Overall a nice visit except for a few issues. No laundry facilities as listed on Expedia, only laundry service for a fee. We chose the property to catch up on laundry while on a month long trip. Also it would help to be informed which parking lot is closest. Lot 1 is the best with least climbing, but still a 5 minute walk over rough cobbles and dirt. Pack your bags accordingly!

We were lucky to get upgraded to room 102 overlooking the river and castle. It was like a slice of heaven. The rooms are huge and the blankets were cozy. Location was perfect. It was minutes to everything. Warning: If you are walking from the bus station, be prepared to carry your luggage for a long distance due to the cobble stone streets. We went to Spicak station and carried the entire way. We just took our time and sat on benches along the way. On the way in from Vienna we used CK Shuttle and they dropped us at the front door to the hotel. Highly recommend. Breakfast was better than we expected and quite nice. Only downer was the shower. We stay in a lot of Hyatts so we aren’t used to partial open showers with handheld shower heads. Would stay again.
