Hotel très bien placé: - nous avons pu stationner la voiture dans une rue gratuite à 3 min de l hotel - en plein centre, il faut traverser une rue pour être dans la vieille ville Petit déjeuner excellent Points négatifs: - une seule cle de chambre pour 2 voyageurs alors que nous avons demandé d en avoir 2 - il n y a pas de bac de douche donc la salle de bains est inondée - pas de communication au niveau de l augmentation des taxes à payer. Les taxes ont augmenté entre le moment où nous avons réservé l hotel et le moment où nous y avons séjourné. Augmentation de 10 euros.

Everyone was very professional and customer oriented. The access in and out to the parking was a living hell however. Something to really consider to anyone coming in with a rent-a-car.

Despite this, it felt very good that they helped with the parking service. Each of the receptionists was friendly. Breakfast was quite sufficient. The room was very clean and the view was nice. At the moment, the construction next to the hotel can be evaluated negatively, but if you are not in the room all day long, this is not a problem. I can only make a negative comment on one issue. It is not possible to prevent water splashing out while taking a shower. The shower cabin should be a little longer. Property is clean and well maintained while being in a central location. Impressed with the staff in knowing their guests. I had requested a scheduled taxi for an early morning departure. I realized I hadn't given them my name or room number, but still received a call from reception when the cab arrived. That was impressive customer service.

Hotel très bien placé: - nous avons pu stationner la voiture dans une rue gratuite à 3 min de l hotel - en plein centre, il faut traverser une rue pour être dans la vieille ville Petit déjeuner excellent Points négatifs: - une seule cle de chambre pour 2 voyageurs alors que nous avons demandé d en avoir 2 - il n y a pas de bac de douche donc la salle de bains est inondée - pas de communication au niveau de l augmentation des taxes à payer. Les taxes ont augmenté entre le moment où nous avons réservé l hotel et le moment où nous y avons séjourné. Augmentation de 10 euros.

Service och bemötande i receptionen var mycket bra. Frukosten var till stor belåtenhet. Mycket gott att välja på och personalen höll god ordning, rent och snyggt, mycket bra bemötande. Rummet var ljust rent och balkongen hade en fin utsikt. Bra städning. Lugnt och tyst hotell. Det som saknades var fler krokar i badrummet för handdukar.

スタッフの方はとても親切で、到着早々良い気持ちになりました。お部屋は清潔で、テラスに出ると、街や海が見えて、良い景色が見えて心地良かったです。ホテルは空港へのバス停、街、海にも近くロケーションが最高でした。朝食のビュッフェもとても美味しくて楽しめました。おかげさまで大変満足でした。又ハニアに旅行に行く時には、是非利用させて頂きたいです。ありがとうございました。

Clean hotel with everything you could need. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. They were able to store our luggage and also help us get checked in early. The rooms are simple and not super soundproof if you are facing the street but the location is great so the tradeoffs are worth it.

We had a lovely balcony room on the 2nd floor. While the room was comfortable, it was extremely noisy until 6 am with party goers in the square. If you come on the weekend. Recommend a room away from the square. Breakfast was very good.
