The property was very close to both international and domestic airport. They have a 24/7 shuttle service that will take you to the airport for earlier flights. The staffs were very attentive and greets you politely whenever you meet them in hallways.

Esccalator going up the reception is not working, will be difficult if u are carrying heavy bag, waited more than half an hour for my food on dinner when I arrived, was starving yet almost cancelled my order

The swimming pool was very dirty and green. We could not go in and it would have been really nice to go swimming since it was very hot outside. That was a bummer....The employees were helpful and friendly.

Always my first and last night in Cebu. Walk across the street from the terminal to check in (need to fix the escalator please). Breakfast buffet is very good. Nice pool and little playground for the kiddies. Comfy beds and furniture. Nice CR (bathroom).

My room on first glance was nice, but then i saw how dorty things were. Lamps hadnt been dusted, tub was really old and had black mildew on edge. The shower head leaked everywhere and the toilet wouldnt flush. The bed linens and towels were nice quality and beautifully clean. For just overnight the hotel was fine and so convenient to the airport.

After a 2 day flight from Oregon I find room 319 clean, cool, & cozy.The nightmare began in bathroom Toilet filled with Crap would not flush, stinking up the room. I flushed by filling up a trashcan with water and flushed manually all night! The sink & bathtub drain was clogged with black mold causing water to sit still.

The hotel's lobby is nice and clean, and customer service was good, however, the room was disgusting. The carpet was gross, it was dirty. I did not feel comfortable walking around barefoot. The bathroom was okay, but the water pressure was terrible. The bed sheets were clean at least. Location was very convenient.

Yes, the hotel is convenient if you just want to lay your head down after a long plane ride. It's okay for a short stay, but not for a long one. Perhaps at some point, this hotel was nice, but as of 2025, the place is showing its age. The floors smell old and musty, and the room's AC took forever to cool off. Staffs are courteous. Room is clean but old. Bidet spray was weak but fixed. We did not use the pool but it looks maintained. Only one restaurant but it’s across the airport so we just walked out to eat. Being next to Mactan airport is a big plus. Easy access to 7-11, hair salon, money changers if needed, lechon, Starbucks, Jollibee, Shakey’s pizza etc. A lot of people stay at this hotel also to gamble. The elevators are working but the escalators are not, so that’s inconvenient unless you like to exercise and no problem with your knees.

Walking into the lobby the hotel is clean and fresh but outdated. When entering the room I felt like we stepped back into the 70’s. The rooms are old, no modern power outlets. The toilet was very old and the toilet seat was even older. Come on, how much does a new toilet and toilet seat cost. Had to flush it several times before it would flush. The bathtub is high off the floor. Once you climb in it the shower head is below your head and I’m only 5’5”. Towel hook falling off the wall and no towels bars. Would not recommend this place unless it’s free

Very close to the airport, free shuttle. Over priced, we went to the restaurant for dinner and opted to order off the menu, we had a salad, sandwich and soup, they said it would take an 30mina to an hour, it was very empty. Soup was terrible. Shower reached up to my husband's shoulders, he's 6'2. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We paid $80 USD so I just feel it's.over priced Staff were great!

I really like this hotel. HOWEVER... I did not realize the walls were so dang thin that all I could hear though out the ENTIRE night was the couple in the next room romping around engaged in their sexual activities all night long. I had a very early flight to catch in the morning and I was NOT able to get any sleep before my flight due to this disrespectful conduct in the next room. Hey... If you are there to play around, that is your business but remember, there are other people who need sleep and I would appreciate some respect for your fellow guests!!!!

The air conditioning wasn't effective due to the heat outside. I needed to request a fan to help cool the room. I wasn't able to fall asleep until the fan was brought to my room. The Waterfront was excellent for ensuring you could get to the airport at the right time and not get stuck in traffic.

Check in was very poor, slow, and not efficient. Standing for 37 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me in line at 10:35 PM after 27 hours of lying was no fun. The front desk also seemed confused about things to do in the area, scheduling activities, and knowledge of their hotel.

I reserved annd paid extra for a delux suite with one full size and one twin bed. Check in was fine but room had one king (it was advertised at a lesser price than the delux). Went back down to get the room I paid for, they said “sorry, no delux. Only 2 twin beds. Said if I needed more bed space another 2k pesos. :/ I took the 2 twins. No discount. Didn’t get what I paid for. The escalator is broke. The pool is nice. The breakfast buffet is great.

For us one nights stayover close to Airport and it is close however not easy to reach by foot if you have a lot of heavy luggage. Complenentary transport are given to the airport. Maybe they also pick up if requested? Big rooms, AC, TV and comfortable bed. Safetybox out of order in our room. Kittle to heat water up are given on request if u want to make coffe from whats in the room...(not common worldwide). Breakfast was amazing, really. Omelettchief and all food you can wish. Observe cappucino etc ordered inside buffe ares are not included in the buffeprice. Pool outside was nice. Would come back!

Very convenient location to the airport! Only downside is the charge to bring outside food to your hotel and no fridge in the room. Breakfast buffet has numerous options however the flavor is somewhat lacking. The staff is wonderful however and I would stay here again but go somewhere else to eat due to the extra charge to bring in outside food as well as try more tastier and cheaper options.

we stayed 1 night on our way back to the states. very convenient to airport, shuttle service was waiting for us inside airport. Super friendly shuttle persons. very nice lobby and front desk personnel. room was very nice, especially for the Philippines. was great. the restaurant was awesome menu super nice, buffet choices were super. I would give it 5 stars for Philippine hotels.
