Wat een oase in deze drukke stad. Totaal niet in de gaten dat je zo centraal gelegen bent vlak bij de nightmarket. Prima grote kamer, fijne badkamer met ligbad en aparte inloopdouche, tevens met een urinoir. Heerlijk zwembad, en prima eenvoudig ontbijtbuffet. Jammer dat je na 16:00 niets meer te drinken kan bestellen als je bijv in het zwembad bent. We komen hier seker terug

The property was very rustic, quiet and well maintained. We really enjoyed it. The only downfall was there was no where to eat past 4pm. The night market was fairly close but sometimes you want to simply go back to your room, eat and go to sleep.

This hotel was revamped from old thai building. The deco and buildings are very traditional thai style. The location is good as it is very close to the nightmarket. However it is not too suitable if travel together with old people because there are too many stairs throughout the compound. The family room I stayed with my family with only one very big washroom, while the other sleeping rooms are not too big.

An oasis just a 10 minute walk to bars, restaurants, or the SE corner of the ancient walled city. I had Suite S1. It was spacious, on the third floor (2nd floor in European counting). That is the top floor. There are no elevators. It has nice comfortable old Thai charm. A friend of mine objected because "it looked dated". I object to that strongly. It was traditional Thai furniture plus a sofa that looks like it has seen better days. The sofa was comfortable and long enough to lay on and watch TV. There were families that stayed here and the pool was active. I never saw a mosquito in the room. There were a few at the pool, but no worse than the rest of Chiang Mai in the rainy season. Hot water in the shower workerd, but was just average. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and unique hotel the room are big. The design is traditional, the furniture is old fashioned. The rooms are located on the ground, so there are ants, there are also mosquitoes, in each room there is an insect sprayer and mosquito repellent.

Pros: The property is simply gorgeous. The walkways are lush and tastefully gardened, the pool is a dream and the rooms are full of small traditional Thai details. Perfect for unwinding and family vacations. Reception staff is quick to respond to any queries. Location is fantastic with almost everything at walking distance. Cons: Almost no vegetarian breakfast options. Cleanliness needs improvement. The housekeeping staff come across as rude sometimes. Found a dead cockroach on the pillow sheet when we arrived and had to get it changed.

Die Suite ist gross und hat ein bequemes Bett. Allgemein ist der Zustand eher alt. Die Dusche wird im 30Sek Takt warm und kalt was sehr störend ist. Der TV im Zimmer ist winzig klein. Wer also wert auf einen TV legt wird sicher enttäuscht sein. Der Service ist gut und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist höchstens Mittelmässig. Die Auswhal ist sehr klein und die Qualität ist leider auch höchstens Mittelmass. Das Hotel ist dafür sehr zentral gelegen und für ein Stadthotel sehr ruhig. Ein toller täglicher Markt mit unzähligen sehr leckeren Streetfood Ständen ist in Laufdistanz.

The rooms and hotel itself needs some love - we stayed in room 701 which was very old and needed updates. Our rooms was described as having a balcony/terrase - it didnt and their comment was that : not all rooms have the balcony... The staff at the pool actively asked for tips which is extremely uncommon in Thailand

Fantastisk beliggenhed, smukt indrettet, hyggeligt og med en masse sjæl. Lækker pool med saltvand. Vi boede i skøn stor suite på 60M dejlig seng og stille. Eneste minus ved ophold er uinspirerende morgenmad - yoghurt naturel med sukker og dårlig kaffe. Stort badekar men ingen varmt vand.

The rooms were pretty nice, there was an air conditioner as soon as I got there, I brought it to their attention, but they did nothing about it, but clean the filters, overtime. It got worse until it finally wasn’t working and they had to move to another room Which had much better air conditioning, but the bathroom window could not be closed so a lot of warmer kept coming in that way. It seemsthis place is more concerned about profit then people.!

We booked a family room. We got a nice pool view, a huge living room with two single beds and then the master bedroom. This is a quiet relaxing place. The staff is wonderful, always willing to help. It has a classic vibe, if you are looking for a modern place to stay look somewhere else. Food and drinks by the pool were great. Breakfast was included, good variety good taste. My only recommendation would be: stop charging extra for a cappuccino during breakfast. We pay enough to have that included.Overall: great location, fair price. Thumbs up!

When I first arrived, I noticed the air conditioner wasn’t working properly and I notified them. They sent a maintenance man to try to fix it, but he couldn’t do it, after repeated notices to them that they need a repair man. They ignored it and finally a couple days before my check out time they moved me to another room Which had a terrible view and there was hardly any hot water to take a shower with. It was just warm, and there was no way to close the bathroom window to keep the warm air from coming in. It seems their main concern is finances over customer care. I wouldn’t recommend staying there

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we thought the hotel accommodations were in need of an update. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious but not as comfortable as we’d hoped for given all the positive reviews. For instance, they could really update the lighting and not have an overhead white light combined with ambient ones that do not illuminate well at night. And maybe install some charging sockets by the bed. Also it would be great to have less tired looking towels. Not only were some of them ripped they were also gray looking, not white. We liked the grounds and the overall ambience of the setting of the hotel. The breakfast was ok. Given amenities at some other hotels in Thailand we thought that this hotel was not as good in terms of value for the price.

This property is amazing! The staff is very attentive and so nice. When we were coming back from dinner they were ready with our room keys. When it rained they had umbrellas waiting for us. Overall we were impressed with the property, our room, a simple but fine breakfast and the staff. Only negative is it would be brilliant if they could be flexible in terms of early and late checkin/out to accomodate our flights. Having flown from Dubai through the night and then transferred at Bangkok airport for Chiang Mai we arrived at the hotel, shattered, at about 11am and had to wait until 2pm for our room. Not a good start to our holiday. However, a beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was there for a month working remotely and enjoying Chiang Mai and the Thai Culture. The staff was nice and friendly initially until they called my friend and host a country side call girl behind our backs, which we overheard. Then they lost my respect. We booked a family room. We got a nice pool view, a huge living room with two single beds and then the master bedroom. This is a quiet relaxing place. The staff is wonderful, always willing to help. It has a classic vibe, if you are looking for a modern place to stay look somewhere else. Food and drinks by the pool were great. Breakfast was included, good variety good taste. My only recommendation would be: stop charging extra for a cappuccino during breakfast. We pay enough to have that included.Overall: great location, fair price. Thumbs up!

Amazing location blocks from night market but it is tucked back away from the road in the gardens so it is a quiet, lovely setting. Rooms are large and very comfortable. The dining and pool are set perfectly and it was very relaxing. I would highly recommed and will stay again...

We loved our stay here. The hotel is a hidden gem in the center of ChiangMai. Breakfast was good, service excellent and the premises including the pool just superb. Night market and many restaurants are around the corner and we grabbed a taxi to the old town via apps but you could walk as well for 30min. Overall just an excellent experience!

We stayed here to catch the elephant and muy thai events. The staff is friendly and the grounds are well cared for. The night bazaar is a 5 min walk. Lots of good food. There is a Michelin starred restaurant across the street that has amazing food. The restaurant at the hotel is good. Lots of other nice restaurants around the corner. Its a little oasis in the city.

Die Suite ist gross und hat ein bequemes Bett. Allgemein ist der Zustand eher alt. Die Dusche wird im 30Sek Takt warm und kalt was sehr störend ist. Der TV im Zimmer ist winzig klein. Wer also wert auf einen TV legt wird sicher enttäuscht sein. Der Service ist gut und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist höchstens Mittelmässig. Die Auswhal ist sehr klein und die Qualität ist leider auch höchstens Mittelmass. Das Hotel ist dafür sehr zentral gelegen und für ein Stadthotel sehr ruhig. Ein toller täglicher Markt mit unzähligen sehr leckeren Streetfood Ständen ist in Laufdistanz.

Wat een oase in deze drukke stad. Totaal niet in de gaten dat je zo centraal gelegen bent vlak bij de nightmarket. Prima grote kamer, fijne badkamer met ligbad en aparte inloopdouche, tevens met een urinoir. Heerlijk zwembad, en prima eenvoudig ontbijtbuffet. Jammer dat je na 16:00 niets meer te drinken kan bestellen als je bijv in het zwembad bent. We komen hier seker terug

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It had a lovely feeling about it and the location for the night market was perfect (a two minute walk). The pool was lovely and perfect to chill out mid afternoon. The breakfast was a little disappointing and the tea and coffee but we made out own and took it with us in the mornings. The property was very rustic, quiet and well maintained. We really enjoyed it. The only downfall was there was no where to eat past 4pm. The night market was fairly close but sometimes you want to simply go back to your room, eat and go to sleep.

Absolutely beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. Yaang come Village is an absolute GEM. It is serene hideaway in the middle of the action of Chiang Mai. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large, comfortable beds, huge bathroom and great A/C. The breakfast was plentiful and included western and Thai dishes. So good!! We liked the food so much we also ate lunch there. 10/10 in all areas!! Don’t miss this!!

Itsa cute little place if you want a traditional and in jungle feeling, yaang come is great for that. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. The negative is this hotel is absolutely NOT accessible for people in a wheelchair.
