Bed Bugs! We left our hotel immediately after we found bed bug. They could not find us another room in the hotel citing reason that all rooms are occupied already. We were left stranded at 9 PM without alternate accommodation. We had to pack and leave back to Seattle at 9 PM ending our vacation in between. Kids felt bad to end vacation in between. They did not accept it was a bed bug. They did refund hotel room charge (minus taxes) however that cannot compensate for ruining our family vacation.

The check in was easy and the person at the front desk was wonderful and kind. The room was clean but smelled moldy and there was visible mold on the ceiling in the washroom which could easily be wiped down eith bleach water or something. The shower head would only work at one setting which was disappointing but fid rhe trick. Parking and location was great and bedding comfortable. Over good but fid not live up to BW standards for the price.

We got a suite. The AC was in the bedroom but not in the living room. It was a hot night. We got a fan but wasn’t sufficient. The shower knob was defective and water leaked all over the bathroom. Didn’t have housekeeping in evening. Had to go to lobby to get towels. Breakfast was okay.

Went with my husband for an event in the area. The staff were great. The interior is old and one thing i personally don't like is the very, very old carpet floors. They need to really change it. The size is ok and I like the separate bedroom when I booked a king suite.

Room was in good condition and clean. Staff were exceptional and welcoming, and breakfast was better than comparable hotels. However, we were woken up each night to a high pitched noise that would start and stop. It sounded like the water pipes when other guests would turn on water. The property is on a busy street, which was nice because it’s located close to restaurants and shopping, but there was a steady flow of ambulance sirens. So, it wasn’t the most restful place, unfortunately.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. In my opinion it's not worth the price though. The fan in the bathroom was falling off the ceiling. We could hear all the other customers in this hotel as they walked around the halls and talking in the room next to us. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast which is fine, it gives optionss. However on our second day no one was filling up the emptied items and or emptying the garbages. It was only 8:45 and breakfast is supposed to be served till 10. The hotel is close to a bus stop which is convenient to getting the skytrain to Vancouver.

The hotel itself was awesome, breakfast was pretty good and there was no lack of food. The parking lot was a bit tough to get into and cramped. And outside the hotel there were some people who were obviously on drugs. I know that's not the hotel's fault but I wouldn't go out after dark in that area

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. It is located conveniently in Surrey so sightseeing was easier from there. Our main reason to pick the hotel was it had a pool and breakfast. The reason i gave it a 3 star was because the breakfast had the same thing everyday. The eggs did taste right ( tasted fake). The hot tub had a limit of three but there were 4 or 5 girls there sitting and watching TV. So we had to go a few times and finay had to tell.them to get out. The staff didn't do anything about it. Room cleaning was done daily but felt like they only made the beds. Garage was bot emptied. Room didnt have enough towels and when we called the front office, they wanted us to get them from the front desk as they couldnt bring it up to our room.
