Beautiful location and the staff was very cordial. That being said the only elevator was out of service which was very inconvenient. Also the pool and spa were being renovated. It is really frustrating when you book a location based on amenities and those amenities aren’t available. The breakfast was great and very clean and well taken care of. The location is awesome.

We went in November and really enjoyed the hot tub outside with beautiful view. Pool was fun for the kids. Was supposedly heated but felt like a polar plunge. The hotel offered hot cocoa bar that night. Parking was easy and convenient. We used onsite laundry and it worked great. Very clean. Close to a shuttle stop which worked great for our family to hop on and explore Zion. Would highly recommend.

Pool not available, had to go to another hotel. Surprise! Pool there way to busy. Was more like a kids party. Hotel paid at check-in and to our next surprise the extra cost for parking 20 USD, which were charged at check-out. Watch out people.

Undergoing huge refurb. Perhaps 75% of rooms closed. Zero hotel facilities available onsite. Had to use a SpringHill Suites. Not convenient. Not explained in full at booking or prior to arrival. Would never have stayed had the extent of the refurb been made clear.

Stayed at a construction site!! We called weeks before and at no time were we told that the breakfast buffet was closed along with the entire main building. The laundry, gym were not available on site and when we asked they advised we could go across the street to another location which is ridiculous. They substituted breakfast for a bag lunch which was something you would give a child. I’m sure during regular circumstances this would be a nice place with amenities but they should have let us know before we arrived and we would have went to one of the many other places along the road.

We stayed in late December 2024 and the entire property, with the exception of the building we stayed in, was under construction. The lobby was in a temporary building in the parking lot. This did not cause any issues with our stay, but was not noted when booking. Hot tub was very nice and overall property is in a great location. Very walkable with restaurants and coffee shops near by. The shuttle stop is located right out front as well.

The location of the property is excellent however they have maintained it poorly. As soon as you enter the hotel, it has a nasty smell from dirty carpet. The smell gets worse in the room. Their carpet is in a very bad condition with clear visible stains. My feet felt sticky and extremely dirty when I walked on the carpet barefoot. They have really cheap TV. Extremely poor quality resolution! I wish they paid more attention to cleanliness and quality of TV while they are charging a good nightly rate in a prime location.

I am on an academic trip comprised of 12-13 hour days in the field and 1-2 hours of work back in my hotel room compiling notes, photos etc. from the field work that day. My "desk" at the Holiday Inn Express in Springdale Utah was nothing but a small table that also served as a coffee bar with a Keurig coffeemaking machine, a somewhat tolerable situation. The bed was within 2 feet of the desk, so close that I could not rotate it so I could sit down in the chair without contortions impossible to sit down in the chair. After struggling to sit in the chair I then discovered that even with the seat in the highest position, was still 6 inches to low for me to work comfortably. I finally in disgust gave up in on doing any work that night. Such an incredibly sloppy arrangement on the part of IHG has communicated to me that they do not value ma a s a business client. I'm old enough to remember when Holiday Inn meant high quality accommodations. the Holiday Inn Express in Springdale is impressively designed to appear to be a higher end hotel. It's failure to accommodate my needs as a business person tells me however that I am not a valued customer, and Holiday Inn on the marquee does not reflect the guarantee of a high-quality facility

They gave us a room on the second floor, and there is no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs. The room is very dark, wish there was more lighting. Beds were comfortable.

Room was very noisy! We had a downstairs room in the building to the left of the main building and heard bumping and banging from the upstairs room all night (like kids were throwing a ball against the floor/wall). We called the front desk twice and it only got slightly better. Apparently, they only make phone calls to the offending room. Will never stay in their downstairs room again. Kind of unusual to hear that much noise from a room above. Everything else was great.

Under construction, no hot breakfast. I was out in a room next to the side entrance and every time someone came in or out it sounded like they were trying to get into my room. Also loud clicking noise coming from the AC unit that sounded like someone was repeatedly knocking on the door. Netflix did not work in the room.

Right outside stop 6 of Springdale shuttle so getting into Zion is really convenient.Hot free breakfast buffet is awesome.Coffee in lobby at all times and cookies at tea time in evening.Spectacular views .Easy walk to dining options.All in all a great experience!!

Excellent place to stay right outside Zion National Park. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good number of choices, and there were warm cinnamon rolls every morning. Beautiful views from the breakfast area as well as the hot tubs and fire pits.

The property is undergoing renovations. Consequently they are only offering a bagged breakfast that isn’t very good. We were hoping to get a nice breakfast in the morning to fuel our hiking during the day. Had I known there was no real breakfast I would have booked a different hotel. Otherwise the hotel was ok.

Air conditioner worked excellent, which we very much appreciated with the high temperatures. Had snacks in lobby during the day and also availability to purchase snacks and drinks as well upon late night arrival. Need fan in bathroom for showering and top of inside toilet rim dirty. Liked the variety offered daily at continental breakfast. Very accommodating and friendly staff at check in, breakfast and housekeeping.

Sweetness Alert. You will meet the kindest and sweetest staff here!!!! As we were checking in, we were met with caring, kind treatment, giving us detailed directions, weather update for the next day (it was midnight). The breakfast lady was so lovely, I didn't get her name, but sh can brighten up the saddest day!! So cheerful and did her job with a smile and positive attitude. The breakfast itself was delicious, with a cool pancake maker that works at a push of a button. Seriously, you push a button and a hot pancake comes out. The hotel is located in paradise. Surrounded by beautiful mountains. You can have your breakfast outside, at the patio and enjoy the scenic mountain view. The location of the hotel is great, There's a shuttle across the street that takes you straight to Zion. Our room was super clean with comfortable beds. What more can be asked for? I fell in love with the people of Utah after staying here!
