Comfort Inn Surrey Hotel

The stay was pretty good. It's a nice hotel with a great breakfast. The room itself was okay. Bed was comfortable, but the TV seemed way too small for the room. We were under the impression there was a pool and hot tub, but that turned out to be not true.

The hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff at front desk and breakfast were very kind and helpful.

Construction creates some issues with directions and parking, however we didn’t find it noisy. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was the same three days in a row, but there were warm options which is great. We were able to change things up each day at breakfast with variety of options. Staff accommodated when needed.

Good breakfast spread but it didn't change much day to day. Breakfast hours were also appreciated as very accommodating to various schedules. Rooms are spacious and renovated but there are still little details like grout, switch plates etc that need a spruce up. Beds are comfortable. Sheets and towels are budget. Staff were not particularly attentive and I failed to get a response from a manager for a significant issue with my credit card despite repeated requests. This is a buyer beware stay that will suit your budget but not much else.
