favorite hotel in Puebla. It's a beautiful hacienda-style hotel in a very private and peaceful location. The facilities are gorgeous, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. Un buen hotel con buena ubicación. El staff amable. Las habitaciones limpias, espaciosas y cómodas. Detalles en equipos electrónicos y en iluminación. El wc tapado. Todo lo solucionaron pero, les falta poner atención a detalles. Entra mucho ruido del pasillo.

La ubicación y distribución del área del sanitario, regaderas y tina dentro de las habitaciones, no es la adecuada, ya que carece totalmente de privacidad. El área de tina no tiene puerta divisoria y con respecto al área de sanitario y ducha solo cuenta con media puerta de cristal traslúcido, situación que generó incomodidad entre los ocupantes de la habitación.

El mantenimiento del hotel ha decaído muchisimo desde el cambio de administración. Se entiende un hotel viejo y pintura descascarada. Lo que no puedo entender es que en la misma noche tenga que pasar por un baño tapado (con tierra, no por nosotros), y sin teléfono que funcione para llamar a la recepción. Bajamos tres veces a reportar eso y otros temas. El encargado no llegó, y eramos 4 adultos, 2 adolescentes en sus dias, 1 de los adultos con problemas de riñón e hipertension, sin ofrecimiento de cambio de habitación, con un elevador descompuesto para variar en un tercer piso. Despues de 8 años de ser clientes, no volveremos.

Todo correcto a excepción de la persona del check out en la mañana. Necesitaba 30 minutos para emitir factura, a mi entender excesivo, y tuve que pedirla que la enviara por Mail. No solo no lo ha hecho todavía sino que coge el teléfono y al reclamar la factura “casualmente” se corta y tampoco responde al Mail de hoteles.com . RUEGO FACTURA!!!

FATAL dejaron que otra persona ingresara a la habitación que me asignaron y al comentarlo al gerente en turno (Miguel) comentó que efectivamente la camarista rompió el protocolo y le abrió a otra persona. Sin embargo, la persona que abrió fue otra Huesped a la que le dieron la llave. Este mismo día también temprano la camarista abrió la habitación sin respetar que tenía que tocar y preguntar si podía pasar. Solamente se la pasan disculpándose pero no resuelven les comenté que se desprendió el gancho que se encuentra en el baño, pasaron 5 horas que salí de la habitación regrese y no lo resolvieron. El gerente en turno imprudente a más no poder, tuve que salir desnuda a contestar el teléfono, con las cortinas frescura abiertas y expuesta a que alguien me pudiera ver desde el exterior. La peor experiencia de mi vida !!!!

Las instalaciones son excelentes y tienen buen trato, lo unico que podria ser una nota a destacar y no depende del Hotel, es que cerca pasa un rio que despide un olor desagradable, pero por la humedad que propicia genera un ambiente boscoso.

Vamos muy seguido a puebla y este hotel es una excelente opcion. Solo que por las tardes huele muy mal el río cercano, y nada pueden hacer en el hotel pues es todo el ambiente.

I booked this hotel for the first night in Mexico during a mountaineering trip, due to it's proximity to Walmart and parking abilities. The hotel entrance was difficult to spot, but following GPS navigation it was easy to drive down to the reception. I arrived late in the evening, but reception was still okay. Room was clean - stylish glass work space and oversized drawer was nice design but perhaps not the most practical furniture. Good availability to hot running water in the showers and good breakfast. There was a big corporate/faculty meeting outside the breakfast room with speakers, but this is probably unusual. The hotel room was quiet. View from the room limited due to trees. Only downside I can think of is the nearby river Atoyac, which produced a smell outside, probably due to long drought. The location is also not ideal for visiting the historical center by foot, but it is good if you want to visit the nearby shopping malls Walmart and Las Animas. Finding food if arriving late could be a challenge in the vicinity, I bought stuff from Oxxo 10 min walk from the hotel. Cannot grade the hotel restaurant as it was closed the short time I spent here.

Staff, as always, very friendly and helpful. The food wasn’t great but we love staying here because it is perfect if you have a couple dogs traveling with you as there is a very large green area right behind the rooms. Also, you park literally feet from the door to your door.

Es un hotel que combina perfectamente lo elegante y lo moderno . El personal es muy amable,y todos serviciales buscando dar la mejor atención. Solo diría que 2 cosas podrían mejorar que es la atención del personal de mantenimiento cuando se solicitó su apoyo y la comida del restaurante que no tiene congruencia en la relación precio calidad.pero el restaurante precioso.y el personal del restaurante maravilloso

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The service was outstanding, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel is situated in a peaceful area. The only downside is hearing doors in other rooms open and close. Additionally, the gym is not very good.
