El hotel cobra extra por el estacionamiento, lo cual no se indica en la página de Expedia, el desayuno buffet es bastante básico y muy caro, esta como a 3 cuadras del centro, por lo cual la ubicación es regular, , la relación calidad precio es mala.

Muy céntrico, muy completo por gimnasio, restaurante, alberca. Amables en el servicio. No sirven las llaves y se batalla para entrar al cuarto o activar la luz constantemente pero te atienden rapidito.

Very good value. Safe, good location, very clean. Free breakfast - gourmet buffet. I have been there 3 times. Only: Pool maintenance can be improved, the filtration system is off most of the time, some debris on water surface and some hairs in water.

La habitación que nos tocó, tenía un par de temas que requieren mantenimiento: la tina no se podía usar (el tapón no sellaba correctamente), la alberca no se pudo usar (no es con calefacción, sino con paneles solares), por lo menos en nuestra estancia fría. Vale la pena ajustar en la descripción del hotel que sí hay valet parking y que sí tiene costo (el tema es que la redacción dice otra cosa, finalmente el estacionamiento es justo en la propiedad y eso es un buen punto para un hotel es¡n la zona centro de Puebla). Ubicación: muy cerca de la catedral, caminando a 5 min máximo.

El hotel está muy sucio, las alfombras de los pasillos levantadas y manchadas, el elevador huele mal. El piso de la habitación se está levantando, los buros chorreados, el piso de baño sucio, se desperdicia mucho el agua de la regadera, tiene fuga se avisó en recepción y la respuesta fue de que "es poquito"y se supone que es un hotel que cuida el medio ambiente. Las toallas de baño están roídas. Los amigos con lo que fuimos prefirieron no bañarse. El servibar calienta en lugar de enfriar, se mete el olor de la cocina. Este no es un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Pésima experiencia. Llegué ya noche al hotel casi 11 pm. Me entregaron un cuarto. Mi reserva era de dos camas camas que estaba llena de pelos , sábanas sucias. Hablé a recepción y mandaron a seguridad a checar con un rodillo de quitar pelos. Le dije que si era una broma !!! . Yo le dije que no iba a dormir con mi hija ahí . No les quedó más opción que darme otro cuarto. Ya cansada nos pasamos al otro cuarto. No me pidieron disculpas de recepción o alguien hablaría conmigo como el gerente o algo . Baños sucios llenos de moho, pelos , la tina sucia. Muy mal todo no es como en las fotos la verdad evítense de ir. La alberca sucia y no estaba en servicio. El peor hotel que me he quedado en Puebla .

La ubucación es buena, y en general las habitaciones y el sevicios son buenos. Son embargo, tengo un comentario con la limpieza, los edredornes de las dos camas tenian algunos cabellos y una parecia como que alguin piso con zapatos, habia como tierra y polvo. una sabana tenia manchas negras, como de quemadura a algo. Talbien algunos muebles estan ya muy maltratados y el sillon necesita una limpieza profunda. El costo beneficio es bueno.

El check in fue muuuuuy lento. La habitación estaba muy limpia, y con buena señal de internet. Tiene un deterioro notable, aunque en cosas no graves. La TV no es inteligente ni funcionaba cable, lo comuniqué a recepción pero no lo arreglaron. Por otro lado, fui con mi mascota y no hubo ningún problema. Volvería en caso de estancia no mayor a 2 noches, pero no a una mayor.

Bueno un poco tardado había demanda por la Temporada y sentí que solo dos personas no eres suficiente y a demás la chica habla demasiado bajito y no escucha las indicaciones, el trato fue muy bien y amable Solo que levante la voz un poquito para que se alcance a escuchar mejor.

I booked for 3 guests and there was only 2 towels. I called to request more and was given so much attitude for the 1 towel. I requested 3 additional ones and was told no. I told them I would pay an extra fee if that was the issue and they told me no that I would just need to work with what was provided. Never booking here again.

Excelente atención y servicio. Todos muy amables y la ubicación es excelente. El desayuno buffet que incluyen no es extenso, pero tiene suficientes propuestas para quedar satisfecho, además de ser bastante rico. Sin duda alguna, nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

Empezando por mala información en la reserva sobre la habitación.. fuga de agua, demasiado ruido del exterior… nunca me contestaron en el Room Service… y sin contar que al final solicité un taxi, el cual no me pudieron pedir porque estaban saturados con dos clientes haciéndoles checking aún cuando eran cuatro personas atendiendo en el Front Desk…

Hotel bien, solo el servicio de recepcionistas estaban muy lentas y el estacionamiento tambien, se hizo mucho caos al momento de llegar la fila muy larga, todo lo demas muy bien, limpio, comodo, buffet muy completo y rico.

Excelente desayuno buffet, no hay mucha variedad de platillos, pero lo que te ofrecen, productos de muy buena calidad, su pan y repostería en el desayuno es hecho en el restaurante y está delicioso! No es la mejor zona del centro de Puebla, pero si estás a unas cuadras del Zócalo, queda perfecto para recorrer iglesias y museos a Pie. Por el desayuno buffet, vale la pena quedarse en este hotel. No dudes en incluirlo en tu reservacion.

La comida del buffet es bueno, pero para mí parecer el precio es excesivo, pude comer lo mismo en otros lugares por la mitad del precio, y el menú de la noche, dejo mucho que desear, realmente no lo recomiendo, todo lo que respecta al servicio de hospedaje excelente! Todo el personal amable en cada uno de sus áreas

Excelente hotel, limpio, camas cómodas, la ubicación excelente. Muy cerca del centro caminando a la catedral y portales. Restaurantes muy cerca y muy económicos. El Restaurante del hotel y bar muy bien tambien.

Todo estuvo conforme lo esperado, el checo in fue en tiempo y forma, la habitación con lo necesario, la ubicación muy bien, peeeeerooooo aguas con desayunar en el restaurant, ahí fue lo que no me agrado, un buffet super limitado, 3 guisos cuando mucho y sin sabor, no hay huevos preparados, todo lo hacen al momento y teniendo una solo persona preparando ya se imaginarán la fila que se arma, esto provoca que queden faltos de cocer y si te descuidas sin los ingredientes que pediste. 330 pesos por persona los cuales no valen la pena gastarlos ahí. Mejor ve enfrente con doña panchita y seguro comerás mucho pero mucho mejor y por menos de la mitad del dinero pagado.

Check in was horrible this time around! I've stayed here before and never had an issue. We got here early and there was only one person helping guests. We were torld no rooms were ready until 3 pm. which we understood. We did all the preliminary check-in information hoping to only get our keys at 3 pm.

We didn’t pay for the breakfast buffet but the coffee shop in the lobby was fine. No breakfast options. Just pastries and sandwiches. The room could use a refresh. Very out dated. Lots of mold around the room. Was there for a business trip so didn’t spend alot of time in the room but it was still there. The parking lot was excellent and very convent. It was why we stayed there. Not a bad spot just needs some updates.
