This hotel is nice, clean, and with many modern technology in the rooms. You are close to everything if you decide to walk. The only thing is the parking is shared with a laundromat next to it, which you might not always find a parking spot. But there is plenty of parking on the street. But besides that it is a very nice hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This was a very pleasant stay. The room was modern and clean. Staff were very friendly. On-site restaurant and laundromat were both wonderful. Small parking lot, but very appreciated. We had a nice view from the room, too! The only thing that wasn't great was the location, but I'd stay again.

Stayed here for one night to rest after a long distance drive with my family. Front desk was super friendly ! Hotel room was clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The only down side is the parking lot is very small I drive a pick up truck and some scratched my car door with their car. Other than that it was good. Location is perfect for either airport or highway departures.

The parking situation is limited and quite narrow; if you arrive after 8 PM, you may have to park on the tight streets outside the hotel. The entrance to the parking lot is unusual. The check-in process takes too long. Despite having a restaurant in the lobby, they refused to give me a bit of salt, citing it as restaurant policy. Although there is an indicator light to request cleaning in the room, it did not work because I was told I should request it through reception. If that’s the case, what is the purpose of the light? The nearby area has excellent restaurants and a variety of food options. The facilities are modern. Really wanted to love this property as it is family owned, but they first said our reservation was unpaid, which I then had to provide proof via bank transaction. The hotel itself is pretty clean, but lots of attention to detail is missing in terms of cleaning for the room. There was still hair in the shower drain when we came into the room as well as crumbs on the table. We'd stay again but having more attentive cleaning staff would help them improve as a hotel.

At first, the ambiance of the room was nice until we got to the minor details of the room, sheets were dirty , bathroom toilet got clogged up and over flowed. Chipped paint , on showed walls, etc. request the room to be cleaned and changed the linens in bed, they never can’t clean up, and u checked out the next day.

The location is perfect as an essential hub between Manhattan Long Island with access to LaGuardia or JFK. Perfect for those with cars because it includes parking and this is not a walkable neighborhood. This is for those that need a hub when traveling between Queens, Long Island, and Manhattan. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. The hallway carpet could’ve been cleaner, but overall Great for three days or less.

What a great room. HEATED towel rack!!! Bed was comfortable. A LOT of noisy people in the hall that I had to ask to stop screaming. Shower was EXCELLENT. Sink was very slow to drain. Problems checking in as 2 rooms we had access to were already occupied.

We got there at 11 pm at night ready to check in after a long day of travel. We had reserved our room more than a week in advanced without any issues. Upon arrival, we were told that housekeeping didn’t keep an accurate count of rooms and that they didn’t have anything for us. They didn’t offer to help us find another place to stay, explain why they let us reserve a room the week before, or even offer to help compensate for travel to another location! They also started turning off the lights in the lobby area as we were desperately calling all of the hotels in the area trying to find another room for the night.

The hotel was located close to flushing about 10 mins drive. The room were average. For some reason, the bathroom door is so heavy and loud to close. You have to pay $75 for early check in and late check out. The staff was unhelpful and unattentive. You also have to request if you want room service. We probably won’t stay here again because of the bad customer service.

The worst part was they advertise on their website they’re “0.1 miles” away from the subway but really they are 2.1 miles away. You need to take busses or walk forever to get into New York. Takes over an hour to get to Times Square when it was advertised as a quick entrance. They charge $75 for an early check in which feels steep.

I stayed at this hotel several times over a few nights and generally had a good experience. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I faced an ongoing issue with my security deposit not being refunded. A deposit was taken each time I booked, but despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel directly, I received no response. I also reached out to Hotels.com, who contacted the hotel by phone and email, but unfortunately, there has been no follow-up from the hotel to resolve the issue. Be careful about the security deposit if you are about to book this hotel. The rest is fine.

We stayed in New York City for three nights at a four star hotel. American Airlines canceled our flight last minute due to whether and did not cover a hotel. We decided that we would stay closer to Laguardia so we could get the first flight out next morning. This hotel was a great price and good value for our money. When we got there, it was fantastic. Hassan at the front desk was so accommodating and wonderful. And he was there when we checked out at 3:30 in the morning as well. Next time I go to New York City and need to just go in and out of the city for a couple of meetings. I will be staying at this hotel. It is the cleanest hotel. I have been at in a while for that Price.

Good option for a quick overnight before or after the airport. Hallway carpets are stained and need replacement. Guests can be a bit noisy but that's everywhere. Rooms are modern and clean. Bed is great. Shower is great. Nice modern look and layout. Had a nice view of the city and bridges.

Our first time staying here, we always travel to NY and came across this beautiful hotel. They are right where you need to be, 20-30 minutes from Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Beach. The check in process was easy and straight forward with no confusion. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

This property was clean and quiet. A really pleasant surprise was the excellent Chinese food restaurant on the premises. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to attend the US Open. Would definitely stay again.

Did not have amenities as listed, could not eat in the restaurant, so no dinner or breakfast with my daughter because it was only 21+ Photos on site made things appear larger, seeing in person was different. Not all bad but would not go again.

Been here twice and I enjoyed my stay at Ly hotel. The staffs are nice and very clean. One thing i want to mention is that if they can provide real breakfast would be nice. They only offer pastry and a coffee, which is not bad but will be great.
