산책로가 정말 좋아요. 아침 산책은 충분히 힐링되는 시간이었습니다. 무료 웰니스 프러그램(스위밍 캄)을 25분? 경험했는데, 짧아서 아쉬웠습니다. 유료는 비용이 비싸...^^; 수영장에서 놀았는데, 겨울이어서 야외 수영장은 이용못했어요. 야외 자쿠지는 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 여유있으면 2박하면서 하루 종일 호텔에서 머물며 수영하거나 산책하면서 환경친화적인 호캉스를 해도 좋을 것 같아요.

수영장과 사우나가 훌륭합니다. 자연에서 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수 있는 최고의 숙소였습니다.

아침 조식도 훌륭하고 수영장과 사우나의 수질도 너무 좋았어요. 산책로를 걸을 때 사방에서 들리는 새소리를 들으면서 힐링의 시간을 보낼 수 있었고요, 침대 때문일까요? 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다.

비가 많이 올 때 3박 이용했습니다. 한라산 영실 주차장까지 25분 거리라 등산하기 좋습니다. 객실 넓거나 세련되지는 않지만 깔끔하고 테이블이 있어 좋습니다. 방음이 잘 됩니다. 조식은 한식, 양식 모두 매우 맛있습니다. 종류가 아주 많지는 않지만 정갈하고 정성 가득합니다. 실내 수영장은 수온이 좋고 마사지 시설이 있습니다. 실외수영장 자쿠지가 큰 편이고 물이 뜨끈합니다. 실외수영장도 비가 계속 내린 여름이었는데 수온 적당합니다. 수영장 샤워실은 이용 편리합니다. 사우나는 연결되어있지 않으며 이용시 유료라 사용해보지 않았습니다. 웰빙 프로그램은 아쿠아카밍 추천합니다. 편안한 경험입니다. 3박 동안 항상 친절하게 대해주신 모든 직원들께 감사의 마음 전하고 싶습니다. 산책로도 훌륭합니다. 조용하고 편안하게 지내고 싶으신 분들께 추천합니다. 단 렌트카는 필수인 것 같습니다.

스파엔 부유물이 둥둥 떠다니고 옷장 문이랑 샤워실 문은 고정이 안되어 자동으로 자꾸 열리고 산속에 있는데 편의점도 없어서 불편하고 프로그램 좋다고 안내받아서 신청하려니 다 마감이래고 조식 좋다기에 가봤더니 비용 대비 별로더라구요 직원들은 한결같이 모두 매우 친절합니다

호텔 정원과 제주의 산세 및 서귀포 바다가 한 눈에 조이는 조망권 마음 에 들었어요. 답답한 가슴이 탁 트이는 듯한 시원함을 느낌ㆍ 수영장도 복잡하지 않고 선베드도 여유 있어 휴양 시간이 즐거웠너요 아쉬운점은 온수풀외에 수영장 수온 너무 낮은듯한데 발 디딛는 순간 너무 차가운 느낌 강했어요. 저만 느낀것일까요? 그외 조식 등 매우 만족함

아이가 좋아해서 매년 가고 있습니다. 전반적인 청결 상태 및 서비스는 좋았습니다. 다만, 다음 사항은 개선이 되면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. - 진입로 쪽 주차장은 주차 간격이 좀 좁습니다. 매번 신경이 쓰였는데 결국 이번에 문콕을 당했습니다. 만차가 되는 것을 본 적이 없는데, 그렇다면 주차면수를 조금 희생하더라도 간격을 조금 늘려주시는 게 어떨까 합니다. - 샤워실, 수영장 바닥, 물속 내부 벽면 청소 상태에 조금 아쉬움이 있었습니다.

한라산 중턱에 아주 조용하고 청결한 숙소 매우 마음에 들었습니다. 함께한 남편도 앞으로 제주도 호텔은 반드시 여기로 오자는 이야기를 할 정도에요. 단, 접근성은 조금 떨어져서 저희처럼 차량을 렌트하지 않으면 다소 불편합니다. 그럼에도불구하고 매우 친환경적이고 자연적인 환경이 편안한 쉼을 줍니다

사람들 너무 붐비지 않고 하룻밤 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 조식도 깔끔하고 맛나고 좋았습니다. 별하나 뺀건 욕조에 때가 있어서 반신욕을 못했네요. 그것 빼고는 만족스런 숙소였습니다~

서귀포에서 한라산 1100고지를 올라가다보면 나오는 WE호텔. 이런곳에 호텔허가를 내준 제주시장! 청결하지않은 쇼파. 침대와 무게있는 이불. 좁은 샤워실과 화장실. 나에게는 더이상 방문안할 호텔

호텔 직원들의 훌륭한 서비스에 만족합니다. 그런데 룸 컨디션이 구식인 점과 조식은 average 정도인데 좀 부풀려진 것 같습니다. 호텔에 셔틀이 있어서 차 없이도 이동이 편했어요

물이 너무깨끗하고 룸컨디션도 좋았습니다 다만 수도관?에서 물흐르는 소리가 커서 자다 깼어요ㅜ

The grounds are really beautiful, the sheets feel lovely and the staff are very nice. But- the hotel is aging. The beds are too soft for us. We had constant problems with the central control for the lights, room temperature, and Do Not Disturb/Make up the Room light not working properly. We complained twice in 5 nights but it never worked consistently. A big drawback for me is you don't have total control of the temperature in your own room. The hotel chooses between heat and AC so, in spring or fall, that can be a problem. Another drawback is the hotel is not close to anything. In the morning the only way to get a proper cup of coffee before 10 a.m. is to pay for the $35 breakfast, which has to be reserved the day before and is non-refundable. After 10, the lobby bar opens and you can get a $13 cafe latté. Yes, they leave 2 coffee bags (like tea bags) in your room but no whitener or sugar. And it was very weak when I tried it. The final thing, my husband went to the front desk about a half hour before the forest walk our first morning there to ask how to join. He was told to go wait by the front door. The man leading the forest walk refused to allow him to go even though there were only six or eight people (the limit is 25) saying he hadn't signed up. It felt quite mean. I complained to the manager Mr. Kwan and he basically shrugged it off as a mistake. We never tried another of their wellness amenities.

It was overall good but the light and aircon console in the room was really difficult to operate and made the stay less positive. Indoor pool was excellent, the staff were always really helpful and the forest surroundings really nice

This hotel is located in forest so very quiet and good to relax with peaceful walking path through nice gardens. Staffs are very smiley and kind. Room was very clean, well made and has meditative mountain/garden view. It seems like this hotel’s strong part is spa&sauna so I’d like to try spa next time :)

I upgraded myself to the Double Delux room, other than the bigger space in the room, I was rather unimpressed with the extra amount that I paid for. Not value for the amount, I should have stayed in a standard room.

처음 이용하는 숙소인데, 강풍, 폭설 날씨에 어떤 경로로 찾아가야 하는지 막막했는데, 숙박 전부터 여러 경로로 접근하는 방법을 안내해주셨습니다. 폭우, 폭설 시에는 어떤 경로를 이용해야 할 지 안내해주셔서 무사히 숙소엘 찾아갔습니다. 퇴실 시에도 자동차 운행은 어떻게 해야 할 지 친절히 안내해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 싱잉볼 체험도 좋았구요. 제주 여행 시 또 숙박하고 싶은 곳이였고, 친구들에게도 추천하고 싶은 좋은 곳이였습니다. 봄에 또 가고 싶네요. 친절한 안내에 감사했습니다.~~~

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Korea. High attention to detail, very down to earth and relaxing. Honestly cannot recommend it more.

Well trained staff and everyone was very friendly. Wellness program was awesome, we definitely learned something new for our bodies and lives. Utmost experience with nature, almost not want to leave the hotel vicinity.

Enjoyed the forest trails. Concierge spoke English well and were helpful and detailed. They arranged chartered transport and gave us good suggestions esp Yeong and Tak. The breakfast spread was good.

산속에 위치해서 공기가 좋고 조용하고 웰니스 프로그램이 무척 마음에 들었으나 좀 시간이 짧은게 아쉬웠다.직원들은 200퍼 친절 하셨고 프로페셔널 하셨다.아쉬운점은 편의점이나 식당을 가려면 차로 10분이상은 나가야 한 다는것.

There’s nothing around the area. Purely for a get away. As long as you here just for the hotel heath stuff. Not worth it.

휴식과 힐링하기에 좋은 숙소입니다. 다만 도심에서 떨어져 있어 도보로 주변을 이동하기에는 무리가 있습니다.

This is THE place for a wellness retreat. Shuttle to town is also super convenient if you want to explore.

조용하고 한적해서 좋았고, 산책하기 좋아 가족 단위 여행에 좋을 듯 합니다.

자연속에 들어가 있어, 몸과 마음이정화되는 기분! 도심을 벗어나, 반드시 가봐야 하는 장소로, 심신을 지친 분들이 꼭 가야 하는 곳!

씨끄러운 장소을 원하는 분들에게는 맞지않고 조용히 쉬고푼 분들에게 최적에 장소였음 침대도 꿈잠 잘만큼 좋고 아침 조식도 가지수가 많은건 아니지만 음식이 다 맛있고 휼륭했음

피트니스 센터 찾기가 조금 힘들었어요. 조식은 연어가 있어서 좋았어요. 숙소는 창문을 열어놓으니 어디서 소똥냄새가 들어와서 좀 아쉬웠어요. 샴푸랑린스가 비누라서 좀 당황스럽긴 했는데 쓰는데 나쁘진 않았어요.
