３歳の子供をつれていきました。プールでは毎日ダンスなどのイベントがあり飽きません。キッズスペースは広いもののあまり遊ぶ遊具の種類はありませんでした。食事は朝食ビュッフェと、プール近くのスポーツバーを利用しました。朝食ビュッフェは1人2800ペソ。オムレツまたは目玉焼きを作ってくれるサービスがあったのですが、かなり混んでいて、担当者に「忙しいから待ってろ」と強めに言われてしまいました。このホテルで一番残念な対応でした。スポーツバーはプールに面しているので注文後にプールを利用することもできました。またフィリピン料理を味わうことが出来ました。マクタン島の端にあるため、ラプラプ像やマクタンニュータウンまで10分、空港へ40分程度かかります。のんびりホテルステイには良いのですが、観光も、と考えているのであれば、もう少し都市部のホテルをお勧めします。

The pool was excellent but the closest washroom was under renovation and we had to walk much further to access the washroom in tbe lobby in our wet bathing suits. The Zumba pool exercises led by the staff was great. Could use more dinning restaurants options. The Bengarong Thai restaurant was a exquisite dinning experience for us.

The resort itself is so nice. The beach and of course their Infinity Pool was their focal point. Really beautiful. Staff were very courteous and always with a smile. Foods were great. We had a la carte and they were cheap and yummy😋 Highly recommended.

Hotel service and infinity pool was amazing.. we were directed to club lounge access upon early check in and they have added complimentary bed without me asking, my daughter slept and rested well due to this. The 100m infinity pool was superb overlooking the sea and staff very friendly/helpful. Breakfast has plenty of options and with sea views too. Hotel is a bit dated though and beach area is limited, walking around for a stroll was a good alternative though and just swim through to the vast infinity pool. It was a relaxing and pleasant stay.

I booked two rooms for 2 nights. After checking in the other room, the bathroom glass door was dirty. The trash bin doesn't have bags. My nephew also noticed a blood stain under his bed sheet. My complaint is your housekeeping. My nephew entered his room a bit late and was exhausted. He went to bed immediately and the morning after he woke up feeling itchy. After investigating there was a dried blood stain under the sheets and it smelled. It looked like it was there for 2 days already. My nephew was the only one who laid on it. Do you change sheets after guest checked in the room? Or do you change sheets after guest checked out the room? This is very horrible! The manager whom we spoke to didn't know how to handle the complaint, she has shown no empathy at all. Other issues raised were there's no door in the bathroom at the poolside, no soap, the shower room inside our room and unfriendly staff. These all are not reflective of the supposedly 5-star brand that is Dusit! This whole experience is totally not worth the money we paid for. If there's a saving grace, it's only the food which we enjoyed.

The entire water from the hotel is natural water without any filters, and all of them come in yellow. So I used a water filter (available for two weeks to two months at most) in my shower, but I had to use it for one-time use. Because, even with one shower, the filter turned completely brown. It can be found on the Internet that it corresponds to all hotels in the Maktan area of Cebu. This is a serious water quality issue, but Cebu and hotels don't seem to be interested. Smoking on balconies was prohibited, and there were only two smoking areas throughout the hotel. It's very uncomfortable for a smoker. Pizza and smoothies are delicious, but the food for the meal was insufficient and tasteless. I chose a dish, but there are many cases where there are no food ingredients for the dish. Wi-Fi is too slow, and international calls using cell phones are not connected, perhaps because the hotel is in a remote place. I had to stay at the hotel for a while after checking out, but all services such as currency exchange and Wi-Fi are not available. If you checked out, leave the hotel as soon as possible. Security seems to be good.

POSITIVES: Wonderful pool area and versatile breakfast. Excellent service in the Sports Bar, special thanks to Jehil. Food was also very good in there. All over the staff was friendly and helpful, except in reception and breakfast restaurant. Hotel's public facilities are great. NEGATIVES: Room was freezing cold and wet. Room temperature was 18 degrees which we complained about. They rised it to 20-21 degrees and said that they can't rise it more - just live with it! And it took 48 hours that it rised those 2-3 degrees. Moist didn't appear and they had lack of intress to solve that out. Mirrors were so fogged that you couldn't see yourself. Floors were moist, even wet, and so slippery that it was dangerous to walk there. You need slippers and had to step like walking on the ice. They tried to blame outside air as well. We didn't kept our balcony door open any moor than going there and when came in. The floor was already wet when we stepped in the room at the first time and BEFORE the balcony door had been opened even once. When checked in, no one helped with the luggages - we carried them by ourselves. No one came to show where our room was, so we had to wander here and there a while that we founded it by ourselves. When checked out, no one asked, how was our stay. Service in the reception was poor and unhelpful. Room price was 300 EUR per night. You definitely expect something even desent for that price.

Servicen och personalen var fantastiska! Poolen fin, men allt annat okej. Bilden på rummet när vi bokade hade balkong men det visade sig att endast de med havsutsikt har balkong, så man var väldigt instängd i rummet och utsikt ut mot en parkering/byggarbetsplats. Maten och allt på hotellet väldigt dyrt, och finns inget runtomkring hotellet att gå till. Beställde man mat utifrån hotellet var de väldigt hårda med att man var tvungna att sitta på sitt rum och äta. Gymmet var okej men hade många stora hål i golvet. Stranden var allt annat än bekväm, sanden lika vass som små glasbitar så där går i princip inte att ligga. Lekplatsen på hotellet var bra men konstigt att de tar betalt för den. Frukosten god, inte så överdrivet mycket västerländskt men med tanke på att det mest var koreaner där var det absolut inget konstigt med det. Det finns ingen liten shop med tex snacks på hotellet vilket vi saknade, en väldigt liten souvernirshop finns som var otroligt dyr. Vill ni endast ligga vid poolen och relaxa är detta ett okej hotell och personalen gör som sagt ett väldigt bra jobb med det de har att erbjuda.

The service and staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was average, nothing to write home about, I’ve had better food staying at less expensive hotels in the area. The view from my room was beautiful overlooking the water. The infinity pool was good but overcrowded. The building is old showing a lot of wear and tear not to mention the shower head fell off the wall hanger, you have to hold it to wash yourself. Won’t recommend and won’t stay there again.

プライベートビーチがあるかと思ったが、箱庭のようなビーチがあるだけだった。また、建物が２つあって、１つは古くて、もう1つは新しいそうで、最初に入った部屋は古い方の建物の2階だった。シャワーしかなく、しかも、シャワールームの排水が悪くて、洗面所周辺まで水浸しとなった。さらには、オーシャンビューのはずなのに、窓の外は改修工事現場しか見えない。布団とに苦情を言って上層階に変えてもらって眺めはよくなったが、排水が悪いのは変わらずだった。次は泊まらない。

部屋は綺麗でエアコンがきいていたのはよかった。グラブアクセス付きの部屋でしたがセーフティボックスとベッドサイドのコンセントタップが不調で1時間近く修理に時間を要しました。早朝に着いてチェックイン前にプールを利用させてもらえたので人的なサービスには満足しています。ただ、ロビーが屋根付きではあるものの扇風機やクーラーが効いてるわけではないのでとても暑い。せっかくお金を払ってラウンジアクセス付きにしたけど、２階の室内のラウンジが閉鎖されていて、1階のバーのところでアフタヌーンティーやカクテルタイムのサービスを受けましたがロビーと地続きの場所でこれも暑いです。あとはアメニティも少し寂しい感じです。スリッパは最初からセットしておいて欲しかった。

All the staff are very very respectful and service is just remarkable, the whole resort is sparkling clean. However, restaurants are not in the phone directory or on their website so you had to dial and wait for the operator to transfer you which twice took me 3 redials to finally get the operator and was then transferred to room service instead of the Thai restaurant. We were there for 4 nights and not a lot of food choices for dinner. Also, Dusit must rethink of easier and faster way to check out.

We had a truly fantastic experience at Dusit Thani from the moment we first arrived. Miss Cecile ensured we had the room we were most satisfied with and we had the most wonderful stay. The best part is the amazing staff who made us feel completely welcome including Meryl, Nikki, James, and so many more. The staff ensured our whole family including a 5 year old child was fully entertained and all our needs were met! Thanks Dusit Thani we look forward to visiting again

Just overall inept staff. Girlfriend and I had a early dinner at the Thai restaurant, and I don't think they realized my girlfriend spoke Bisaya. Right in front of us, they were arguing amongst each other that I must've ordered mineral water, implying I was lying that I ordered sparkling. They kept bringing out the wrong water and trying to, "prove" I was lying. Constantly messing up our order in the process. I'll stay again in the future, but the service here isnt good.

Property itself is very nice. Staff are friendly but poorly trained/inexperienced. Rooms are small with barely enough room to get out of bed on one side. The main negative for me is location. Property has very nice views and is in a remote location in Lapu Lapu. Food and Drinks are over-priced, although the Korean and Thai restaurants are quite good quality-wise. WiFi coverage was consistent throughout the property. Most staff were extremely helpful.

There seemed to be no Japanese staff, but the staff was very kind. The lobby and rooms were very clean and open. What bothered me was that the number of restaurants was small and the main restaurant was open only in the morning or not at night, so there was no schedule.

The food is mediocre, but the staff is very friendly. However, they should reconsider the scent in the lobby of Building 3. It was too musky that I had to hold my breath each time we entered the lobby until we got inside the elevator.

The only highlight is the infinity pool and the beach. Staff were very friendly but the service was very slow. Ask for crib and extra towels right after we arrived and it didn’t get delivered till night time. Bathroom didn’t have anti slip mat available. We had to request it. My baby slipped and hit his head on the floor. Took forever for the food to arrive. Not much variety or options for food. Breakfast is definitely not worth the price.

We had a great stay!The buffet was delicious especially the Filipino foods. You get to choose from a variety of foods actually. Their staff in the buffet restaurant go out of their way to provide you with what you need. Special mention to Hiroshi who is really kind, friendly, helpful, hardworking and really entertaining to talk to. We tried eating at their Sunset Bar. It was a bit pricey but worth it though because it was really tasty. Their pool is huge which my son really enjoyed.

ショッピングモールが遠い。タクシーで1時間近くかかります。ホテルで一日中ゆっくり過ごす事をオススメします。タイ料理美味しかったです。クラブラウンジも大満足でした。

Originally we had booked to stay here for 5 nights. Before even spending one night we decided to cancel the remaining 4 nights and move elsewhere. There is a few options for dining on the property but you have to go in to each option find a staff member standing around and ask them for a menu to see what they serve as there is nobody to greet you or answer any questions you may have. The first place we went to check the menu I was greeted by a cat ON THE TABLE cleaning off the previous guests plates. We decided to have dinner at the sports bar which was low quality food and service and also had a cat roaming the establishment. We also had the breakfast buffet as well in the morning before checking out which turned out to be a big mistake as after that I was not well for a few days. The room was very small and there was a constant odor of sewer gas coming from somewhere. The pool is nice. The beach area is extremely sub par and full of garbage along the shore line and also in the water. The beach isn’t really sand but more of a cat litter texture which of course gets used by the local cats to relieve themself as I witnessed. Along the shore right next to the hotel is some old burnt up ship that blew in there years ago and is a major eye sore and has been photoshopped out of any of the resort advertising materials. The views are very sub par. Location wise there is nothing else around the resort for dining and its kind of a pain in the butt to get anywhere else by taxi.

Not much to do here other than use the pool. Slubs surround the hotel. No buffet restaurant during the week. Breakfast was very good. The wifi is extremely slow!
